I live close by so Ive been in a couple of times. Its always empty so not having to wait is a plus. However, the prices are too high and they are not honest about what they charge based on the brochure prices. One day as I was waiting for my nail color to dry and I happened to take a look at the services listings, they dont match what I was charged. Also, the acrylic nail polish she uses is very old. I really believe they dont update their products. It truly is cheap stuff. I also noticed that when I was reading the brochure they claim to use disposable buffer and nail files, but when I went to the bathroom in the back I clearly saw these items being dried on a towel for use again. Overall the manicure was poor and amateur-like. I will not return nor recommend to anyone.

Ive been going here since they became part of Elany Image. Evan and the staff make you feel welcome, pampered and cared for. My nails (both fingers and toes) look beautiful and are nice and soft from the lotions etc. A facial from Tran (Tracey) is relaxing and soothing. My face glowed for days afterward. Go here if you get the chance.

I was in Bijou Nails, in Springfield Virginia, today Phe did my pedicure and manicure, she did a great job!! Very friendly and gentle. The new management has made may improvements.
