I had been with the same nail place for 15 years and I started using them and they are great

I got acrylics, and everything was going fine until i kept having to ask to make them sharper/pointier (when i had already previously showed a photo and said EXACTLY like the photo). after telling FIVE times that i would like them a different shape, they put on the acrylic & i asked them one more time to make them sharper and they made them more round and when i tried stopping they did not listen/kept pulling my hand back. nails broke within 5 days of wear & i haven’t been working or doing anything with my hands not even buttoning jeans, just the necessities. highly disappointed and will not be returning

I went last week for a pedi and mani. It was terrible. I wasted time. I had to go back the next day for them to attempt to correct my polish. I asked them to use a new bottle. I’m not new to this “rodeo.” I’ve been having these types of salon services provided for several decades. We need more quality walk in salons. Looking forward to more quality professionals entering this field. We need more qualified people that know the correct way to do this.

Went in there to get my nails looks like I did it myself and went in my wallet and the money I own which I was gonna pay him once my nail dryed worst experience ever

I have been going to this place for almost 20 years, and the service has just drastically gone down hill. Had my eyebrows waxed. I kept feeling her use a pencil, but .y eyebrows are extremely blonde, so I figured she was just giving me some color. I looked in the mirror, before I left...looked great! Then, when I got home and washed my face, half of my eyebrow was gone, on one side. That explains why she used the pencil. I knew something was amiss, because she had never used a pencil on me, before, but...Im a positive person, so I let the notion go and assumed it was because my eyebrows are so light and thin. Nope! I will NEVER, EVER go back there, again. EVER!

I will be going back excellent customer service and prices are great as well.

The worst nail polish job I have ever gotten. My previous nail polish wasn’t entirely removed, there’s gunk in my cuticles, flecks of the old paint all over my fingers, part of my nail wasn’t painted, there’s gel polish stuck to the bottom side of my fingers, and under my nail (see pics). The nail tech was rude, acted like I was inconveniencing her, and left my nails (and fingers) a mess. They offered to fix my nails, which I appreciated, but I didn’t want to be there any longer. I’m not normally one to get upset, but I went back in after leaving and told them that this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I just can’t believe this and I’m sad I wasted $20.

I have been going the Nail Tek since they opened here and still through the years an amazing service with great customer service Im always satisfied!

They can’t do designs on your nails worth anything and they charge way too much for their poor work and service I had a appointment at 1pm didn’t get in a chair till 2:24pm and was there till almost 5:00 getting my nails done. Never again!!!

Poor nail care to pricy for what it’s worth and demanded a tip

I had a horrible experience going to nail tek. My roommate decided to treat me and her daughter by getting our nails done . The lady messed nails up pretty bad and they are not even. I asked for diamonds and one of them is just a silver piece not a diamond. She made my roommate bleed 3 different times on two different fingers. My nails started peeling the very next day. Her started cracking and breaking the next day and she was very easy with them. This has to be the worst experience I had at a nail shop. They will never have my business or my roommates her daughters business ever again. It took the lady to do my roommates nails 2.5 hours and mine 45 minutes and mine was was not dry. I would go else where !!!

I do not recommend using this place I just left there and my nails look horrible the painting is very poorly done you can still see my old nail color on the side of the nails and some of the sides are not even painted of course I was there for 3 hours and 20 minutes because they have more people than they have technicians I dont understand why with the quality that they do so when they asked me if I wanted them to fix them I had already been there 3 hours and 20 minutes plus if you cant do it right the first time why do I want you to do it again

I took my roommate and daughter and myself to get our nails done on Friday when we left my friends nails wasn’t dry and hair all over them the next day her polish came off the next day for me one broke then Sunday another broke then today as I waited in another nail shop another came off keep in mind they are acrylic they was shaped like coffin well .... some of them was the others was idk what shape I spent 135 on all the nails The other nail shop did my nails that was broke and fixed the shape and I went on to work not 1 hour passed by another One cracked so tomorrow I’m back to the nail shop by o Charley’s they did a fantastic job if you Wanna get your nails and toes done I do not recommend this place it was a terrible experience this is my 2nd time here and the same experience btw out of 8 designs they could only do one good luck to anyone so goes here

Bless anyone who goes here. I truly hope your experience is good and nails look better than mine did because lord have mercy they jacked my nails up even my father could look at them and tell something was not right.

