Gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I have a crooked nail on my pointer finger and this is the first salon that actually cared enough to fix the position of the nail to make it straight. Funny guy to talk to and a great overall experience. 10/10 recommend and definitely will be coming back!!

I travel for work and have been disappointed with many nail salons but Jonathan did such an amazing job with my nails!!! Out of all the places I’ve been to I’ve never had someone put so much effort and pay such great attention to detail than him. If your looking for great quality this is the place to go not to mention Jonathan had such a fun personality! You won’t be disappointed coming here!

I took someone here for her birthday and I just have to say Im super impressed. Not only was the atmosphere relaxed and fun, even with covid. The employees joked around with me, were patient with all my questions and also asked me everything from length to gems on my fingers to color differences between polishes to make sure that I got what I wanted.Not only that but they made the birthday girls day special as well, she is in love with her nails and cant stop talking about how funny Jonathon is.

Johnathan did my nails and he was amazing! He stayed 2 hours after closing to finish my friend and my nails and make sure they were done beautifully. He was also super funny, sassy, and a good conversationalist. He was a great communicator and would frequently check in to make sure I was still happy with the nail shape and color. He changed the color of my friends nails about 5 times to make sure she was happy with it and did not complain once. After he finished our nails, he even walked my friend and I to our car because it was after hours and dark. He went above and beyond for us and I had an amazing experience! I will definitely be coming back!

We own the hair salon and spa next door to Jonathon and we send all our clients his way. These guys are the only ones that give me nails that ACTUALLY LAST! He is fun and silly and we appreciate him.

This was my first time in and my expectations were exceeded! I got a great pedicure and they were able to give me an acrylic toenail that looks completely normal for the first time in year and years, I also got a set of nails that are amazing! This place was recomended by a friend because they really clean their tools they use for nails. I liked the place. I took my daughter there to get her nails done for her birthday. She didnt like it much because she said it hurt, and her cuticles bled. I told my friend that and they said that is normal, acrylic nails hurt more to put on. I had a manicure there, and it was my first. I liked it and would recomend it. I would go back. Free repairs and he seems to want to make you a satisfied customer. He also has a great sense of humor and is funny.

I’ve been going here about 6 months now. The last 2 times this place has forgotten to actually write down my appointment. The best part is they talk down to me me as if I’m the one who made the mistake. It’s pretty embarrassing. This last time, Jonathan was very rude and made quite a scene in front of the other customers. I drove 30 minutes for my appointment just so he could tell me Ravi went home sick and that I didn’t have an appointment anyway. Won’t be back. Nails are okay customer service is horrible and the prices are never consistent.

I had a nail design that I went to 3 or 4 different salons with and they all told me they couldnt do it. I walked into Jonathans, and he told me it would be easy to do!! He was very kind and funny. He made it feel like we were friends. Its a little more expensive than what Im used to, but it was definitely worth it.

They were all super friendly and did a great job! I had a basic Mani/Pedi and felt super pampered. Looking forward to trying out some more of their services.

Ive been to many salons that are not very clean, that dont sterilize their nail tools, that rush yu in n out quiccly, that have unfriendly technicians n just cant manage to do the job right. PERIOD ! Johnathan is hilarious, hes reassuring n takes his time to perfect his work. IM NEVER UNSATISFIED ! His prices may b a little higher than normal but definitely worth every penny ! Just got my nails done here! They were so fun to be around and my nails turned out great!

Horrible! I made an Appointment. I got there and there 2 workers and 4 clients, I was the 5th client. I sat in my chair for 10 mins before the water was turned on for my feet. Water was Luke warm/almost cold. He left for another 10 mins. And when he came back he rushed my pedicure, barely scrubed my feet. I will never go back there.

This is by far the best salon I’ve been too! The sass is slightly off putting but once you see that it’s not serious then it’s very comfortable lol, I had some nails poorly done else where and Jonathan didn’t charge me extra for the design or ombré because he said he just wanted me to be happy with my nails, and I’m beyond that!! I was scheduled for a fill and he soaked off my nails and did a whole new BEAUTIFUL set, I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else I’m so excited for all the ideas I know he can execute

Drove all the way to Pullman to come check out Jonathan’s, and it was well worth the trip. They definitely made my simple/sleek nail vision come to life, very open to feedback, but what I enjoyed the most was the experience. Jonathan and staff (especially Ravi) are so kind and conversational. My friend and I did a walk-in and they were very accommodating and were able to fit us in. Jonathan is such a kind and genuine guy. I enjoy every appointment and feel like I leave with beautiful nails and some sort of meaningful life advice. Today in particular, he worked hard and gave me my dream nails, and they look like a perfect pastel rainbow dream.I highly recommend, but just know when you walk in, you will be sassed, but only in the most loving way.

Yes, I enjoy a pedicure, and this is one of the best places Ive been to date. They are a touch more expensive than competitors, yet Ive always had a delightful time, always been entertained and relaxed by staff and the environment, and the results are fantastic in my opinion. The kids are treated very well and get toes and nails done for the price. I love the little extras they do for the kids. This is a pampering I wish we could do more often. We went to Jonathan’s as a bridal party of about 15. We had the best experience. The staff was so kind and they take great care of us. All of our nails were impeccable. A little pricey, but totally worth it. I left wishing I was a local so I could come regularly. I would highly recommend this salon!

Jonathan is amazing!! Well worth the money I spend here and my nails always turn out better than i imagined. I’ve been seeing Jonathan for over a year and have never once felt less than family. I’m very picky and get long acrylic nails done usually about three hours for PERFECT PERFECTION!! It’s always super busy and yet the service is still very personal and above all standards. Love that if anything happens to my nails they will fix for free!!

Jonathan not only talks to you through the entire service, but he also does a perfect job. He creates such a welcoming environment that I didn’t want to leave and also engaged with my boyfriend who came with me as well resulting in him wanting to join me at my next appointment.

I love this place. I come here every two weeks. The environment is fun and sassy. They listen to your requests, give guidance if they feel something wont go well, and they get to know their regulars. They show great attention to detail, treat my 8 year old daughter with the care they treat the adults, and always make sure I walk away with a beautiful product. I get compliments on my nails ALL THE TIME!AND if there is anything that you dont feel came out well, they will correct the situation. I always need two top coats. They make it happen. I play sports and break my nails sometimes. They fix me in between appointments. They know I will pick my nails if left to my own devices. They make recommendations so that my nails survive my abuse.
