I only had a pedicure but the service and the salon treatment that goes with the salon pedicure was awesome. I can also say my daughter had a manicure and pedicure there couple weeks ago and she loved hers just as much and my son gets his haircut there every 6 weeks and he has a couple of cowlicks and he says nobody can cut his hair like they do he goes to Lisa

Michelle turns my crazy head of frizz into the most beautiful silk. Shes super talented! If you have textured hair ask for Michelle!Jennifer gives the best facials. She is extremely detailed. Not only does my skin look and feel incredible I also am extremely relaxed. Id take a facial from Jennifer any day over a massage.

I’ve been attending this salon for a couple of years. I think they have a new administration. The old good employees left but yet their certificates are hanging on the walls as if they count on them. The evaluation I received was humiliating by the way she talked down on me. I have never had a hair stylist grab strings of my hair to criticize it in a pejorative way, on my face with criticism instead of solutions. She claimed I had a full hair color the last time I went so apparently I was charged for something they didn’t do; they did only my roots. She was very unprofessional, I went to talk to the manager who looked away when I asked to talk to a manager or the owner about how my hair evaluation went. It’s not the same place anymore. I don’t recommend it to anybody especially senior citizens.

I do not recommend this place for any people looking for places to get their hair done for the first time! I didn’t even make it through the door. I thought I had an appointment for 230 and called upon my arrival at 225 and I was instructed to wait by the door and that the person I was meeting with would be out in a minute. Remind you it’s 90° weather and i’m just waiting outside the salon door not able to go in. I was waiting and after 10 minutes and no one coming out I was getting very hot and irritated so decided to give it another 5 before I cancelled the appointment. I also saw another woman waiting in her car and was called in before me. After 20 minutes of just waiting outside the door in the hot sun I decided to just leave and gave them a call to let them know I wasn’t going to my appointment. The lady was very rude on the phone and proceeded to tell me that my appointment wasn’t until 245 but the stylist was now ready. At this point I had no intentions of going in there and was confused on to why they didn’t inform me my appointment was later than scheduled. I had thought my appointment was at 230 but when I called the first time they couldn’t of told me my appointment wasn’t until 245 and had me wait in my car? Instead she told me to wait by the door and what was said to be a “minute” turned into 20 and then it’s some how my fault because the appointment time got mixed up and she couldn’t tell me that the first time around? I haven’t had a good experience with this place nor have I ever been to a service where I had to stand outside and wait while other clients sit comfortably in their car. I dont know if it was because I was a new client but I definitely won’t be making any appointments here again.

I went to Lisa for a Spiral perm and haircut. My hair is very fine and flat. I wanted more volume at the roots and body throughout. I met with Lisa for a consultation and we talked about what I wanted and I felt confident in her abilites as a professional. I made an appointment for 1 week later. The entire appointment took approx 3.5 hours, I cant speak highly enough of her or the staff at Bellucci Salon. Im extremely happy with my hair and I would highly recommend this place!

So I asked for a partial a blowout and a trim.What I got?My hair butcheredColored and not even a blow dry.They told me because they were closing they couldn’t dry my hair.When I asked if I couldCome back and get a complimentary blow out they told me no because I was late.I was late 5 minutes due toTraffic. My hair stylist had me waiting 5 extra minutes instead of being fully prepared.I’m so angry. I’ve been going here since I was around 5-6 years old and now I’m 21. You’d think there would be some type of 20Percent off my nextBlow out or something. I was supposed toGo on a date and everything. I just ended up crying the whole night with my UNFINISHED hair. Normally a salon willFinish the job even if it’s closing.Also my mom Works there. Don’t go here because they won’t give their 100Percent just 50 percent if you show up 5 mins late. Sorry I can’t control the traffic but I’m never coming here again and I’m telling every girl I know to notCome here either.Horrible service too, I had to ask forSomething to drink meanwhile everyone else is getting served coffee and water and I’m sitting here extremely parched.WorstSalonExperienceEver

I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure done here about ten days ago. The pedicure came out okay, aside from the fact that the nail technician left paint on several of my toes around the nail. Nothing special about the pedicure. However, I am highly disappointed with the results of the gel manicure. It was completed with bumps and nicks on a few nails. Further, in just over a week, the paint on three nails chipped away. The salon I usually go to, gives me gel nails that last three to four weeks, sometimes more. Average experience (no massaging, scrub or special perks) and sub-par, disappointing results. I did not get what I paid GOOD money for. I will not be returning.

Wonderful salon! All the ladies are amazing stylists, in particular Patrycja. I have been getting my hair done by her for almost 10 years and let me tell you she is like wine; gets better and better!!

Shay was very sweet but I was unimpressed with my wedding hair. I brought inspiration pictures to my trial and tried to help her with my vision, but left very worried with what she did that day. I reassured myself that it just looked messy/incomplete because it was the trial, and that it would be more refined on my wedding day. Well, that didn’t exactly happen... it was a struggle again to get her to do what I was looking for (which was very simple - pulling the top back and curling the bottom.) By the time my appt was over I was just ready to go home and fix it myself, which I did. I gave 3 stars because everyone was very nice, the salon is lovely and my makeup came out beautifully!