Toes not painted correct. Polish on feet didnt take time to remove from feet. And nails not the same length, shape not correct and one file away on one side to much. I will not be going back there..

I havent had my nails done in four years these ladys are nice and very good at there work. I went for the first time in four years and they are great.

I went in yesterday and got my nails done, unfortunately they had some minor problems but Helen was very friendly and ready to fix them. Very professional!

I never get pedicures but started recently. The people are always welcoming& kind. And my polish didnt peel, so Im happy

The only person in the place thats worth the $ is the young daughter. I wont go back unless i get her specifically. Got dip nails yesterday by someone else, the edges are horrible, have ridges too. The lady legit drilled the side of my finger, I took off the dip nails within 4 hours because they looked horrible. Asked for manicure...they never cared that I asked, just rushed through a VERY sloppy dip nail..If you go ask for the daughter. Other wise visit D &N nails. They at least take time and do a good job..

The staff was nice enough, and the job done was pretty well. My issue is how they lay out the pricing, I expected to pay around $50 but was charged $70. They dont explain the difference between the services, so it was a little confusing. Maybe have a pamphlet to read through with pricing and descriptions.

They are really good but I prefer d&n nails because they do really good nails. This place does good to but the other place is better

Came in for pedicure worst I have ever had . Left before they could finish because they wanted the girl to finish after she cut 2 nails to the quick and were bleeding also left several toes untouched . After explaining this to them they said she would have to finish I said no she won’t I would like someone else they refused

They are very kind, and a very clean place I have been going over 4yrs and I love them. They will stay late when some one walks in 5min before closing which is awesome.

I just went in to get a full set, (been getting this done for years) and the lady at station 7, a younger lady, was continuously pulling on my arms and hands roughly to get the “right position” while shaking her head and huffing the whole time. She also tried to put a roll of paper towels under my arms to help and she ended up throwing them on the ground with a nasty attitude. Won’t be back to this place again. Horrible attitude and poor service.

Absolutely the worst! Staff is not friendly and they DO NOT do a good job at nails. I have been here twice now... first time I thought maybe I just caught her on a bad day. Went back 3 weeks later and this time it was even worse. Had 4 of my finger bleeding. Will not be returning.

Desperately needed a mani pedi. Unfortunately I went to this shop without checking the reviews. BIG MISTAKE. Wish I had had the good sense to walk out when first problem occurred but I’m a glutton for punishment. Will never go back Mistakes were made. Technician hurt me and denied it because she didn’t see blood. Sloppy work and place was not clean. Do not go there!

Pro: The manicure was the quickest manicure I’ve ever had.Cons: sloppiest manicure I’ve ever had, there’s finger imprints on the gel polish where she touched it wet before the UV light. I had a broken nail and told her twice but she still ran the tool over it. I asked to cut my nails down and they’re basically the same length. That was the whole reason I came today because mine were too long and breaking.:( My manicurist said 4 words to me, “I like the color.” It was a very awkward and a cringe worthy experience. None of the techs were really very friendly. No one smiled when I walked in. Really awkward. I’d probably never come back if here if I had even if I had no other choice.

I came today and had what seemed like the worst woman doing my nails! Everyone else seemed fine and friendly. The woman that did my nails I felt like was purpously hurting me! My fingers were bleeding and shes still dig into my cuticles anyway! She didnt smile at all either except when I told her she was hurting me, that made her smile! I do not think she spoke English (did not speak the entire time), and even if she did she had headphones in the whole time! My husband left a $5 tip and I wish he HADNT! Oh, and by the way, Im pregnant so the thought of infection just tops the cake!

I love going here! Kim is my favorite, she is super talented and up to date on all nail trends!

The lady I got was very heavy handed with the drill and didn’t seem to care she kept hurting me. I have a Knick in my middle finger from her. Also I chose a cat eye polish, which she did not do correctly so instead of the dimension it’s supposed to have it’s just a flat color. When I asked her about it, she said it would be an additional $10. I get it was Saturday and they had peopl waiting, but I waited too and deserved better service. I won’t be going back.

