I had great service here. From the front desk to the back they are very friendly and very helpful and sweet.

Staff was super friendly and seemed to really care about the people that came in to their office. They took the time to ask me what I really wanted to do and if there was anything I wouldnt be willing to do. They asked me if I was afraid of anything so that they didnt offer me anything that would put me in a situation that I would have to turn down work. They were able to find a couple small jobs for me fairly quickly and they were also very good at communicating when the jobs changed. I had a wonderful experience and have recommended a few of my friends check them out as well.

I have to give this place a one star, Im sorry. At first my dad recommend this place and thats because he personally knew the owners and thats because hes worked since a very young age and has made a lot of connections. So I decided to fill out an application and I made it Very Very clear that I CANNOT do much manual labor due to asthma and not being able to gain much muscle mass, I have completed highschool EARLY, I have a valid drivers license and I have my social security and a bank account and previous work history. And guess what I did get a call back, Four months later and EVERYTIME it was for either foster farms or Pacific seafood, Pacific seafood is a 45minute drive from my house and Foster farms is nearly 40 On top of that These were the only two jobs they could list that I was Qualified for And each time they pretended like they cared for my needs and they dont . I nearly passed out eight times doing those manual labor jobs due to my bodily issues, on top of that they were making me push around 90+ pound crates and when I couldnt they kept telling me to stop being lazy. I understand having two jobs posted but they need to note that on the site and stop claiming that they have others available. Im willing to work hard but I will not work to kill myself. Its a great company, but It needs some severe work.

Awful system. They are hiring people they know as favors and won’t even call me on jobs I’m qualified to do. I took a urine test and passed and they never contacted me after that. Julie is very rude and acts like she’s not interested in anything you have to say. I’m honestly disappointed in AWG and if any company is reading this, please, PLEASE, go through a different hiring agency. You’re losing hard, dedicated workers because of how judgmental they are. Thankfully I found a wonderful job that appreciates my hard work. Please don’t give them the time of day.👎🏼

AWG is an amazing staffing agency. They have found me work on several occasions, most of the time pay has been above min wage. They have a great referral program and are definitely worth including in your job search.

This is my first go around with an employment agency. The staff was great, the process smooth.. Only down side I feel, is that they created a job posting saying they needed employees and I have yet to get called onto a job after 10 days. If there was a sufficient work load undoubtedly I would rate them 5 stars.

Applied for a recruiting assistant position within AWG, and got a quick call back and an interview scheduled. It wasnt until after we had finished the interview and the interviewer tried twice to recruit me as a client that she mentioned they already had two people shadowing for the position, so theyd essentially filled the position already, but still had me come in to interview anyway. Kind of misleading. Combined with the fact that the receptionists out front were talking about the importance of maintaining their numbers, it just felt a little deceptive, and a huge waste of time. 🤷‍♂️

The staff at AWG is the best Ive encountered. Weve used them twice to find applicants for my business and successfully hired both. I would recommend them for anyone looking for quality employees!

If I could give less stars I would. I called once a week (As I was directed), I got nothing but attitude and snotty remarks about my constant calling. After they considered me for the interview process they called me back and said I was not qualified when I met all the qualification as stated on the website. After I talked them into interviewing me they didnt know anything about the mill that was hiring. I had to sit there and go into detail about how a lumber mill operates and what the company represented in total shock. Here they were saying I wasnt qualified yet they had no idea of the company operated. They decided to except my application and I had an official interview with the company who was actually hiring. Not only did I get the job I ranked highest in my interviewing process and was rewarded with highest seniority. I was 1 out 5 girls who worked for the lumber mill and I worked physically hard. A few months later I was trying to get a new job due to a huge lay off. Julie (Owner) specifically told me she would not put me on a job because they didnt want a female working on a labor job I was applying for. She than began comparing her daily workouts to labor work and said I couldnt physically do it even though there was no physical test to be taken to prove I was capably. I worked in a lumber mill and pulled slabs of wood and stacking them. She than began telling me the job consisted of lifting 90-100lbs above your head all day long (Which is against OSHA and a huge red flag in any company). It dropped my jaw in disbelief that she was actually trying to sell this story to me. She acted as if I didnt know all the lies she was telling me. She tried saying that this was not illegal, sexist, or an act of discrimination (which the General Washington State Attorney was not happy with) and that she was just doing her job. She is turning down hard working people and unfortunately the businesses that are actually hiring cant see whats goin on behind closed doors. My hopes are that this place gets shut down and companies have a chance on getting good employees through a different hiring agency that knows how to properly do their job.

I have worked for many employers in my 40 years of working.And I can honestly say with out a doubt. American Workforce Group Has been the absolute best.The staff will work with you to get you the job you deserve.They are all very motivated to fit you with the right employer.The girls in the Longview office are the best. Pretty awful. I was very excited when I put in my application and immediately was called in for an interview the next day. I had an interview with a super nice lady and she told me my resume was fantastic and she had a position she thought would be perfect for me she just needed to forward it to her manager to get things started. I waited to hear back and even sent a thank you email to her but quite literally never heard back from her. She ghosted me for several weeks while I called every few days she was always not available or something. The ladies up front I guess just decided they didnt want to deal with me anymore cause when I called they just said theyd mark me available. They post numerous positions I would be well qualified for online but when I call in its always oh nothing right now well mark you available I wasted several weeks of my job search expecting this staffing company to help and all I got was a headache.

A growing temp. agency to be sure. They have a fairly large number of available jobs and they are still expanding. I had obtained gainful employment through them after only waiting 3 days. All-in-all, a pretty quick and painless process to complete their interviews and the best part is i dont have to show up and wait each morning in HOPES of being sent out on a job like another temp agency in the area (which shall remain nameless) and unlike the unnamed other agency, they dont take a portion of your wages. I have personally passed their contact information to a handful of others who are also struggling to gain employment.

No stars did I select for this staffing agency of nonprofessionals. They treated a friend of mine like crap over the phone when he replied. He stated in his previous job he earned a certain pay he didnt want to take a minimum wage job and that is all they offered him. The women on the other line her tone changed when he said the amount he wanted per hour. She was rude and unprofessional she snapped at him saying that is all we have bye. And that was it! I would not refer anyone to this agency completely horrible they are! One can get better treatment elsewhere another friend of mine was treated bad too and he tried to complain to a higher staff member and his complaint was not regarded or taken seriously. They are rude beyond belief!!!! I couldnt publish this without giving it one star so I gave them one but it is not a star they earned. They dont treat those seeking work with any respect!

Got hired on for a temp to hire spot full time then 2 weeks later they ended the contract with the employer so i was out a job out of the blue the employer i was working for hired be back though. Awg is just not worth it from my experience.

Actually gave me a chance to prove myself when other Temp Agencies blew me off not knowing anything about me, my strong work ethics, dedication to my employer, and past & present work performance/merits.They helped me when I needed a job the most in a urgent time of financial need & provided me a source of income after using/losing all my savings to move to Longview area when nobody else would.Kudos AWG 😉🤗😂😄

They kept me busy as much as possible. I established excellent reviews from clients based upon my performance thanks to AMG connections. From my experience with temp agencies, AMG works are fast and professional. Their fair and giving to everyone that i witness working with AMG.

I registered with this agency sometime last year and I never heard from them even after I was told to call on a daily basis inquiring of employment. Staff in General is Young & not sure how the business operates. Morgan is a very professional, kind and always look forward to speaking with her when I happened to drop in. I cant say much about them pertaining to work in general or job assignments because I never obtained such from AWG.
