I called at 8:45am and asked if I could get in that same morning. I was asked what time. I said I could be in by 10:15am. The guy who answers the phone said that time would be fine.When I got there at 9:57am, I was told I could not be serviced because they were full. The same guy that answered the phone argued that I said 10 minutes that I would be there, when I clearly said Id be there at 10:15am and he confirmed 10:15am. I was not serviced and had to find somewhere else to go

Ive came to this location 3 times & I was disappointed every time. The services I received were a manicure, nail change, & my eye brows waxed ... I always pay close attention to detail, tell them exactly what I want, & I repeatedly ask if they will be able to perform what I wanted done but it still comes out wrong or messy. The owner Ben tries to come off as a joker but he is really aggressive to the point its almost rude. The older man that did my nails seemed to rush even though I was the only person in the salon and I was STILL there for over an hour. He caught an attitude because he wasnt listening to what I wanted done. I will not be going back anymore..

I dont know whos complaining about this place but I kid you not the two years that I lived in Springfield this was the only place that I would go to and spend my hard-earned dollars. These people work hard and provide great entertainment the manager here is hilarious and I think if you relax a little youll have a great time and will definitely be satisfied with your product just dont be a Karen or negative Nancy but do pay for what you want!

Ive been here twice and have had a better experience both times than I ever had anywhere else!! Both ladies Ive had were both awesome and really cared about my nails being perfect. They both examined one hand while the other was drying and fixing what they thought needed fixed. My nails have been perfect both times. Love this place and will never go anywhere else!

I had a full set done on a Friday and by Monday 1 nail was already gone.

I have been there before and they were great but this time I went at 6..they close at 7pm. I got a pedicure and shellac polish change on my hands. The man owner started rushing and became rude. He used his own nail to scrap off my Shellac instead of a tool..I wont be going back

This is the best nail salon in the city. I called for them to book an appointment. They even gave me a hot stone foot massage--amazing! They take care of my nails meticulously. This place really deserves 5 stars!

Finally moved to and have to make here my new nail salon. I was politely greeted in the front AND showed a picture of what I wanted. They were really graceful. & definitely kept me entertained by keeping up with our conversation. It usually lasts three weeks before it begins to chip or peel. Im for sure coming back!!

I just had the worst experience I have ever had getting a manicure. After one coat, I realized that the color on the sample was not at all the color of the actual polish. I brought this up after one coat on one hand. The nail technician dismissed my comments and told me that my nails were simply “too short.” I was completely ignored. After another coat, I finally insisted that she bring the sample book over so that I could show her how different the color looked. She then very rudely said that she was almost done. I had gone to this nail salon before with no problem, but I will never go there again. I am going to immediately remove the nail polish at home. It looks like a toddler painted my nails.

Here now with my mom and daughter! The best staff, the best colors and best with details! I’ll never go to another nail shop! Did I mention a free cold drink while I wait for them.

I used to come here for years, referred my FAMILY & FRIENDS to them as well. Ben the owner always harassed my grandmother for a tip and would sound and look like he was completely serious. He rush during the nail process sometimes if very busy and was rude to other customers at times. His wife Mya is great but her father is a joke on the pedicure side. Exactly why I stopped coming here 6 months ago.

Searched around until we, granddaughter, daughter, and I found our Nail Spa “home” Great people, personable, professional, ... great prices and artistic nail work, designed uniquely for individual ... with pleasure, instead of as if it’s a problem. Relaxing environment and laughter to boot 😁 . Highly recommend ‘A Nail Spa’ for all nail needs .

The tech didnt even talk she talked to other customers. She tore the sides of my nails up so I have sore spots on EVERY FINGER. It took her 30 minutes to do them never ever had my nails done that fast. After she painted my nail didnt say thank you nothing got up and went to talk to another customer. Not even bye come again mother. So I will never go there again. RUDE!!!!

I went there this past Thursday. The lady with the bracelet wrist tattoos is horribly rude and does your nails how she wants to. When I asked for someone else to do them after she burnt me with the drill and pull & tugged on my fingers, the guy who works there decided hed do them. He too was rude and started yelling when I told him how I wanted my nails. Although nail license are posted, I will be calling the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations, Public Health as well contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.
