My new favorite place. I just moved to the area and this place is close and they believe in good quality. I can be very particular about my self care services but Annie did a perfect job on my nails and Lisa does the best pedicures.

I’m just going to put this here and let the pictures speak for themselves. What I got VS what I asked for.Mid way through my nails, I asked the lady if she was able to do what I wanted in the time that I had left to be at the salon, because I had already been there since 1045 (I was 1pm). I offered to come back but she insisted she could. And this was the result. I have been here before and had a good experience. But this ruined it for me. This set was $85…..$85!!!!!I will not be back.

I like going to this Nails of America. I almost always have a good experience and am really happy with the quality of pedicure/manicure. I always get shellac. Today Tina and Lisa took very good care of me.

I was hesitant to post because I have had good service at this nail salon in the past.I noticed that the salon was empty and thought that I had lucked upon happenstance.The pedicure technician talked the ENTIRETY of my service from start to finish, either to myself or the nail technician.Beginning with questions about why I didnt want nail polish to my health and wellness. Including weight. She called me fat and told me that I needed to exercise more. None of which I asked for.The nail technician was rough with my hands and seemed offended when I stated that my broken finger was in the healing process.$35 + $40=$75. I was charged $80, as there was a credit/debit charge 😑.I wont return.

I have been going here for a couple of years. Everyone is always very professional. The establishment is always clean. And the services are very good. They offer you a drink during services, and everyone is super nice.

Service is unprofessional had to fix my nails cause the color design was peeling. They were rude and told me to take it as it is. The nail tech was trying to do her best to fix it and I appreciate that, however the guy running the front desk clearly cares about the money and not the customers. They lost my business since I will never go here again.

Good quality products and last at 3 weeks. The bad the lady cut my cuticles and I went to the doctor after having toe pain for the past 2-3 weeks. Well doc said I had an infection . I’m on antibiotics now. The only way the pain would be relieved is using neosporin. I think me bathing with an antiseptic soap prior to seeing the doctorEven the cuticles on my fingers hurt after cutting down too short. I wish I tempered her name.

I have been coming here for over a year now and have had 90% great experiences. Annie is my favorite she is so sweet and always pays close attention to detail. Susan also does an awesome job. My only suggestion when working with other technicians is to make 100% sure they know how to do the effect you are asking for. There is one girl who will tell you she can and then will go and waste your time and leave you frustrated. They also do a good brow wax. Quick and inexpensive. Overall good experience.

This place is phenomenal! The location is brand new, they have 12 pedi chairs and 12 independent nail stations. The massage chairs are some of the best I’ve had! They play lovely relaxing music and have hgtv muted on the screen. Ample nail color selection and for the basic pedi, I got a heck of a deal! Wonderful massage and very attentive. My nails look great. The owner also said that they planned on serving complimentary mixed drinks including mojitos! That’s really icing on the cake, this place is great with out that as well. I came at lunch and they were so thorough it went a little long so if you’re in a rush, just let them know.

I highly recommend this nail salon! Product and Color selection, cleanliness, and qualified staff are the best. I have had Annie do my nails for the past 5 years. Prior to that, I tried many other places and manicurists. When Annie and her husband moved to the new Nails of America, I continued to go to her even though it is 7 miles and I pass many other salons on my way. I have either a fruited water (detox water, I think they call it) or a margarita depending on my mood. (All are “on the house”.) Often I have Annie help me pick my color and more than once she has patiently repainted a nail after I’ve decided it’s not quite the color I was thinking of. Also, this is a great place to have a “girl party” as there are rooms in back where groups of 8 or 10 can have manicures and pedicures together. We had my daughter’s “day before the wedding nail event” here and it was fun. Fruit and drinks and decoration were provided free of charge. And Annie had enough helpers that all 7 of us were taken care of in 2 hours. So do yourself a favor and try this salon - I love the dipping powder manicure! (and the mixed margarita!)

Where do I even begin!! This place is terrible DO NOT GO HERE!! Went in for a simple manicure and left very Upset. I was there for 11 minutes start to finish. The lady didnt soak my nails. When she attempted to do my cuticles she only made my skin sharp and missed 3 fingers. Never filed or buffed and went straight to polish. While painting I had to pint out 3 different fingers where she didnt even paint half the nail. Once done she took me to the dryer and never removed the polish from my skin. These pictures do not do the job justice. I asked for a refund from the manager he laughed and said no. I told him I wouldnt post pictures if he made it right and just refunded me for the 11 minutes and he just continued to laugh. Disputed with my bank and will never return

The only place I go to get my nails done. It’s always clean, comfortable and the staff is very friendly. They have really good complimentary drinks and a lot of options, color and style wise. I’ve never been unsatisfied with my nails or had a bad experience. Highly recommend!!

