The store was beautiful and clean but my attendant didn’t spend much time on my feet and spent more time on the massage. To be honest, it almost seemed as though she could not see what she was doing. She also scratched my toe with the file, didn’t offer for my nails to go under the dryer, never applied cuticle oil to my actual cuticles and thinned the polish out so far with acetone that the polish on several of my nails was thin, streaky and chipping before I even left. By the time I got home, I had rashes all over my feet and legs, a bleeding and swollen toe and two toes almost completely devoid of nail polish. I have sensitive skin so maybe the full treatment is just not for me but i expected a much better result for 57 dollars. I am not sure if I would go back. The attendant next to me seems to have done a much better job.

I have been to this location and have gotten my nails done twice . Both times with Wendy !!! She’s quick, efficient, and I can tell she takes pride in her work. She was doing my nails and literally said she didn’t like how it was coming along and fixed what she didn’t like. And I loved the end result. She’s professional as well ! I went somewhere else to get a refill because it was closer and instantly regretted not coming back to Wendy . She’s my nail girl from now on !

I got my nails done here about a month ago . The first woman who did my nails was great. Beautiful design, perfect job, just incredible. The second woman who did my nails on Saturday was awful. She was pushy and rude and kept demanding that I show her what I wanted. When she drilled, she burned me several times and cut my nails way too short. Then when she put the acrylic gel or whatever on my nails, she picked this weird super pink color for the “natural” part of my nail. I’m mixed so bright pink looks anything but natural. I even commented that it looked way pink, but she said it would wear off. Uh, what? It did not. Now my nails are too short and are a freaky shade of pink. To add insult to injury, she came over at the end and shoved the card reader in my hands. This place is usually good, but this last time was so horrible that I won’t be back. Ladies, there are more affordable nail places out there with people who won’t ruin your nails and treat you horribly.

Overcharged me. Too.expensive to do a below average job. I asked for a simple white rose. What is this. Never again. 🥴😣

I recently started using this Nails of America over a month ago and when I say Wendy is a nail diva. I literally sat in her chair told her what colors I wanted and she told me what she thought would work and I let her work her magic. I was so impressed with my first set of ombre nails and received so many complaints. I went back again earlier this month (May) I showed her a picture of a design that I wanted and she mastered it to the T. I told her I was a girl of simplicity I dont have too many demands when it comes to my nails just as long as they are cute and she has mastered the job each time.

They did an amazing job on my nails! And the lady who did my eyelashes was the sweetest, and listened closely to what I wanted! This is my new go-to place!! ❤️😍

I asked for a pretty simple design and my nail tech didn’t even know how to do it and then she called someone else and she started teaching her how to do it. After that the other nail tech got frustrated and started doing herself and telling her stuff in their language. Now that I came home I realized my nails do not have the gel evenly, I guess when They applied the design (little stones) they didn’t put the gel evenly. I shouldn’t have even tipped and then I was charged for shellac removal which I didn’t have, I only had regular nail polish.

Nails of America will be my new go to nail salon. I went in hoping to be serviced by Wendy since she has such good reviews and I was able o walk right in and be serviced by her. I showed her two different pictures of what I wanted and she was able to do it without hesitation. I absolutely love my nails and I recommend you go there if you are into trendy nails and designs.

Every time I come in, I come in with a photo of some crazy, super detailed, trendy new acrylics. And every time, they deliver. They’ve got all the latest trends, be it foil, dried flowers, holographic stickers, whatever! It isn’t the cheapest, but given the work that goes into the sets I’ve asked for it is very reasonable, and every time they are able to give me what i’ve asked and then some. Not only do my nails look beautiful, but they last! I’ve never had one pop off on me or break unless it’s been way too long since my last re-fill. Wendy in specific does an amazing job on my nails, and I have no desire to go anywhere else. 10/10

Always very nice and do a great job with my nails. Very clean as well. I broke a nail and they fixed it for me and were super awesome! I love that I can make my appointments online or if it’s not working I can call and get an answer right away. Never had to wait, I’ve walked in before too during the weekday and they always have someone to accommodate.

Nice atmosphere and clean. Would I go back, probably not, but only because of the lack of customer service. My nail technician was nice, but was a bit defensive regarding the details of the pedicure. On their service menu it states that my specific pedicure was one hour and included a 20 minute leg massage. I told her the only thing I cared about was the 20 minute leg massage. She kept telling me, “It’s only 1 hour.” She was getting defensive, basically saying that there may be time for the 20 minute massage. She only did 15 minutes, but whatever. When I left, the man at the counter didn’t look at me, say thank you or anything. Apparently they are too good to provide customer service and don’t need my money. With so many nail places close by you would think they would do anything to get you to come back. Spend your money somewhere else!

Place is clean and very nicely designed. I got a pedicure and for the price it was ok. My nail tech didnt give me the full service specified on their menu but after trying to conversate and her just laugh I didnt even bother.

