Went to get an alignment. the truck has all brand new suspension on it and they claimed the truck can’t be lined up. My truck drove straight when I got there now my truck pulls to the right and the wheel is not strait. Found out today when I was under the truck that the guy didn’t even tighten up my adjustment sleeves and he bent my brand new camber caster kit. It’s bee less then a month and I can tell my tires are wearing odd. I had tires put on it 3 days befor I got Firestone to do an alignment. Worse alignment I’ve ever got and even worse customer service.

Very pleasant experience! Stopped in and needed a new tire and I had my vehicle back within the hour! Very nice person I worked with. Will definitely be back and will recommend.

Got my A/C worked on prices are reasonable and work was done timely. Location made it easy to spend time at local Meijer while they did the work.

The woman running the front was so motivated and exceptional at her duties! It was great to see that. The service was equally good.

I went in there one day needing a tire, didnt have enough cash so they helped me get financed! I call if I have a question, swing by if I need air in my tire or whatever to do with my vehicle.I love Firestone and wont use anyone else

Went to replace 2 wore out tires and they claimed they didnt have that size so they sold me a full set if 4 tires of a different size that would work. As I was waiting for them to put tires on (which took a very long time and nobody there had hustle in them) the guy in the lobby with me said they did the same thing to him

Just stopped in and checked on replacing a blown trailer tire, they didnt stock any but referred me to rural king!! It was a success!! Thank you Firestone!!

I called, ordered tires, paid a deposit (which happened to be the full balance), and scheduled an appointment to get them put on. I showed up for the appointment and they have sold the tires that I ordered to someone else the day before. Then, Im told they cant get me more tires for another week. ??? Also, manager wasnt clear on how to refund me. He got it figured out, but told me it would be 3-5 days before it went back on my card. Quick to get that money but slow to return when services were not rendered. I thought Id get great customer services since it was a new store. Major ball drop! ILL BE GOING BACK TO RABEN!!!

Thought Id try Firestone because its ckose to work. Ive had such bad experience going to other unnamed places, that want to charge for things I dont need. The manager was cery nice. Said theyd taje a look and ket ne kniw if I really needed what I came in for. Turns out I didnt. I feel good about the work I had done. Ill definitely be back. Thanks Guys for excellent service

I just picked my wife’s car up after paying ahead of time as a Christmas gift. I asked to keep the old tires as I would put them in my truck and take them home instead of putting them in the back of her car. They put them right on top of our Christmas presents in the back of her car and didn’t put the tires on the front of the car like I asked. Instead he told me he has his technician make a call based off his knowledge instead of listening to what I asked them to do. This is what I get for going to the only tire store open on Christmas Eve. Never again. Y’all just go to Raben instead. Cooperate businesses at its finest ladies and gentlemen.

Called and scheduled an appointment for an alignment. Didnt have the time to do one at home and i need my truck the next day. Got in a wreck so my alignment was pretty jacked. Appointment was for 1pm. Show up at 12:50 and they say they never had an appointment and cant get me in until monday. Already had a sh*tty day and this definitely did not help the situation. So enjoy your one star and the nice set of tire marks through your parking lot.

Came into Owensboro to visit my girlfriend. On the way down my car was pulling hard to back and forth almost to the point I couldnt drive. Didnt know exactly what was wrong but took it in to see if I needed new tires or something. My sway bar had broke and needed a complete fix. Brought it in at 1PM and they closed at 5pm. Technicians stayed an extra two hours after closing to fix and make repairs to get things safe. They also worked with me to finance the repair and give me a good deal. Highly recommend and will be using Firestone from now on.

Beware of tire size. I recently bought 4 new tires, after getting home realized they put 1 wrong size tire on my car. I live 1hr 30mins for Firestone. I wasnt compensated for any of my time or gas to drive back for their carelessness.

Stopped by Firestone this morning after being on the road all night, and needed a oil change. First off the establishment is very clean and the manager jerry and destinee was very nice and knowledgeable! Not only did they do the oil change for me but I needed a flush to get my heat working. Jerry took care of me and the price, saved ALOT OF MONEY. I recommend this place to everyone in Owensboro and surrounding areas I live in Louisville and will come back

Gave my dad a time for his car to be done ended up calling two hours after they closed to see if he can wait until the next day.. some people need their cars otherwise he wouldn’t have agreed for them to take it back until another day.
