I have been coming to this place for years but I will have to say today will be the last day I give them my business.As soon as I walk in, the male that works there told me to choose a color after I told him what I needed to get done. He hands me 3 boxes with colors to choose from. As I sit down on the chair, he takes my hand and starts putting some polish on my nails. That leaves me with one hand free to hold on to the 3 boxes he handed me. I’m sitting there confused and wondering why he is rushing me when there are no other customers. I ask him what he’s doing and he tells me he is going to do my manicure.He then takes two of the boxes away from me without me having decided on a color. I ask him to give them back. He procedes to work on my other hand as I’m still trying to pick a color. He takes me to another chair after I was rushed to figure out what I needed and he is moving so fast that when he moved my purse to the other side he dropped my iPhone on the tile floor. Thankfully it did not break. He never offered me anything to drink like they always do. The whole time he was working on my nails I had to hold my hand up for him to polish my nails. He polished them standing up and my arm was falling asleep from holding it up to his level. Then, he would twist my fingers so that he could get a better angle to work from instead of having me rest my hand on the counter. When he was massaging my arms after my manicure I had to ask him to stop because I could feel my arm bruising up from how rough he was. As I was leaving about to pay I tried to talk to him about my experience and he kept on interrupting me to tell me not to worry about it.I told him to please let me talk and he kept talking. I spoke to the manager there and she said she noticed how he was rushing me because he did not understand what I wanted. Which makes no sense. They never offered a way to make it up to me to make me want to come back.

Staff is mostly friendly and accommodating. but they are good for basic manicure pedicure needs .. I wouldnt recommend this place for french manicure or any kind of nail art after my experience. and If I had known they dont know how to do a French manicure I would have gone elsewhere! Left with a mess of a manicure for an event.

I like this place for my pedicures. The person that massaged my feet was absolutely amazing. Super friendly as well. I’m definitely coming back.

Annie did an Awesome job on my pedicure I am really picky about who does my pedicures. Everyone here does a great job . They are very professional, clean establishment that provides quality service.I drive 30 minutes but its worth the ride quality means a lot to me.

I love coming here. Sandra is amazingI will say that every once in a while Ill get a nail or two that end up crooked or messed up in some kind of way but they have no problem fixing it. Theyre kind and friendly and theres always a special going on. Try and go in Monday-Wednesday, they have 20% off services. Also get the Deluxe Pedicure? Amazing. If youre really trying to treat yourself, do the earwax removal.

Nancy did such a good job on my nails. She did a fill on my white nails and she tried doing ombré with the first color I picked, but she said it wasn’t turning out. Instead of continuing with that color when my nails wouldn’t look as good, she let me pick a new color and she did an amazing job with the shape and ombré. Ask for Nancy!

Sandra does an amazing job, highly recommend her! I have been going to her for quite a while, she is really sweet. However, I got a fungus infection when she was out and Annie took me in. Great place otherwise.

This is not my usual place, I do powder dip nails. The beginning was good then she kept messing up 1 finger and redid it 3 times. Third day after my nails being done they started peeling immediately, every day a new nail peeled off my nail. The worst nail salon and product I have ever paid for. never again dont waste your time and money. Its been 2 weeks and I have 4 broken nails.

Sandra and Lien are my go to girls but everyone is great here. Service is always great never had a bad experience. Ive been coming here so long that they always ask how my family is doing. Love them!!!

I’ve gone here several times but today I had the worst experience! It looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I had shellac paint all over my fingers. I had to ask someone to take it off before we left. Then my 5 year old wanted red and green and she did some funky thing in her big toe and thumb.. it looks terrible! Really disappointed in spending $100 on what we got!

When I got my eyebrows waxed here I got the worst infection. It took a month to heal and now my eyebrows dont look the same. DO NOT GET WAXED HERE! THEY DOUBLE DIP AND SPREAD INJECTION!
