Atm just moving in, rooms are nice, wall heater is weird but manageable, place is nice tho . Nice neighbors ..will repost if there is a change .but atm everything is pretty good π
The units are very nice with good appliances and minimal damage to walls and floors. Having the trail behind the apartments is very convenient for taking walks or jogging. But be warned, the people who live here are fairly stuck up, and picky about how people do things. Be prepared to argue about pointless stuff like whats hanging on your car mirror or that you jumped down the last two steps on the stairs. The office people are very nice, but not super proactive.
I recently met an office staff named Jill, she has gone out of her way to help me, when she did not need to. I am going through a rough divorce never had to rent in the past two decades, and she has been there to help every step of the way..Theres very limited turn over for two or three bedroom units which says a lot for this apartment complex.I actually feel safe here, and this is where I want to live. I have complete Trust and faith that the office staff will help me complete this process... They have been very kind, the grounds are kept very neat and tidy as I would like it to be, & they deal with issues promptly and efficiently, as they come up according to all the reviews and research Ive done- and it shows! This is a community, not just an apartment complex- One which I would like to live in and be a part of...
They never answer their phones
Excellent place to live. Theyll work with you to solve issues even after youve moved out. The office staff is excellent!
Domt leave
So far everything has been great the staff is super friendly and understanding of circumstances that may happen. The apartments are big spacious brand new the washer and dryer are exceptional with a touch screen button on the washer. The master bedroom was big with a huge closet! Its like a little room in their. The rest of the property still has construction going on, but once their all done it, it will be a big apartment complex. I cant wait!!! π€
Gateway is a brand new, affordable housing community just north/east of Murphyβs Corner in Mill Creek. Each apartment is beautifully designed with modern color schemes and gorgeous cabinetry and flooring that truly compliment everything. The amenities are pretty amazing too; thereβs a year round pool and spa, 24/7 fitness center, indoor basketball court, TV/game rooms, conference rooms, computer lab, playground, dog park, picnic area and more! You will not be disappointed!! π
Most of the staff is great except the head manager. Great apartments and grounds are kept very clean! They also take care of issues quickly. They also changed my rent price almost 200$ a month before my lease is up and moved everyone to month to month leases. Also they NEVER pick up their phone, even when they have someone powerwashing your door and your apartment is flooding.
If you do not mind your time, then you are here. the manager will take 7 skins from you to complete all the documents. we came about about 10 times a month each time to sign / explain / rewrite .. the general manager is rude. they are unfair! we never signed a contract due to someone elseβs mistake. unprofessional and rude.
Parking rules have changed multiple times, been a resident for almost 3yrs now and they will tow your guest if they arenβt parked on there app. So if you fall asleep and forget to park your guest it will cost you $400 ever time! The staff has always been amazing to me.
Friendly staff, reduced rents, outdoor heated pool, close to transit, within walking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks, parks and restaurants. Some negatives would be Police coming and going often. Also, Firetrucks and ambulances make their rounds almost daily. Not sure if this is medical or drug related unfortunately. The maintenance team is here is awesome and they keep our apartments and the grounds spotless. There are a lot of families in here and kids tend to play in the street and parking stalls which always makes people nervous. I am always extra careful and have almost hit random kids with my cars more than I can count. I wish parents would keep a better eye out or teach their children street safety. The office staff is always here however I feel bad for them as it can be like a daycare center in the office clubhouse areas. Parents let their kids run free all day in the summer and after school with no supervision and it seems to fall in the laps of the office staff. As a parent I would never allow my kids to do that and I feel like the babysitting must be stressful and distracting for workers.
I went to apply. Very nice staff except for the head manager. She is very rude and definitely dont need a customer service position. Great prices on apartments. Spacious.
What a joke! Called because I saw they had a 2 bed available and it said to contact them for more information. I called and the women who answered the phone said that I needed to go online, when I stated that online said to contact them she told me they only had a 4 bedroom available and that I clearly looked in the wrong place. She continued to argue with me rather then apologize that maybe it hadnt been updated ect. Glad I dodged a bullet with these people.
