The service here is absolutely phenomenal! First of all, the space itself is beautiful, very clean and hygienic, and really comforting as well! I had the ultimate luxurious experience. Im visiting from out of state and had some time to get a mani/pedi at Zen Nail salon such a beautiful environment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely return!

The place is clean and quiet. The professionalism of the staff who worked on my nails is fat away from perfect. Thick layers of nail polish, that looks like a 12-year old girl did it. When I nicely pointed on that, was offered a third!!! Layer on top of this already awful work. During my visit i had 3 technicians change during pedicure alone without any reasoning. Apparently, they were training those people and never even asked me if I was OK with that or warned me. Left $65 plus tips and left with rough heels and cheap quality mani. Low quality, but the staff is nice.

Color selection for no chip is incredible. Ambiance wonderful, really nicely done inside with big tv. No chip lasted 2+ weeks with only one tiny chip early on from heavy yardwork. Prices lower than competition, but services are equal or better. And everything was sanitary with prepackaged instruments -- very important!
