Reading the comments on here in complete disgust, I’ve been a regular at this shop for 3 years now. Samantha doesn’t even have knowledge of who created this business page for her salon, let alone does she book appointments through this site. Her booking site is actually ( prettysadittynaillounge.glossgenius.com ) Samantha is a great artist, let alone a nail technician. She puts great detail into every set she does. Going to other nail technicians is a waste of money and time as she hits it on the nail every single time.

I’ve been going to Samantha at Pretty Saditty since years before she opened her own shop and both then and now she has always provided top tier service, I’ve never left the salon not absolutely in love with her creations and nail designs, she’s willing to design based off of inspirations and also books freestyles where she goes off of her own creativity, she’s also super personable and easy to talk to which is important when finding a nail tech your going to be seeing weekly or monthly, all for reasonable prices! If your looking for a talented, dedicated nail tech she is definitely a must!!

I have been going to Samatha for over a year now, and she is always spot on and does excellent work also with providing very good service. She does everything just the way you want her to do it, wether you show her a picture of what you would like or if you choose the freestyle option she will base that off of her on creativity and it always comes out amazing. I have never been disappointed by her work and never will be. I will never switch my nail technician. I love Sam and she also has the cutest salon!

The nail tech is unorganized and unprofessional. I have never been stood up and wasted so much time to get my nails done in my life. I originally made an appointment on a Sunday on her website. I showed up and no one was there and the door was locked. I had this appointment for a few days and I was never told that she could not make it, her website states that she’s open on Sunday’s. I then make a new appointment for Tuesday. And she texts me to change it which wasn’t a problem. I show up to my new appointment once again on Wednesday at 10am and saw that she texted me to change it again due to a plumbing issue at her shop. I show up again at 2pm and AGAIN the door is locked and no one is there. Once I text her that I am there she reads my texts and does not respond. I wait a total of 15 minutes before I decide to leave and never received a response or apology which would have been the professional thing to do. I showed up 3 times total and never received any service. I was very understanding and nice every time she rescheduled with me. I wasted so much time out of my day trying to work around what works for her. If u don’t want to deal with a headache driving back and forth or simply not have a reliable appointment just don’t even bother going here.
