We even had an entertaining fella! 😄 I had Amy and she did an excellent job, better than my regular place back home. If I lived here, that would be my go to place and Amy would be my go to girl!

If you need your toes painted. This is the place but if you need a good pedicure that removes dry rough skin. Dont bother. Friendly people. Just not good quality.

Took my daughter and niece here after hearing great reviews from family who had gone... They didnt disappoint. Wait was minimal. Staff was friendly. Was in and out in no time at all.

The nail technician I got didnt talk to me she just kept getting huffy and shoving my hands around and shoving them in the UV Light box (which she dinged up the gel paint and had to repair several time). I asked to get 2 kinds of the cats eye( they was just two different colors same process) she refused said only one color only time she spoke to me. She spoke to her coworkers in their language. I really felt she didnt really want to do my nails refill and she was not very gentle. I loved the color I picked but the customer service is not really there.This was my first time coming to this nail shop and I dont know if I want to go back and be treated like that again. I will have to check around town and see if I can find the same color cats eye first. Hope it was just a bad day but I doubt it.

I always have problems with communicating with so many of the nail places but they had no problem very careful with my nails and excellent pedicure and manicure and very reasonably priced

I went to quite a few places before finding the right one. I have been satisfied every time with my manicure at US Nails and have continued using this salon for almost a year now. They are very kind and want to make sure their customers are happy with the end result. I was in there one time when a very particular customer was getting a custom design. They were very patient, accommodating, and professional.

It was an amazing experience. My nail technician was very professional but extremely warm and friendly. I received a manicure and the volcano pedicure with the honey pearl aroma. It felt incredible, like I got a new set of feet and new pair of legs. Lol! The scent was so good I purchased the lotion to take home. I will definitely go again and recommend it to others.

Will not ever go back here. She was in such A rush.Two of my nails are on crooked none of them are the same length or shape.Bubbles under The top coat.Size too small causing all my fingertips to hurt god-awful.Well have to goAnd get them redone at aPlace that cares about the customer.

Not only was it over an hour after my appointment before someone got to me but one of my hands nails are COMPLETELY crooked, not even the same direction of my nail growth. They made my MIL nailsToo long even tho she asked shorter as well as they weren’t even the same shapes. Cherry on very top was watching a customer sell her nail tech weed underneath the table. Will NEVER return and do not recommend.

The nail paint was good, however they made the nails crooked and left one of my nails matte while the others were shiny. The lady who did my nails was also in such a rush.

Me and my daughter love this nail salon! We come about every three weeks and the staff are always so friendly. We usually dont have to wait very long and they also provide refreshments. So many colors to choose from and great service. Definitely my go to salon!

Today during some free time, I went in. I was greeted with sincere kindness. The energy with in the shop instantly had me sold. My nail tech. She was very interested in my desired look for my nails. She was AMAZING and sweet. I live an hour away from this nail shop but, Ill drive without question for this service. Best of both worlds (Quality and great atmosphere)

I have been to 3 nail salons since moving to Springfield. And this is the only 1 of the 3 I will be returning to.Friendly people that smile and talk to you not with each other. They have very good customer service. Reasonable prices. And my hands and feet look great.

I come here every other week to get my SNS manicure and I fall in love with my nails EVERY single time. They have a huge selection of colors to choose from and the ladies that do my nails are very professional. Also at a very reasonable price. I am never disappointed when I visit!

The nail salon is is very clean and modern. Although they were busy the wait was not long. The spacing is a little tight but not too bad. They are slightly a little pricey but its worth it.

They cut corners and my nails were chipped by the next day. Never again. It was the most inadequate nail service Ive ever experienced.

Ive been to some places where they dont even look you in the eye, and act like they dont care about your nails youre just another person. This place is not like that they take really good care of you and theyre really sweet ladies and gentlemen. I always get a great manicure and pedicure when I go there.

Nice nail salon that offers other services like lash extensions and facials. I came here to get a mani pedi. Did the gel nails on my toes and dip powder for my fingernails. They have so many selections for colors and offer glossy or matte top coat. I got an ombré nude nail with matte and its so fun.💔

This place is terrible. I️ am on my feet daily for my job so my heels tend to get dry between pedicures. They refused to do any sort of buffing the skin off. I’m not talking the kind of buffing that involves a razor, just simply the kind that gently rubs dry skin off of heels. I️ could paint my nails at home, the point of a pedicure is to leave with nice feet. I also had to ask her to cut my nails. When I️ complained they skipped the lotion and leg rub. I️ will NEVER GO BACK.