It was ok. I paid $145 including tip and I do not feel pleased. I asked for a $42 pamper me pedicure with glow in the dark shellac pedi and received a $65 gel pedicure without it being glow In the dark. The menu also states it comes with a shoulder massage which I did not receive. I will definitely be back tomorrow to fix my toe nails and get what I asked for. As for my hands I received a full set with glow in the dark gel with no designs, medium coffin shape. Is it $66.00 worth? $40-$50 is more reasonable. Esthetic is decent, receptionist is adorable. Won’t be back after getting my toes fixed.

Service was excellent! They’re a little more on the pricey side but we enjoyed ourselves! They will give you some champagne or mimosas if you ask.

Our delightful experience started the second we walked through the front door and were greeted in a warm and friendly manner. The facility itself was gorgeous and very clean and our appointment occurred without a wait time at all. Our techs were excellent and we were very happy with the services rendered. We will definitely make this our new go to nail salon. 💕💕💕💕💕

I went in as a walk in and requested a pedicure and dip powder on my nails. I asked for the colors for dip and was pointed to a variety. Upon me finally finding a color (the variety is vast) I was told that was gel not dip. The books were mixed and they couldn’t tell me what was what until I found another color. This was extremely frustrating. You should give your customers this upfront and be able to distinguish dip from gel and such.I’m sitting in the pedicure chair and it took 5 minutes or MORE for the tech to even show up. By this time the water cooled significantly. I tell her which pedicure I want and color and guess what … there is another issue with the color. It took two other techs to tell her they did have the color I wanted. The whole time they are speaking another language and I’m stuck asking what’s going on and they aren’t answering. I finally tell them I’m frustrated and explain what the problem is. They say there isn’t one and wait. The tech does my feet and is CONSTANTLY trying to upcharge me. Paraffin +$10 Hot Stones +$10 Shallac +$19 …. No I want what I requested. Then I wanted glitter and she couldn’t do a LIGHT layer.My hands came out ok but the edges are sharp and I bought a buffer to smooth them out at home later .My birthday was 4 days ago. On the price pamphlet it says you get a discount for birthdays. I was super excited…. Yay! But then the owner said nope it has to be the day of she thinks…. It should have that detail on there right? The tech said I would get it when I read and initially asked.Overall they were unprofessional, expect to be up charged, the ventilation is poor (the smell was beyond strong) and the work is ok at best. Definitely not worth their prices (on the higher end) .I’m sad my normal lady was off and I tried some place new as a result. That DEFINITELY will not happen again. If you want quality work with reasonable prices go to Eva Nails & Spa… you can thank me later!!!

The nail tech I had was very unprofessional and rude. They were under the impression that we did not know how to speak Vietnamese, however we understood perfectly what they were saying. They were calling us and fellow customers stupid and difficult to work with as I had asked her to switch the color on one fingernail. Usually, as fellow Asians, we love to support fellow Asian businesses. But I definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere!!! Super disappointed!

Came to my appointment with Wendy at 5:15. When I came in the shop I had a nude set on my fingers already, wanted a refill with a little darker color. She then tried to Charge me the same price as the full set. When I questioned her she told me that she has to takeoff the color that’s on my nail in order to put on a different color. I then asked her why she was charging me for a full set and why she said that it had to be removed when you can put a color on top of another color as long as it’s darker than the color that you already have. She told me that I didn’t know what I wasTalking about! I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old I am now 40 and I’ve never been told that I cannot do a darker color on top of a nude and then I’ve never been talked to like she talk to me telling me basically calling me dumb and not knowing what I’m talking about just a nice way. Scam artist stay away

Ive been to about every nail salon in the area, and now that Ive found this place Ill never go anywhere else! The entire staff is friendly and professional, the prices are reasonable, and Dawn does the absolute best nails Ive ever had.. no breaking, peeling, always perfect every time! Tons of color selections for mani/pedis, and they clean / disinfect everything often!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. Paid 100 for the worst full set that doesn’t even cover my nails. Then the guy taking my money keeps telling me to come back and get them fixed. Why would I want to come back when you just completely ruined my nails? Don’t waste your money and be fouled by the looks of this place!

The staff seemed nice but the women doing my nails was rude. She got visibly upset when I told her I wanted longer nail and the shape I wanted them. She pinched my finger with scissors multiple times when making my nail shape, not all my nails are the same length, and I also got stones place on my ring finger as an accessory she did not secure the properly and one came off as I was washing my hands.

It took me a while to find a good tech after my tech moved far away, then I found John he does a very good job and is flexible and easy to make appointments with. The ring finger is the new Chameleon flakes love it!!! I even bring my daughters to John to get their nails done.

I love getting my pedicures from here. The ladies always do a fantastic job and the polish last until time to get them redone. My new favorite place to relax and get great service.

