I thought that this place was great when I was being seen by Lucia. She was excellent. We were on our way to a successful treatment and she went on vacation. Tatiana replaced her and the treatment went backwards. I had so much hair growing back after making such great progress with Lucia. What a waste of a session that was. I have been working with Isabel on my acne for a couple months and she has reconstructed my face. My white heads and scars used to be huge and the cleaning would hurt a lot because of the irritation, but as time went on she helped reduce the redness, marks and most importantly pimples, I used to feel like I need an appointment every week, now I am happy with my results. It has been approximately 2 years since I started my laser hair treatment. I used to be so self conscious about my underarm but Lucia changed my life! You would think something so small wouldn’t make a difference but for me it did! I used to hate to wear tank tops and feel so bad at the beach! But I gained my confidence again! I rarely leave reviews but I couldn’t wait to leave one for this place! (I literally sat in the parking lot to write this so I wouldn’t forget!) I’ve wanted laser hair removal for years but hesitated due to cost, time, unclean/unprofessional offices etc. I did my underarms today and the entire experience was amazing! The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. My technician answered all my questioned and talked to me through the whole procedure so I felt informed and relaxed. And another technician jumped in to help me check out when her coworker was busy with another client which I thought was very kind and truly top notch professionalism. The office is serene, not crowded and most importantly CLEAN! In fact, I booked a mani/pedi for next week solely because I happened to watch the nail tech cleaning the nail room meticulously and I was thoroughly impressed! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a calm, clean, professional spa experience at a more than fair price!

I visited Miracle Miami yesterday for laser hair removal. Staff is extremely nice and helpful at all levels, they treat me as VIP. The process took less that 15 mins in a excellent relaxing environment. The most important, they answer the phone always at once, I truly recommend this place.

With much joy and thanks I have to say that LUCIA ZAYAS of the Miracle Laser at Mercy Hospital saved my life.In one of the Laser sessions he humbly told me to see a strange spot on my back with a specialized Doctor.She knew exactly what it was, but she never told me, of course, since she couldnt do it.But he very intelligently followed me until I went to the doctorIt was a skin melanoma, very common cancer and if it is not treated in time, it can end certain death.After two surgical interventions, every trace of it was removed and nowadays I can tell it and of course thank LUCIA for life for saving my life since it was treated on time.God bless you and my eternal thanksHumberto Ramirez