Nice place
This is an update from my previous review now that I have been living here for some time. My overall experience has been positive. The grounds are tended to regularly. Everything is brand new. The parking is regulated so people arent hogging parking or storing unused vehicles. This was an issue at previous properties. While it may seem tedious, it helps tenants who pay rent make sure they have a spot when they come home from work.- The kids run around a lot. They are noisy and often play in the streets, run through the breezeways, and hang out in the rental office.-The park isnt a park. It is basically modernized monkey bars enclosed in a fence. No slide, no swings, just a climbing structure.-There are only a few regular sized parking spaces. All others are compact. They make it difficult to enter and exit a full sized vehicle.- The property is designed to help the tenant save money. That being said, the pressure in the bathroom sinks are super low and take a while to heat up. Each room has its own heating but its a base board unit that takes up an entire wall since you cannot place any furniture within a few feet of it so you lose space for furniture. All rooms besides the master are pretty small. You cannot use your own washer and dryer. All units have them but if you opt out, theyre still there taking up space.-Theres a huge water heater in the guest bedroom closet so it takes lots of space and could be potentially dangerous if you have children.- The amenities are cool BUT you may not use the pool, sport court, hot tub, rental office rooms, or computers when the office is closed.- The office staff can be very accommodating and professional but can also be petty and cold if they are called out for something they dont follow through on. For example, theres no consistency when they receive tenant packages. They started out sending a text for each delivery but if they dont, they say its a courtesy. They say you are able to reach them via text but if they dont respond its suddenly just a courtesy. They will argue back and forth via text in defense instead of taking ownership of a mishap. If you report anything to corporate after talking with office staff, they just forward your concern back to office staff.-They try and remain neutral in situations where they should be advocates of justice. I had a package stolen from me due to the postman placing my package in the wrong parcel locker. Instead of saying it is a federal offense to steal and the package needs to be returned, they said I misplaced it and IF its found to return it.-Some of the materials used are cheap so things like toilet seats become loose frequently, bath faucets become loose, cabinet laminate is starting to peel, closet doors come off the track, and the sliding screen door lock is finicky.- You cant put certain things on the porch/balcony. If you have kids and dont live on a ground floor, you get called frequently about normal bumps and thumps.-Private notices are posted on your door or your vehicle for everyone to see. They also complained to tenants via door post about things like sidewalk chalk on the sidewalk, mulch being on the sidewalk, and other things that the groundskeeper should be tending to.I enjoy living here. Its a great location and dont have any pressing issues. These are all things Ive brought up to the staff as well. Although some of these things are minor, it helps to be mentally prepared and lessen the initial shock factor.
Nice units. Amenities are great. Office staff are really nice.
Must be paid for reviews. No smoking allowed, which I get, although you have to smoke in a designated area. Limited parking and you have to register every guest that visits (each guest is allowed only so many hours per month), if you dont they will be towed by Marys towing and it will cost you $323. Security goes through your trash and if it is not recycled you are charged a fee. #stawaway
Ive been in a couple of these apartments to visit and Ive been told that the walls are paper thin but the apartments seem very spacious .
The apartments are nice and plenty spacious, but the staff and workers are not something Id like to brag about. They are rude to some people and not others and since we came here, raised our rent by $200!
Beautiful place to live but some of the ppl that live there need to be reminded to keep the nose in their face & out of others business & minded third own business!!!
The mangers are very rude and unfair. Iam happy and very thankful for living here but i need a bigger playground and way bigger dog park and its all jist bark so not very happy about that but am thankful for another day and place to live.
Brand new community. Great sales team
They are very sweet and professional. The application process has been taking quite a while. Ive never lived in affordable housing though so maybe the process is different. As far as thr negative review, they usually dont answer immediately because they say tbey have back to back appointments so just call back until they do. There is also an option to reply to the texts they send. I know they send a confirmation text with the address and another as the appointment date approaches. My experience with them has been positive. They also respond to emails promptly. I feel that the other applicant was just mad at herself for getting the location wrong and waa being a tad mellow dramatic.
The staff are friendly and helpful am excited to move to there apartments!
Housing assistance! Low income! Accepting SECTION 8!2-5 Bedrooms, Large families have a place to kick their feet up.***So, patience is key working with a brand new property.***These people are moving mountains, maintenance is always courteous and has a strong presence on site. I preleased back in spring, and have had to shift around a few different move in dates, but finally settled, its well worth it.As with any apartment, especially with children, you experience the normal/excessive noise.. cuz.. you know. People exist. Also, low income. Duh. It is also a new property, so everyone is getting to know everyone else. I personally think we should do building wide, relay races for gift cards, or maybe king of the mountain on the mess of ropes that vaguely resembles a molecule for a playground (That is my only complaint, This many kids and that is the playground rn.)I imagine as the dust finally settles, this place is going to be a paradise for quite a few lucky people, even the poor souls that have to walk halfway up to heaven to get to their roosts. Wont even need the 24/7 Gym or pool to get in their cardio, and theyll probably never move anywhere again. All this, brought to you by a lovely business room provided along with a media room for kids to go rot their brains on someone elses dime (seriously, its a huge tv/game room and you can at least get an hour of quiet from angsty tweens and teens) plus, free wifi and different things.Life is better, these people are seriously cool. Give them a break.
I made an appointment and didnt notice the text telling me to meet them at Axis. When I call them to ask where to go, the man on the phone resent me the adress then proceeded to tell me that address is wrong and to go to the CVS Pharmacy on highway 99 by the Office depot. I go there and dont see where I am supposed to go so I try to call and they dont answer. My appointment was for 5, they close at 6 and didnt answer their phone after 5:45. I feel like I was made a fool and I recommend anyone not even giving these people the time of day.
Great staffs. Very helpful
Gill and Trent
Nice place to live
A good place to stay at...
I love living here!
My daughter lives here, apt fairly spacious but pretty noisy, slamming doors and can hear people on the steps like an echo chamber and they are always putting notices on her door, seems a bit much, not to mention a waste of paper.
Very professional and friendly staff
Government SCAMMERS
