I was on vacation then need it to get my nails done they treated me very nice! I loved my nails, they did my pedi and nails at the same time. Im very happy with the service and the prices. Im definitely recommend them!

Seriously the worst nail experience Ive had in 10 years. I used to go here all the time 4 years ago and it was great. Todays experience tells me its a completely different salon. Instead of soaking off the acrylic they pried them off and ripped two of my nails past the quick. They burned me several times with the motorized file and couldnt replicate the designs in their own picture books. My 10 year old can do better nail art. The whole process took over 2 hours. Do not waste your money, go somewhere else.

Im giving this a poor because the place is so very dirty. I cant believe how dirty BOTH of their locations are.I will say that they do have good techs, but I wont go back because its not sanitary.

I normally dont leave reviews. But today I experienced highway robbery at its best. I have been getting my nails done for several years of my life and with that being said I pretty much know how much certain services should be charged for. Today I went in to get Shellac removed off 8 of my nails (bc I had already peeled it off two of my other nails) and to get a color change on my toes. Nothing major. When I got to the register the lady told me $17. I said for what? She said color change was $8, and the rest to take off your Shellac. I was a bit upset bc earlier In the week when I went in I asked the price and they told me $5 to take off Shellac. Thats neither here nor there. So when she swiped my card I see $21 on the screen so at this point in even more confused. Long story short they charged me $13 to take shellac off 8 of my fingers and to polish them with CLEAR polish. Thats a bit ridiculous. Never have I ever paid that much to get shellac removed and a coat of clear polish. I will never be back here again. That was ridiculous.

Did a great job with my nails and didnt take long.Never been so pleased on how good my hands looked.

Very nice people. Got my nails done in a very short amount of time and I was nervous they were going to be uneven and crooked because of the reviews but nope they are gorgeous.

The manager older lady is very rude! After my pedicure I went to the manicure table and she step on my toe messing up the black polish then she blamed me for it and fixed it. After leaving the salon I get home and looked at my toes out in the sun noticing the nail polish color of my toe was dark blue not black. So I come back thinking it was funny not even upset about it and she gets all offended saying Im wrong not wanting to fix the color. I had to affirm her multiple times that outside the color looked dark blue to come outside with me and she still blame me for it because I moved my foot and she had to fix it! Then she aggred to paint that nail black again but in a really bad attitude. After the lady she send to paint my toe nail was done . They practically said Its done, you can leave now lol TERRIBLE..

2 visits ago I paid a $24 manicure with a $100 bill. The nail stylist gave me change for a $50 and denied receiving the $100 bill. Terrible feeling having that done to me. My last visit they gave me a menu I chose the $24 dollar manicure and $24 pedicure. When I was done the bill was $78.00. They said the push I chose was more expensive polish. They never warned me of the switch in price on polish color. I paid it and will never go back. - Dr C

Horrible service. Poor pedicure and work, a 5 year old could do a much better job, and on two occasions they TOOK a $25 tip when I paid by debit card, when clearly a (quick-n-poor) deluxe pedicure didnt warrant a $25 tip.The lady Linda who did my tips did a great job because she listened to what I desired to have done. So when I came to get my fill in, the one with the very short hair with highlights said another woman was the one who did my nails. She didnt have the same pleasant attitude as Linda though, I knew it wasnt her. Then about 15 mins. into my fill, from the back walks Linda who also recognized me too! (The Linda who does my nails perfect with no flaw) I was more than happy to tip her double the cost. She said she was there all the time. I mentioned to the woman that she was wrong, it turns out that she referred me to her GF. who did not so good a job as Linda.I just went in again after looking for Linda since before the holidays but never saw her so I left each time. I asked and was told Linda moved to Kingwood. I said where is she working?...do you have a number for her? Both the woman and the man said No!...hmmm?This time I was rushed and the place was emptyyyyy, that was my cue to leave again, but I stayed and got a full set. I so wish I could post pics here. Two tips are crooked! The man said...its not the tip...or how it was filed, its your nail crooked stunned by his reply, I said Ive gotten my nails done for 35 years and my nail has never been crooked!.So, I asked the girl to please redo the middle one, but she tried to put more Polish instead. I had to insist that she add more acrylic to the side. Why did I waste my time??? It looked worse...lol!watching The Steve Harvey show (engrossed) not paying closer attention, so after about 30 mins under that blow dryer it was strange that it took so long to dry my nails. You just would not believe your eyes. Now let me really blow your mind...upon paying, the girl slid my receipt to me with her fingers over the tip amount and said sign here! I politely pulled the receipt towards me to expose the tip amount and added 0 for the tip and added my total $30.It got dark so I really had not noticed they had no real gloss to them, and after I left they still felt sticky. Well low-n-behold!!! NO TOP COAT WAS APPLIED. I had dents and dings and smears. I blame myself because I hesitated, I felt to go somewhere else but didnt go with my gut feeling. I will NEVER!...Under any circumstance return there.Lesson learned?...ALWAYS FOLLOW MY INNER PROMPTING! LINDA!...WHERE ARE YOU???

Serious another crappy place naila are horrible not even what I asked for. She was rough and the shellec should be opaque but its see thur... then paid almost forty dollars when I should have only paid 20

I am surprised by the service I got, given that this place had decently high reviews.Granted the positives are this place looks nice, obviously to cater to its Woodlands patrons, but the service I got was awkward and kinda awful. My tech, messed up my nails 3 times on three separate occasions and kept sanding of my shellac and restarting which started to result in cuticle pain that lasted hours. It didnt help that he was so rough and forceful with my hands, grabbing them almost dragging me in the process. My accent nails were painted the wrong color number and I noticed halfway through, I wanted to get out halfway through the manicure, so I let it slide because the color was close enough, and I didnt want to sit through a fourth sanding. Payment took a while with them awkwardly keeping my card for a while, which made me nervous and suspicious. In the end, one the nails was already peeling of the gel polish as I was paying, which only made me sad and scared because I was forced to sit through another sanding and repainting session.When I left I literally ran too my car, just wanting to get away, Only to look at my nails and notice that the two accent nails are really not even the color I selected.I already knew I wasnt going to go back this salon, but now I will have to find someone to undo this mess.

Horrible service. Horrible nails, pockets of space on the top, bumpy and just not done correctly at all.