Amazing nail techs, great atmosphere, fast service. I call 30min ahead to book a spot and never have an issue. Annie is THE BEST manicure, Dean is THE BEST pedicure. Hands down, best in the biz. Do yourself a favor and go treat yourself to a day at this location. You wont be disappointed.

Susan did a fantastic job on my dip powder for the second time (which is why I came back), and shes super fast! They have extensive color options for the dip powder, which is awesome when you want to switch up your nail game by the season.The ladies are all very friendly and the salon is extremely clean. Its in a very convenient location, too. Found my new nail spot.

This was my first time going and I was extremely pleased with the service!! Cindy and Mai Le were my nail techs and took really good care of me! I was just getting over being sick and, at one point, Cindy had to help me clean my face. I will definitely tell my friends about this place!!!

I came right before closing, but they still took me in an gave me a great quality dip powder manicure. They didn’t even make me feel rushed or unwelcome. I will be coming here again.

If you want a nice, clean, & calm place to get your nails done this is the place for you. Comfy chairs, refreshments (detox water is awesome - fruit and water), hgtv on the tv and more than enough people to assist you. Take your man in for a manicure, pedicure & mini facial. Mine had a brow wax. His brows have never looked better!

Angel is the best at this location. Realtor daughters have had a great experience with Angel. Not so much with some of the other personel. My son really enjoyed his pedicure from Angel.

My first time going to this Nails of America, and just like all the other ones I am extremely disappointed. Not only are they over priced, the staff is not impressive at all. Also It has not even been 7 days and my nails are already chipping, the shellac is coming off, and the paint job is splotchy. I am so disappointed in this experience I will not even go back for them to fix the job. Nails of America should actually make sure their workers are skilled in their profession. Please do not waste your time of money on any Nails of America stores, you will regret it!!!

I myself had a great experience. I did not have to wait at all for service and the place was very clean. Annie and Long were very attentive to my needs and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. The price I paid for both my husband and I was not expensive at all. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and will continue to go there myself. Sometimes you may not have the best experience and things do happen, but thats why you mention it to the manager so that they can improve their service if need be. Oh and they have great selection of complimentary drinks....

The establishment treated me and my guest like we were some kind of poor trash. They did a piss poor job on our hands and feet. Polish was not neatly applied. They offered everyone around us drink and us nothing. They did a rush job on our feet and charged us an arm and a leg!

I stopped by for a regular manicure yesterday and was seen immediately. Mai Le did my manicure quickly and efficiently. I know people say NOA is expensive, but $16 for a manicure I can remove at home when Im ready, Im happy.

The service is terrible after waiting 1 hour, they rushed me. I didn’t even get the full treatment. They tried to charge me for services that they normally wouldn’t charge me for. When I complained, the manager didn’t do anything about it and just told me that we could talk about it in the next visit. The worst part is that I went to this place several times before. Never again!

I wanted to get my nails done on my lunch break so I went to this new location because it is closer to work. I have gone to the Nails of America up the road at grand parkway and had a great experience, however this was not the case at this location. I picked my color from the samples, but when the powder came out it looked completely different so I asked for a different color. They were irritated with this and it showed. When I went to checkout they kept saying my card was declined. I told them it had to be their machine and asked them to check about 5 times before they finally did. Turns out it was their machine. I waited for 15 minutes while they tried to fix it. I asked them if they could call me when they had it running again because I really needed to get back to work. They instead wanted me to write down my credit card information and leave it with them!!!!!!! I wouldn’t do that so they asked me to sit and wait. I told them no, and left them my number. Two and a half hours later they called to tell me it was fixed (called me 3 times and left voicemails saying they would take payment over the phone). Not one mention of an apology for the inconvenience. I drove back and gave them my payment in person after work and again no apology for the inconvenience. We own a business and have had this happen before. We take it upon ourselves to make a claim for lost business with our servicer. Will not recommend or come back. I recommend driving 5 minutes up the road.

Extremely unsatisfied with my $70 toenails. I got acrylic nails with regular polish painted and they are a complete mess with smudges and uneven sides and on the other side of the tips are just a disaster. The nail technician made me bleed on my big toe and second toe and I still have blood lines on my cuticle from it. Very disappointed with service. I was rushed, quality wasn’t great and it’s completely overpriced! I had an issue, reached out to “corporate” and he didn’t even have the decency to write a simple apology. I’ll stick with my regular nail salon up the road. Won’t be returning!

I got my eyebrows waxed here and the girl took her time making sure they were perfect. Not only that it was so cheap!

