The lady that usually there by herself does very good work. However, there is just one issue that she needs to address. The file that she uses to file down nails is way too course. It’s to the point where my nails are literally bendable and when she’s filing it, I can feel the heat coming through the nail file. Keep in mind that I brought her a fresh set of nails because I had not had a faucet for years and now my nails are literally popping off at the tip because they are too soft I am flexible to hold the end of my nails up. She told me one time that she’s had clients whose nails popped off and she said it was because their nails were not long enough but I’ve had four sets with short nails before and that had this problem. I really think if she takes some time and looks into what nail bit she is using and how long she is drilling the nails and uses a less course file, it will really be beneficial for the health of the clients nails and they would not pop off. I know it wasn’t simply a poor application because they literally all pop off at the tip but the base is still attached. Just don’t drill the nails down so much. My nails are so thin now that I cannot even get the nails repaired because I am scared to let them file it because it will be down to skin soon. I have to let them grow out and try again.

I have been going to Y&B for 3-4 years now and LOVE THEM. The prices are good, they always do an amazing job, and they have such huge hearts. I have had “nail emergencies” when they were closed and was forced to go somewhere else, but the other places never compare.I love Katie and Nam and could never go anywhere else.

If I could give them a 10 star I would every time. Ive been going here for several years. They are, by far, the best Ive ever had. We travel several months a year havent had the level of service I receive here when traveling. I cannot wait to always come home and get my nails back to healthy and beautiful. I feel like I am welcome and part of a famly every time I walk in the door.

Alright, so I waited to see if I would receive a response from a manager or owner. A simple apology or some concern that one of their nail techs represented them with poor customer service and subpar nail service would have been enough for me to feel satisfied wasting my money. I came in last Saturday to have my nails filled for the first time. The gentleman that did my set was wonderful, and my nails were absolutely beautiful. I felt confident that I would have the same level of service the second time. When I arrived there was only myself and another customer. The tech yelled at me when I asked her opinion of what nail shape she thought would look best on me. telling me I should already know what I want when I came in. She was the professional, and I wanted a professional opinion. Even with me saying what I wanted she didnt do what I asked. She rushed through my nails, burned me, my nails were not the same length. She did such a poor quality job on my nails that they all broke off with in 10 hours of having them done. I had to go to another salon to have them fixed the next day.A simple $20 fill ended up costing me $65.00. I feel like this business stole my money.

Went in today for the first time. Clean, very friendly, and HGTV on tv (always a plus). Nam was very accommodating to help me find the color I was looking for. He did a beautiful job on my shellac manicure with great attention to detail. Looks flawless!

This is now my go to place. They do a flawless job every time! Highly recommend it.

Im a very picky person and after trying out multiple nail salons I came across Y&B Nails. For the last 2 years, I faithfully see them every 2 weeks. They are very professional and make sure everything looks perfect before I leave. I have heard there are multiple locations but I only go to Sawdust! I havent been disappointed yet and ive had my nails done by every technician there!!! Thank you : )

Best nail service in the area. Always clean and good atmosphere, comfortable pedicure chairs with massage. Free wifi. Guys are doing great service.

I went for the first time after seeing posted reviews taking me and my daughter and charged $40 (for me) & $35 (my daughter) for mani/pedis only, which i thought was a bit much and felt taking advantage of. being nice is awesome but your work lasting would be an added wonderful and a return customer. polish started chipping off the second day (done on a Thursday night and chipping Saturday morning!) and started looking like crap....😡 had special dinner reservations for Saturday night and had to try to cut them so they didnt look so bad only to see the next morning chipping more again!! have to go pay someone else to get them done again....wont be going back!!

Just left and it was worth it! Nice clean quiet place with good service. The man, didnt get his name, did a wonderful mani w/gel and pedi. Very pretty colors and beautiful shaping. Very pleased!

Last weekend, my daughter and I went to Y & B nails to pedi. Nancy did for us. We feel very happy to have had nice clean feets with cute toes design. I gave her $ 20 tip. If you want Nancy to do for you, call to make an appointment with her ​​because she only worked at the salon on the second weekend (Sat and Sun).She is the youngest woman in the salon.In the salon also one young man. I do not like him to do for me because he was very carelessly and not know to design.

This is by far the best salon I’ve even been to. I have lived in Va, Chicago and Texas and now NY and I wait until I’m back in Texas to get my mani and pedi, especially my pedi. I always leave very satisfied!

Worst nail salon in the woodlands. They have a great Wednesday special but they rush through the process and do not do their manicures and pedicures correctly. I would rather go down the street and pay $7 more to get my manicure and pedicure done correctly. I have tried Y&B several times and each time the experience gets worse and worse. Last time I went to had to go home and immediately repaint my nails. DO NOT GO TO Y&B NAILS!

Went in during my lunch break for a mani/pedi and asked if one hour would be enough time for both. Chanpidor assured me it was “plenty of time.” Another lady began my pedicure while Chanpidor decided to do a pedicure on herself? By the time my pedicure was over, 40 minutes had passed and they wanted to begin my manicure. There wouldn’t have been any time for a manicure unless it was rushed so I left with just a pedicure. Very disappointed in the services, would not recommend.
