My mom and I have been going to J&J nails for 12 years now and no other place will do. Christine does amazing work and is fast and efficient, and Michelle does an amazing pedicure that lasts!

I happened to arrive at J & J nails at the right time! Appointments is required for service, which I learned when I read it posted at the door. I was allowed in and I asked if I can get a full set? Since she was waiting and or someone didnt show, I was able to get my full set. I love my nails!! I have wide fingers but Christine is a professional! She gave me close to the color I requested and an awesome job. I have found a new nail salon. I hope I am able to get an appointment when needed because she is well desired as a nail tech and now I know why. Excuse my crooked fingers. ;-)

Very bulky nails, not sanitary ! The lady kept poking my nail and stabbing me hurting my hands . I kept telling her it hurt she was not at all gentle . My nails are BULKY and UNEVEN. I have tried this place out twice disappointed both times ! Horrible French pedicure ! Simple things turn out bad at this nail shop .

Going on one month with no lifting, the lady did rush while doing my nails and I do see somethings that could have came out better had she had taken her time but i can say that i was still satisfied just wish she wouldn’t have rushed.

I have stiletto nails, each nail with a different design and I constantly get compliments from both women and men. People actually stop me to take pictures of my nails! Christine has a very nice voice. She sings all the time.Molly is very chatty. She keeps you laughing. She is kind. She does very good pedicures. There is no blood.Christine, Molly, and all the other employees have very good people skills and they show lots of respect and love. Their prices are within normal range. Favorite place to get my nails done! Christines nails always come out beautiful and the whole staff is super sweet. Reviews say services seem rushed, but theyre not like most places trying to just get you done and out the door. All of them make sure youre satisfied with what youre paying for, and you can tell they care that you love your results. I just wish they were open on Sundays. Great place to get your nails done! ❤

Ive been going here ever since i was little! My aunt use to live in the neighborhood right behind this location. NEVER had a bad experience. Everyones always very welcoming. Its when the customers come in with snobby attitudes when they start changing character.All i have to say.... If you walk in with an attitude, youll definitely get one back! These women been around too long! Dont disrespect and you wont get it in return.LOVE feeling like family when i open that door! These ladies are AMAZING!!!!And to top it off, i walk out 1000% satisfied ALL the time. I get the acrylic nails and shellac on my toes. My Acrylic nails have stayed on for a total of 5 weeks once! Been going here for years. Better than anyone else in the area. Tony & Christine are the nail pros. For your fake nails & shellac etc. I get a shellac French & a regular pedi. Total is $50 & worth it. Shellac lasts long! They also do waxing.

Bad customer service. Not only to me but to everyone who was in there. She rushed my service even with having an appointment and the ladies hounded me for using my debit card rather than cash. Youre better off going somewhere else

Best place too get your nails done. Christine, Toni, Michelle, and Molly treat all the regulars, and new customers super sweet. I drive all the way from Conroe, and let me tell you its a drive, but worth it. I moved from Chicago a few years ago, and boy did I have a hard time finding a place like this one where all they do is a great, perfect job. First went there when I used to live in Spring, and now that we moved to Conroe. I go to Christine, because there is no better place that they do my nails perfectly.

Ive been coming here for about 4-5 years. Ive gotten the same powder color for years & I went to get my nails done for the same color & it turned out WAY lighter than usual. I told Christine it was too light & she said it may have been a different batch she got for the color. She told me to call her the next day if I still didnt like it so she could fix it. I called her next day to fix my nails & she said theres nothing for me to do. I didnt pick the color. I have to charge you for another set. Sad to say I wont ever give this place my business

This is the best nail place Ive been too. Ive been comming here for years brought two of my good friends here and they love this place also. I sometimes let Tony free hand my nails or Kristine. And let Molly do my eyebrows and toes sometimes. They conversate with me and remember you and make you feel like good friends. Always will go here and they have good deals cheap prices! By far best nail store better then heavenly nails on 1960 way to expensive for the quality of work.

It honestly doesnt even deserve one star. I went in Wednesday and the lady doing my manicure made me bleed twice and cut me with the buffer 4+ times then my nails werent even at all. I kept showing her then she proceeeed to tell me they werent all going to be exact I explained I understand but they need to be the same length and around the same shape. Then THURSDAY my thumb nail cracked. I called Friday when they opened and explained I work all weekend and I cant come till Monday she said fine then called back and said theyll have to charge me. So because they didnt do them correctly I had to pay because I couldnt miss work. I made it very clear I will not be going back. I suggest if you do get Christine. Shes the only good one.