Nails were good, however, wax service was not. First wax was dripped on my shirt in 2 different places. Nothing was mentioned to me about it, and I was left to see it for myself afterwards. My brand new shirt was ruined. I tried everything to get the stain out, and then took it to the cleaners. The cleaners couldnt get it out either. So I left paying full price for wax and nails, plus the cost of my shirt and dry cleaners. The employee had a hard time pulling the strip off my face on several occasions it took her a couple of tries to pull it off. Then I get home to see that I have to go back and tweeze my eyebrows and see strips of hair that was missed on my face that I have to turn around and wax myself at home. If an employee isnt a hundred percent confident they can perform a service, they need to get someone who can perform the service. I wont be back.

I’m completely shocked at how horrible my nails look. Not only was the gentlemen doing my nails coughing & sweating the entire time, he couldn’t manage to make them even. There are gaps in between my nail & my finger. Several cuts on my cuticles. The list goes on & on. Not to mention the color isn’t what I picked out. If it was the same color by code, their samples are way off. :(I’m upset I wasted over an hour & a half here. I’m upset that I don’t even live near here to get a complimentary re-do so now I have to spend another $50 at a salon closer to my house for them to re-do these. So, thanks a lot. Save your money & go somewhere else!Edit/Update -It’s been ONE WEEK. 3 nails have broken/chipped.+ I AM SICK. Thanks to that nail technician.

Mani/Pedi shellac lasted 3 days before polish started peeling off. Went back the just filled in where nail was peeling instead of fixing or redoing nails. Same nails peeled 2 days later. Horrible experience- don’t waste your money.

I went to the Grand Pkwy location in Spring. I didn’t have to wait on a Sunday. I chose the mos basict pedi since they are a bit over priced. The lady was nice, but rushed me in and out. I didn’t get the pedi experience I’m used to at other places. She did an okay job, but I expected better. I could have done what she did at home. I won’t be going back, unless I’m in rush to get in and out fast. Oh and when I was checking out, the girl was nowhere to be seen. I told the guy checking out what I got. He said he needed to get her to tell him, so I waited a few more minutes till they found her.

Just went in for a pedicure and they sat me in the chair almost immediately, and then left me alone for 45 minutes with my feet soaking in what eventually turned into cold water. I finally just got up and walked out. Unbelievable.

I visited this location today...Angel did my nails...I got Dip Powder...she did an ok job, not good, not great just ok...took her forever...sooo slowww had to keep asking her to fix this or fix that...2hrs, I just got my hands done only(no pedi) she was very sweet and nice, so I went ahead & tipped her...the staff has great customer service.

I had a really bad experience yesterday. Ive been getting my nails done for years in different places but yesterday I was gonna get refill for the first time in this place and one of the products they use as primer BURNED my cuticles and nails. The girl who did my nails cut me with the nail file. The pain was horrible and they had to wash my hands with water and alcohol and after a few minutes I was feeling better and they told me: that happens sometimes well THIS is the first time I have experienced this situation ever!! I dont recommend this place. Prices are high too. First and last time I go to there.

My sister and I walked in for mani/pedis on a Saturday afternoon about 1pm. We were greeted right away, asked to have a seat in the lobby, and handed the shellac color cards to pick a color. We sat there for 20 mins before we were taken to the pedicure room. Once seated in the pedicure chairs we sat waiting with our feet in cold water for 30 more mins before anyone started our pedicure. I had shellac on my toes, as always, so I expected my pedicure to take a little longer than my sisters, however, this took forever. My sister received her manicure while getting her pedicure, while I only got my toes done. After my pedicure was finished they had me move to a manicure table and my sister had to just wait there while I had my service completed. My nails were not soaked in water, which I found odd. The nail tech was rushing, which resulted in poking me under my nails multiple times. I pointed out a few nails she cut down which were crooked, and she blew it off. My nails are uneven, different lengths, and my thumb nail is literally cut at an angle. I should have complained then, but after being there for 3 hours I just wanted to leave. It was actually my birthday and the services took SO long we were late for my party that afternoon. The worst part is the price, I received the basic pedicure, with shellac polish, and a dip powder manicure and my total was almost $100 and I was charged an additional fee for shellac removal, which is not the standard practice at other Nails of America locations. All in all, it was an absolutely horrible experience, it nearly ruined my birthday celebration and I was beyond annoyed. While the salon was clearly busy that day, the right thing to do wouldve been to explain to us there would be a long wait so we couldve gone somewhere else. I will never return to this location and I will be calling to ask for compensation.

Inexperienced nail technicians and horrible service, especially for being so expensive!! I have never had some some do dipped nails so sloppy, my nail started peeling the next day and I cracked my nail 2 days later!