Absolutely the worst manicure I have ever had. To begin, I was cut with the dremel. Apparently, you have to ask to have cuticles done, I thought that was part of all manicures. I had powder done, and apparently they feel its okay to leave the extra powder under your nails. If you get white tips and dont want a pink base, be sure to tell them, otherwise thats what you get, no one bothers to ask. And finally, the white meant for my tips was all over the sides of my fingers. When I asked for it to be cleaned, no effort was made. I will definately not be going back.

People were kind, lady filed off my skin, after reporting a burning sensation in 3 of my fingers she did nothing! Nails were really thick and some almost tore off my actual nail, trying to remove them is impossible! I don’t recommend this place. The owner says they are good and don’t pay attention to reviews, but it needs to be fixed! My friends nails popped off after not long after leaving, but mine don’t seem to come off! I soaked them in professional remover and it did nothing after scraping them despratly. But at least they were nice

I will only go here, the prices are very good for the great work you receive. They have a big selection of colors

Good place to get nails done

Ive waited days contemplating what and how to say this. I went in as a walk-in so I fully expected to have to wait. However, I didnt expected to wait an hour and 20+ minutes. The first hour was spent with the owner telling me five more minutes every 15 minutes. Then at the hour mark, she seated me at her station. I spent the next 20 or so minutes waiting while she checked people out, talked to other walkins, and had conversation with anyone that wasnt me.I held my tongue and only thought to myself if shes good, its worth it.FINALLY, we get to filing. I explain to her that the place I had been growing to religiously wasnt able to get me in with the girl I liked in a while and I just needed my nails done for date night with hubby. She was entirely uninterested in anything I had to say. She proceeded to file and glue on the tips (I was getting a full set), then cut my right thumb tip VERY short and asked if I liked it. I told her it was a little short for my taste and the response was its ok while she cut all the others, also short, but many different lengths.I was never asked what shape I wanted. She filed some square and some fanned out. While attempting to file my left thumb, I said ouch and pulled my hand away. She had cut my natural nail so short that nail bed was exposed and then glued the fake tip to the raw skin. This particular nail had glue dripped all the way down to the cutical and caused pain whenever she touched it. Rather than try to fix the problem, she would try to file, if I said ouch, she would just move to a different nail. So, my left thumb is totally misshapen.We get to acrylic application.Some of my cuticals are encased in acrylic (the ones I havent picked off because its too painful) and some look like Ive had the nails on for over a week.Once the acrylic had set she asked me if I liked my new nails. I told her they were short for my liking and the shape was off. Her response? Its ok, do you want to pay me now or after I color?So I paid.Then went to wash all the dust off my hands. Upon returning to my chair, someone else was sitting in it and they were chit chatting (clearly a regular) I stood behind this woman, not knowing what to do, for a solid 45 seconds before being told I needed to move chairs.So I moved.She painted my nails while I was on the verge of tears (this date night was very important) and then sat at the dryers.Overall a very uncomfortable experience, I felt unwelcomed and unwanted other than my money. I will never go back to this place and shame on the owner for blowing off a paying customers feelings.

I had gel nails for the first time and they turned out beautiful! The staff was very friendly!😊

They were terrible! The woman who did my daughters nails made her fingers bleed in several places from the dremel tool, she made them too long after my daughter told her several times they were too long, and she messed up the design on them. The man who did mine just ripped off my old nails and when I said owe he told me I was fine! He charged full price to remove my okd nails, too, even tho he only had to remove them from one hand. Then he refused to do a new set of nails on me because he said I had a fungus on my nails cuz they had yellow spots but I told him it was because my nails were not attached to my mail beds but he wouldnt listen. After I left there I went somewhere else and got my nails done because THEY could tell it was NOT a fungus! US Nails customer service was very rude too and they were very impolite! We will NEVER go back there!

These guys go out of their way for certain people. I was treated like crap and ignored. The lady doing my pedi was rude and hostile. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but her attitude changed when she got to certain people. The pedi was even incomplete. She didnt do the very back of the feet. Youd think they would treat all paying customers the same. Im not saying we shouldve held hands and sang Kumbya., but its irritating to go for a service and be treated like crap throughout. Was not happy at all with the customer service (lack of) Will not ever go back.

EXTREMEMLY UNPROFESSIONAL. MY WIFE WHEN IN AT 1:30 AND THEY TOLD HER COME BACK IN 30-45 MINUTES. WE WAITED AND THEN WHEN WE WENT BACK THEY LET 3 OTHER PPL GO BEFORE HER WITH NO APPOINTMENTS AND AFTER WAITING ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF WE JUST LEFT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
