First of all, 45 dollars for regular polish and a fill is a little expensive. Not even 24 hours later, two of my nails chipped. Getting them fixed in a couple days somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Kendra is THE BEST. She did a dramatic change for me from long long hair cut down to an a-line. It looks fabulous! She also waxed my eyebrows and they look amazing! I’m glad I finally found a salon I can feel confident going to again and again.

Holly canceled my second appointment with her the day before and no-showed to my third appointment with her. At neither time did anyone reach out to me to offer to reschedule me more quickly, give me a discount, or acknowledge the inconvenience of what had happened, which I would have really appreciated. I was the one who had to reach out first to say, “Hey, remember me?” I appreciated the quality of the work but felt like my time wasn’t respected, so I won’t be back.