I got my nails done yesterday. It was my first time going here and I had such a pleasant experience. Everything was very clean and the salon has a modern sleek look. Wendy did my nails she did an amazing job. I usually do square shape but she suggested I do an ombré coffin shape and I’m absolutely in love with the result! I do have to say that it was pricier than my usual spot but I will definitely be back.

Got a acrylic powder full set almost a week ago and my nails are already popping off. Not the best quality for the price they charge. Girl who did my nails was the worst. She advised me that the way I wanted my nails would not look “cute” on me. LolGorgeous decor and the other employees were great. Just wish for the price I paid that my nails would of lasted longer than a week.

I have been going to Dawn for 10 years she is amazing. If you are looking for someone to do your nails or absolutely beautiful eyelashes call and make an appointment with Dawn. I have had Dawn do my waxing, and she makes you very comfortable. We talk and laugh during the waxing and that helps keep your mind busy while she does her thing!! To get the best pedicure and if you have ingrown toenails and need to get them out Mia is the one to have that done without any pain at all. Dont hesitate for a minute because its hard to get appointments with them because they are top notch. Enjoy your experience with them. I love them like they are my daughters. 💗

The ladies who took care of us were great. Me and my daughter loved how relaxing it was. HOWEVER, i saw two roaches there.. And we came in for pedicures and I needed to have my eyebrows done. I got the spoil me pedicure which is listed at $55.00 my daughter was $18 my eyebrows were $12. My total without a tip came out to $102. Yes I was confused as well. It SHOULD have been $85.00 without a tip. So im ASSUMING she added a $17 tip i did not even notice UNTIL my husband said something after we left because the total was $102 PLUS the tip I left which was $20 and adding her additional $17 . I will just stick to my regular place where they DONT add their own tip.

This place’s atmosphere is so pretty and the staff are very friendly. The owner and the manager really know how to make a client happy! i came in last week with my mom and was pampered with such delight in the service literally!!! i very much enjoyed the pamper me pedicure! it is slightly busy so make sure to make appointments!! :)

The service at the front desk was great, as well as the girl that did the mani, pedi, and eye brow waxing. The reason why I only gave it 3 stars is because it was dirty behind the chairs and overall, it just didn’t look clean. The overall facility is beautiful, it just needs to be cleaned. I hope the hire a cleaning service soon.

I had a great experience! My favorite nail salon in Houston. Service was quick while maintaining excellent attention to detail. The prices are fantastic and I was shocked while checking out at how reasonable the pricing was. I have the dip on my nails and due to travel, I wasnt able to go back for 3.5 weeks and they still look amazing! LOVE this salon!

My nails always look absolutely amazing when I come here. I can count on this place anytime I need to my nails to look great for an event or an important meeting. Everyone is friendly and i never have to wait. I usually ask for John because he is really detailed and a perfectionist. I only wish they weren’t so expensive, but you get what you pay for.

My total for my services was 114.00 for me and my mother. When I got to check out the lady told me my card was only authorizing 110.00. So my mom felt inclined to pay the 4 dollars plus a tip when I had already added a tip onto mine. After we left I saw that my card had been charged 114.00. So not only did this Nail Salon lie so they could get a bigger tip they also embarrassed me in front of my mom. We will not be returning.

Go in to check in knowing how busy they are so I understood. They were just telling everyone too much of a long wait, couldnt make any appointments for anyone. It was like they didnt even want any service. So I waited about an hour and some, decided to go do shopping and I would get a call when my appointment was ready. Never did. Just bad attitude. Didnt feel welcome.

Just okay, I dont think Ill come back.The shop is large and beautiful with a massive selection of quality products, massage chairs, and drinks but I would prefer to spend less on atmosphere and more on quality service and products elsewhere.For every service I asked for, my tech offered a more expensive service that was suppose to be better. I paid $30+ for a pedicure which was really just a nail/cuticle trim, soak in water, and polish. The skin of my feet were not addressed to remove callous or rough spots which I thought was standard for any pedicure. I also got the dip powder manicure which really wasnt a manicure but only application of the dip powder. There was no soak, no cuticle trim only application. To me, the nails look bulky but its my first time getting them and I dont have anything to compare them to.

I am trying to upload pics Of my nails but I can’t put into words how dissatisfied I am. First time I went in Leeann did my nails and I was very happy. I needed a refill and Catherine saw me. She left the material all over my cuticles and missed my cuticle by a long shot. My nails still look like they need a refill. So I basically paid $45 to sit in a chair and waste my time. If someone could tell me how to upload pictures I would love to post them. They say a picture is worth a thousand words.

I paid for having the dip and I did not like the final result. without shine the nail is not defined. And I paid the extra 5 dollars for the manicure.At this time very disappointed.

