I would give this place zero stars if I had the chance. I went to this place to get a regular pedicure, they left 3 of my nails with cuts in them weird edges and when they were clipping my cuticles they cut my several times on top of that I got an infection under my big toe nail and it hurts so bad. First and last time ever going there. Don’t waste your time they suck. Also I was the only customer in there and they still couldn’t do their job right.

I went in on a Wednesday she let me know Tuesdays and Wednesdays are slower. Thats always good to know being that I hate to wait. Debi did my nails medium length coffin overlay. The shape is perfect and so is the shellac, smooth with no bubbles. Lana did my feet shellac also smooth with no bubbles and perfect shape and that massage was great!!! This is my 5th nail place on spring cypress and I must say this place is friendly and affordable. And last but not least it is CLEAN!!! Being that I am licensed I know what to look for they are doing an awesome job!!!!

DO NOT go to this place! I went in and asked for a Pink and White Refill and they wouldnt give me a price. I was the ONLY Customer there! The first lady started working on my nails and about 3/4 of the way through another New Customer walked in the door.There were only 2 Nail Techs there.The second tech started the 2nd Customer and the customer started complaining about how she was doing her nails. At that point My Nail tech took the 2nd Customer and put me with the 2nd tech! I didnt like that at all and I spoke up about it but they just ignored me! The 2nd tech didnt know what she was doing! She tried to Paint on the White Tips of my nails and just couldnt get it right! I have wore nails for over 20 years and have never experienced such terrible service! The other Customer and I started talking and discovered that this was both our first time coming here! We both said we would Never be back! On top of All of this, they changed me $35!!! I asked why and they said because it was Shellac!!I didnt ask for Shellac I told her, but that made NO difference to them!!SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE!!!!

Great for maintenance and simple nail jobs, but when it comes to nail art, or designs, would not reccomend

Tge pretty pink nails are the picture I showed her and asked for her to duplicate. The others are of what I ended with. These guys were not great at all. After bringing my mom, we both had quite bad experiences. Mom asked for shellac mani/pedi. After asking for a green shade, the woman started doing blue on her feet. I said to my mom why shed changed it, but mom being a nice person said I didnt, but eh, its fine then when it was time to do her hands the girl started doing the green color mom originally wanted. I then spoke up and said she needed to match the colors and the woman said its the same which clearly was not. I had asked for the removal of my old solar nails and new ones put in and a pink/glitter shade used. I showed her the picture on my phone and asked for my nails to look the same. Long story short, I ended up being given(because I hadnt asked for that) a simple shellac manicure that was not at all what I had asked for, but being with my Mom I just laughed it off being how ridiculous this experience had been and paid and left. I have to say, the removal of my solar nails was attempted to be done by filing my nails which would make them more brittle & because she had done my nails last time and cut me 5 times by using her device. I asked the woman to use the polish remover for easier take off (and she was not happy). All this cost us $110 & 3 cuts 1 on my feet 2 on my fingers. Never going back. Theyre nice but not talented.

Horrible experience!!!! Never ever will I go there again! $70 down the drain. Pedicure left my feet rough. Lady who did my nails hurt me over and over and did a horrible job!! Had her fix them because the gloss had air bubbles all Got them done 72 hours hours ago and a nail already popped off. I paid extra for cuticle clean up and they look bad. I’m so disappointed.

So I have given this place multiple tries, but tonight was my last. My nails are not even in the least, there are dips and dings and sharp edges on almost every nail...which means after paying $35, I have to go home and shape them myself. I get ombré nails, and there are so many spots that are missing sparkles which makes them look super uneven and blotchy. She burned me a couple times with the rotary file. Just not pleasant, not worth the pain, the price or the outcome. I will admit, I can be picky...but this is probably the worst my nails have ever looked.What is sad is I think she could do a good job, it would just require her slowing down and paying attention and not being lazy when it comes to detail. Unless you point out all the mistakes, she will just leave them.Will not be returning again...

Clean facilities, handicap accessible, friendly staff but most of all unbeatable prices

They re-use equipment without sterilizing it first. I got a bacterial infection under my solar nail, because of this. At the time I got my nails done I didnt think anything of it, but when i noticed the infection I thought back to my time there and realized that I never saw them open a sterilized packet of tools. By law they are supposed to sterilize EVERYTHING in between uses, even nail files.

I have given this place multiple tries in the 6 years since living nearby and been disappointed every time. The last time was awful when the girl filed all my nails crooked and did a horrible job with the paint. My nails grow well and I typically ask for filing only, by the time they were even my nails were nonexistent. When I complain they got rude and when I said I would pay for only the pedicure and not the manicure they charged me the same price I would have been paying for the mani/pedi special. At that point I didnt care I just wanted out of there.

They have improved and re-did their salon and new management.
