I heard of this place from my mother. She really liked the quality of her nails so I thought Id give it a try. Honestly Im super impressed. And in love with the nails I was given. Im most definitely going back.

We are trying to find our perfect place. My daughter got dipped nails I got a pedi. Customer service was good. Ambiance very relaxing.

I went on a lunch break and had very limited time. The staff was very helpful and service quick. Lisa did a great job on my nails. For a first time customer I was very satisfied.

I wanted to take my parents there for a pedicure and I asked them if they sanitize the chairs. I wanted to make sure they are safe. They gave me attitude and got straight to when do you want to schedule. I said you didn’t answer my question do you sanitize? Her answer was “aham”.So that’s why 3 stars. I’m willing to give a positive review if you actually have a better attitude and start sanitizing and make sure you post it on your page that you sanitize so people know it.Unfortunately haven’t had the chance to try them because of their defensive behavior when you ask a normal question about cleanliness.

It’s a good place with affordable prices. I’ve come in a few times during the pandemic and I have yet to see them sanitize after customers. I request that the chairs are sanitize before I sit and I usually get some attitude behind it.

I had both pedicure and manicure done. I’ve gone here a few times. I really like how nice they are. My feet were silky smooth😂😂 and my hands did not have any burning around the cuticle area like other places I’ve gone in the past. I love that they help me pick the color I get because sometimes I’m a little afraid to try brighter colors. I highly recommend this place. I would just call and make a appointment before going!

I love this place! Ive been coming here regularly for the past 8 months, and from the moment I first walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. Her team are kind and professional and most importantly -- consistent. I was really glad to find a place around the area. Cant wait to come back.

I went in the middle of the week and they werent very busy. This may have contributed to my great visit. I had the gel manicure and regular pedicure with callous removal added. I walked out feeling better than I felt in a long time. She is easygoing, so sweet, talented and well traveled!

I have been coming here since July and I will not go anywhere. Every time I go I feel like its the best manicure I have ever gotten. Everyone is really friendly and super helpful. Im extremely indecisive and I never feel rushed. The nail techs always offer good advice on colors and designs. Seriously cant recommend this place enough. I have gotten all of my friends to come here!

My usual nail salon was closed last weekend so I decided to try VIP Nails with my best friend for the first time based on the great reviews. I was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. We made appointments which I would certainly recommend doing because with their popularity we definitely saw some walk-ins get turned away. I will certainly be going back!

Today I went to VIP Nail for the first time and they did an amazing job. The prices are reasonable and the ladies in other shop were very nice. I got a pedicure and a full set of gel nails. I had a picture of how I wanted my nails and she did them exactly how I wanted them. I will definitely be a regular now

All the ladies there are so nice and professional. They do a really good job at not only doing my nails and feet, but also taking care of them as well. This place feels like home. Just a nice warm atmosphere. My place of relaxation.

Made an appointment, still treated like a walk in. Other people who walked in after me got to pick a color from the wall. I had a messy bunch of samples thrown in front of me by my tech who didn’t even say hi. I asked for designs on my fingers, she refused to do it and made up an excuse, even though I was willing to pay per nail just like every other place I’ve ever been to. The best way to describe my experience is rushed. Gel manicure started chipping the next day, deteriorating after two weeks. $50. No thanks.

My experience was impeccable! I was a walk in and didnt wait long, and my pedicure was by far the best that I have had in a very long time. If you are looking for a quality professional nail salon I recommend VIP Nails for sure!

I usually don’t rate nail salons, I just don’t go back. This one was worth the effort and time. The reviews didn’t disappoint. Friendly, courteous, great customer service, gentle service, professional, clean.

I went here for a last minute mani-pedi and was not disappointed. They made my troll feet look like princess feet with a matching manicure. Prices seem pretty standard, and I had limited time so they put a rush on it. Ive seen people complain about room temperature water, but this water was boiling, my feet were medium rare, but it felt awesome. Highly recommended.

Hands down, the best nail salon I have found in my area. The nail tech was efficient in time and gave me a set of clean beautiful nail polish. The water temperature for my pedicure was just right, as I hate having cold water at other salons. I will continue to visit VIP nails, where the staff really treats you like a VIP thanks guys :)

The nail techs are really nice and they make sure you are comfortable. The salon is also really clean.

We are visiting for a soccer tournament and decided to treat myself! The salon did an amazing job, I got a pedicure!! My feet needed extra special treatment, and they look and feel great! Very friendly staff!! I would return if we are ever back in Springfield!
