I was a walk in, they got me right in and did exactly what I asked for. I haven’t had my nails done in over a year and being my first time in this salon I was happy with the results. Ample parking in the parking lot and the bathroom could’ve used some maintenance but overall it is all about those nails so 5 stars!

This place was amazing! Tyson gave the best pedicure and massage. They dont usually take walk-ins, but they were able to get me in immediately. I will be going back for sure.

Love this place. Everyone is so kind. They know nails and do them well. I love that they take their time and allow you to enjoy the experience unlike other places where they try get you in and out so fast. Also the remodel is breathtaking.

Ive been coming to Jenny and Tu for almost 10 years. They are the best in town!! The shop is beautiful and they do amazing work.

My water was very cold and The gentleman who did my pedicure was in a big rush didn’t even rub my feet or get the stuff from around or under the nails. We moved on to my medi and once again in a rush, grabbed the wrong color and then he started to argue with me about the color. All in all a manicure and pedicure took about 40 minutes...

Mckenzie Nail & Spa, formerly Perfect Nails, has a fresh new look after theyve expanded and broke through the adjoining business. Everythings brand spanking new and clean. Same great service with separate doors for entry and exit.

I read the reviews and went anyway.Pros: My nails look great.Cons: Four of my fingers were bleeding a little afterward. My nail tech was not wearing gloves and was helping more than one customer at a time. This posed a health risk for everyone involved and was generally very unsanitary.I wont be going back there.

Their work/prices cant be beat by anyone in the area. They can even colour match effortlessly! I show them pictures sometimes of art/designs and they ALWAYS get exactly what I want. I have lived in the area a few years now and travel to them wherever I move because if I even tried another....it couldnt be compared.

They were nice, although I had a hard time understanding them because they didnt speak English that well.I really enjoyed the time she took to do my nails and create a cute look. Would recommend this place.

Never again have not gone there for a year we have 3 family members go there . The owner put the nail on crooked does not care poor quality there nails snap off all time they do not listen to customer. I can go on on skin cuticles the cut up there very rough and painful

Love this place

Went here three times my first experience with Lily was great. All nails were even and exactly what I want. Went back and got Jenny I believe tore off my old nails with a new nail tip hurt like hell and they charged me extra to do it. None of my nails were even close to being even. Went a third time made sure I asked to get Lily she started off great then they had a few walk in come and she got in a rush. Again nails werent even and she made me bleed trying to rush. Will never go back.

I got a full set done here and the woman doing my nails didnt push my cuticle at all. Then the nails were not shaped well very un even. I wouldnt go here agian.

Spent an hour and 10 mins on a mediocre pedicure, girl messed up the flower I asked for on big toe, prices are high after the remodel, did not even do my mani, will not go back.

I didnt have an appointment, but they got me right in. They did an excellent job and it didnt take hardly any time. Walked out very pleased. I will be back to get them filled.

Got simple coffin shaped acrylics. Was shocked by the price after they were done. The shape was uneven and I had to have them redone by another store. The worst part of this isn’t the poor quality, it’s that I was taken advantage of and charged more than I should have been. Nothing worse than lack of integrity in a business. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Ive gone here several times and they always take their time and do a great job! Friendly staff, clean environment. I always call ahead to see when they have time so I dont have to wait.

Ive been going there for years. They have a very friendly staff, and do excellent work.Unfortunately my review is changing from 5 stars to 2 stars. The last few times they have been extremely rushed. My last manicure I left with 7 of my fingers bleeding. Too fast and rough.

Went in to get an acrilic set and love it! They have an array of different colors and even color changing gel polish (which I do no regret getting!) The shape is perfect and the staff was genuine. 10/10 would recommend!

Asked them to remove my acrylic nails. Not only did they wanna use a sharp plastic fake nail to scrape the acrylic off I told them this is not ok and they used the drill to file it off instead which is fine but they did not even soak anything off they just filled it down so much that my natural Nail has been damaged so bad that it hurts to run warm water over my hand. I cant even open a can of soda cause my natural nail hurts so much. Please please go somewhere else. These people should not be allowed to have a licence! Also they gave out my personal phone number to a customer to help them take care of this matter after I called them and told them the way they removed my nails is not proper and I am in a lot of pain. So be careful with this salon!!

Kevin did my pedi. Best ever. Massaged my feet for a long time pure bliss. Worked on cuticle and calluses. Amazing Im here from las vegas, I will drive the 40 minutes from veneta ever time I visit. Best pedi ever! Thank you kevin!

I normally have a good experience when I go, but this last time makes me second guess. I got a full set of acrylics and was wanting a brown nude. She only pulls out pinks and I feel kinda pressured to choose from the colors she selected and I felt rushed. I said yes to the pink (she didnt ask if I wanted gel, she just did it) After drying I did not like the color of my nails at all. I politely asked if I could change the color and she yelled from across the store What did you say after I told her she got upset and said it would be an extra 15. My total was already at $46. Now Im stuck with nails I dont really like and not worth the price.

Really went down hill. I went here for 10 plus years. Went to get a new set and a couple were super thick. When I asked for a design I was left feeling as if I had inconvenienced them. All of a sudden they were all speaking Vietnamese...hmmmmm?Went back a few times for fills and got the same treatment. Again I was left feeling awkward.I then took the artificial nails off on my own. Im a former nail tech. Soak cotton balls in acetine (Sally beauty supply), put it on the nail and wrap with aluminum foil. Let sit 10 minutes. Artificial nails should dissolve in the acetine. Repeat until the artificial nail is dissolved.Went back again after a year and had a different nail tech. One was crooked, two were slanted. A coworker asked who does your nails? I told her and she said you should go get your money back I took those off too. Perfect Nails and I are over

Very nice people and atmosphere

Horrible. The guy was rough & made me bleed, he did not ask if I wanted my toe nails cut or not he just cut them. My pants were rolled up and he decided to roll them up further with wet hands and soaked my pants.

A 20 minute wait turned into an hour and I was the only one waiting. 2 nail techs were walking around and sitting on their phone. And the paint job was terrible. She missed the sides oo my nails and they were fille unevenly. Not a happy customer.

Employees were rude! And they messed up my nail shape and when I asked if they could fix it, they said they would but by the time she was done the shape was still mis shaped. When I told them I would not pay until she fixed they forced me too pay! And didnt even fix my nails I will never go here again!!!