HORRIBLE service... The nail tech was very very rude and did a mediocre job on my nails. She rushed me to pick a color and she rolled her eyes when I told her that I was sorry I didnt understand what she said. They dont greet you when you walk in. Horrible. Wanted a pedicure and the wait was 30 min they put me in a pedicure chair but didnt even put water in the basin while I waited another 15 min. Walked out. They are also rude.

I had a horrible experience. The lady that done my nails rushed and all of them were uneven. And she did not give me what i wanted. I left with cuts on my fingers because she was not paying attention to what she was doing with my nails.

I use to visit this nail salon religiously for about 5 years and used to be very pleased. I took my 12 yr old daughter for her to get a pedicure and I got a pedicure and a full set. She didn’t get the color she asked for and her pedicure started about 8 mins after mine and she was finished before me. Apparently the woman who did her pedicure was in a hurry to go home. The lady who did my full set cut me twice. My nails were crooked and I asked for them to be short 2 different times and they were still too long. I tried to take them off my self but it took almost two full days to get them off because they use MMA. I definitely won’t be making another trip back here.

Got my nails filled in and color change today, the lady left some of the old polish on, didnt paint my nails all the way (this sides are left undone) I got a clearish glitter color so it didnt really stand out at the salon. One broke by 3pm and on cracked already! I called to see if they would fix them and the lady acted confused!

This is the absolute WORST nail salon I have EVER been to. I am sitting here at this very moment and just got a so called pedicure. I soaked then the lady barely filed my nails. then she didnt even cut my cuticles, she moved on to buffing them my nails. then she was scrubbing my toes WITH A BRUSH so hard they bled slightly. I cant even call it a massage she gave me for 2 minutes tops!!! no hot towels. she did not open new tools btw!!! then she went on to painting my nails. the paint job was absolutely horrid. the whole pedicure lasted not even 10 minutes. guys I am not exaggerating even slightly!!! I am in tears honestly. as soon as she is done I am getting up & telling the head person that I am not paying for this. this is absolutely horrific. this nail salon is definitely all about the faster they work the more customers they have. WORST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER EVER BEEN TO. people, I am not a picky person. I am not rude. I would rather not say anything when I am unhappy with service but this is unexceptable!!!! DO NOT COME HERE

I felt rushed getting a pedicure.. It was half ass... I had flakey stuff all over my legs... Paint job was good...

Did not listen to what I asked for. Charged me $12 more than what was advertised on their pricing board. Rude staff complaining of having to work. Tools were not sanitized. I would give Zero stars if I could.

Im EXTREMELY displeased with my visit. My nails were trimmed way to short and I spoke up about it once I did I was told that I couldnt proceed with my fill in with one of my usual people. I was moved down to someone else and I requested my nails to be soaked off and redone. Instead of that she decided to begin hacking away at my thumb nail with clippers without my consent. I go here often every two weeks to be exact and I have noticed that they have progressively become more stuck up and unprofessional also I noticed that there was multiple occasions that they used dirty utensils on me and I developed swelling, fluid in my cuticles/nail bed, and an extremely bad itch.I have been made fun of on two separate occasions about my eyebrows and there are children running around screaming all the time. I am just plain dissatisfied and will not return. Im disappointed in them and disappointed with myself for ever recommending them to anyone

Terrible nail job! I got gel polish very sloppy and the lady was rushing me to pick a color. She even told my 8yr old daughter to hurry and pick her color. We will never go back

EXTREMELY SLOPPY on fingers and toes!....$55.00 down the drain....the gel white tip product she applied was on its last leg....she was digging it out from the bottom of the bottle....it was so thick and gummy it left strands when the applicator came out of the bottle.....for $50 you would think she could at the very least use good product....she was rushing the whole time....she filed my nails uneven and way to short and I already had them nice and even and round.....I expected her to make perfect anything that was wrong but instead she messed up the shape I had done myself....my white tip french polish was gloppy and uneven and fingers and toes were left with lots of polish left on my skin....will not be back obviously!
