Could not have had a better experience! The guys was super nice and did amazing at free handing my designs! Very good priced and staff was amazing! This will 100% be my go to nail place when I’m in Illinois again! Best service!!

1st time I was their, I saw Vincent and he was very good! But then again went a second time and was treated poorly by a Male tech (Ted) I believe...I walked out with sore and bleeding fingers...also my nails looked terrible...had to wait 4 weeks for my fingers to heal before seeing someone else.

Lisa is so sweet and does an amazing job! I felt so relaxed and happy when I left. Will be making this my regular spot from now on!!!

Wonderful experience! I was recommended to go here by a few friends. Came in for a fill. Was greeted with a glass of wine and got a complimentary hand massage at the end. Vincent was awesome. This is definitely my new place, I dont know why I waited so long to try them out!

They advertise they can do nail designs. Thats the reason I went there. However, I they gave me a woman to do my nails that not only didnt have a clue about nail designs but couldnt speak any English at all! She asked someone who apparently knew how to do a design come over and try to school her on how to do it... no thanks, Ill pass! Why did they give me a person who couldnt do designs when thats what I requested in the first place? I had an appointment for a manicure and design. The woman who was trying to show her how to do it wasnt busy. She had been lounging around reading a magazine! Why didnt she just do it?The communication with the lady doing my nails was a total nightmare too!!! She literally just pointed and tried to use hand gestures to try to communicate with me. I handed her a regular nail polish I picked out when 6 first arrived. She sat that polish down and kept sticking the more expensive polish to choose from in my face, mumbling something I couldnt understand in a different language. I finally gave in to the other polish choices because I was tired of the poor communication and her insistence! It ended up costing me more money of course! Very, very frustrating experience for me. I left without a design and the more expensive very hard to remove polish I didnt even want. Ugh.....

Absolutely no massage and left with calluses even after explaining. Not worth the price!

Great atmosphere. The owner has amazing energy and is very kind. Its great to sip wine while getting your nails done. The nail color options seemed limited but I did find a color eventually.

They were a very nice place to visit. Loved their former nail tech Shawn. Loved the fact that you were always offered a drink. My main issue to why I left was they had a young lady named Frenchie I believe who spoke of herself dating other womens husbands while doing someones nails. I was furious.

Love to stop by this place when I am in Springfield and need a pedicure. They offer a glass of wine so that you can sip and relax while you get pampered. Always full of patrons!!

I refuse to get my nails done here because of one person that works there. I believe his name may be dan he’s a older man. I have had MULTIPLE bad experiences with him. First of all he made my acrylics lumpy and thick which is not ok considering I’m paying 40 dollars for them, and he was very rough with me!!! If I would accidentally make one slight move he would yell at me. Not ok considering how much I’m paying and how polite I was being. He also got angry because I couldn’t understand what he was saying which is not something to get frustrated with a customer over. Not coming back.

I recommend Dan!! He is very nice, quick, efficient and keeps my nails looking beautiful! The atmosphere is relaxing and the other employees seem very nice. I have never felt rushed even though it can be a fast paced setting.

After my brief pedicure, I left with visible callouses on both feet.Tech did not talk with me in spite of me trying to converse with her. She acted like she couldnt hear me unless it was specifically about my nails. Also, the whirlpool in the foot bath was not working properly. She was aware but didnt get one from another tub to use for me. My first and last time using this salon.

We had a lovely time. The manicure was great with the parrafin hand dip and the free glass of wine. Loved it.

They do an okay job! The ambiance is nice and your complimentary glass of wine is nice.

The tech painted on my skin around my nail, then used a combination of a nail file and cuticle scissors to get it off (which took off my SKIN as well as the paint). She only painted on two coats, and since I picked a light blue color, you can see splotches on my nails. My biggest issue is that my nail chipped two days later, when I had a shellac manicure done.

My daughter went in there and they double charged her because she said she never been there before and didnt know the prices. They didnt do a very good job on her nails, this was Monday and on Thursday my other daughter went in there and they charged her a lot less for the same service. DO NOT TRUST THEM

The nail art they do here is on POINT. I can ask for the craziest stuff and it always looks better than what I asked for.

My first visit there and it was great... I will be there for all of my nail needs.

When I first tried this place the girl who did my nails put no effort into cleaning them up before painting. She soaked my hands in cold water and did nothing with my cuticles. I kept reading the reviews and decided to try again with a different technician. I received a pedicure from Vincent and he did such a good job that I went back to get a shellac mani from him this week. My hands look amazing! He pays close attention to shaping and cleaning the nail beds. He also suggested a winning color combo for my mani. I will continue to make appointments here with him. Great job!