I put 1 star because there isnt a way to leave no stars. I had my nails done and they were uneven and messy. I tried to tell the tech I was assigned to, Eva, and she interrupted me and said she would fix later. When she was finished she said that she had had another appointment. I was so annoyed I just left. I called back and spoke to manager Julie who promised that she would handle it and requested that I go back in. When I went in Julie was not helpful at all. After showing her that they were different lengths and that the rhinestones were falling off after just a few days she just kept asking me Well they look fine to me, what do you want me to do about it Will never go back to this place. This is what I get for trying new places and not using my usual place. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Went for a pedicure with my daughter Oct 28, 2019. Paid $36 for the deluxe pedicure which lasted a total of 18 minutes... fast! The lady was so rough and was in such a hurry!! She bruised my big toe with one of those metal tools digginging in around my nail. When scrubbing my feet with the sandpaper block she would laugh and continued hitting the arch of my foot and continued when she knew from my face it was very uncomfortable. The paint job was horrific!! I have nail polish all around my toes! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! We wanted to spend time together and relax and it was rushed and very disturbing.

This was my first time going to this location and the service was amazing. Every body was professional and very attentive. I will definitely go back again.

This place is amazing! All technicians are good,haven’t met any bad ones. Their drinks are good and their prices match their services. The technicians take their time doing their job and my nails turned out great! (Lasted for 3 weeks) I got the dipping powder and what the front desk girl said was right, when you get them off your nails are super strong! Definitely recommend this place!! In the afternoons are pretty busy try to come in the morning or after 3pm, best to make an appointment!

I have been coming here for a little over a year now and have never had a bad experience. All the technicians are very helpful and continually check throughout the process that I am happy with the color and shape of my nails. They are also all very patient; I can be quite picky and they have never shown any signs of annoyance. John is especially awesome and has great attention to detail.

Had a positively wonderful experience. Beautiful interior and very friendly. I had my 6 month old with me and the receptionist Lexi and the manager Dawn were so sweet and entertained him while he cried. Lynn and Tiffani did my moms and my nails and they look phenomenal! So thrilled to have found this place and I will be a regular now!

John is the best nail artist i have had in the almost 30 years of having my nails professionally done. He makes a natural (by request) nail that has beautiful grow out combined with strength in the work. He’s my go to guy every time. Mimi and Bella are also wonderful. Love this salon.

My technician was extremely nice. She was very apologetic to me when I fell asleep and my foot kept sliding off. Then she allowed me to ’sleep’ 10 minutes more after completing services. I was beyond tired!!!

I came here with my daughter for her birthday, I got the dip super affordable. $45 dollars for something that’s stays on your nails for Over three weeks. My daughter got dip as well and we both love it! My daughter told them the length size and they did what she wanted. she likes her nails short since she does cheer, they made the length and size perfect! Definitely recommend, free drinks and a free refill everysingle time! I love it!!

My pedicure lady was amazing, my daughter and nieces ladies were not so good according to them. My facial lady was good, but my nail technician was not good at all. He wouldnt do any of my designs I wanted. All he did was make excuses. Other nail techs in other states have no problems doing the hard designs. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Im from out of state

Even men picking up their wives were offered something to drink. The tech doing my pedicure kept stopping to check her phone and talk to other staff members. Kind of pricey. Not worth it. I just left there and it was an awful experience. I paid for the spoil me manicure and the only thing good about it was the polish was done good. The neck massage wasn’t even as long as a commercial break on TV, there was more time spent putting all of the different products on than an actual arm and hand massage. I also told the gentlemen when I checked in that I needed an eyebrow wax and asked for someone that was experienced in eyebrows. The lady who did my nails also did my eyebrows and did NOT listen to a word I said and did the exact opposite!!!! Now I have way tooo thin eyebrows and they are completely uneven! As I was leaving, no one asked how it was for me to even say anything, they were all playing on their cell phone. With as much competition, you would think customer preferences would be important. I do not recommend going there at all and I will never be back!!!!Not to mention the wax I just found all in my hair

Have gone to this Nails of America twice and both times were wonderful! I had John who honestly gave me the best manicure I’ve ever gotten. If you’re shopping around in Spring for a place to get your nails done, this is definitely the best place.

I went here for the first time last month. I had a positive experience and Megan did a great job on my nails. I came back with my sister thinking I would have another great experience. I was wrong. I never got the ladys name that did my nails. She put a fake tip on my thumb after I told her not to. She said they needed to be even cause it looks better even though I told her I didnt care. I didnt want a fake nail. After all the fuss about my nails needing to be the same length she still didnt make them the same length. I have nails on my left hand that are longer than my right hand, nails filed uneven, or at an angle. The pedicure I received was decent but certainly not worth the $35 I paid and the dip for $45 definitely wasnt worth it. My sister received just as bad of service. If I go back Ill only be seen by Megan. But its highly unlikely I ever go back.
