They are really nice, I like finding fun designs for my nails, and so far each design they are able to do. I would suggest to call ahead and make an appointment or you could have a long wait time, but they try and fit you in when they can. Their prices are not bad at all, Ive been to other nail salons and paid more for my designs.

Absolutely loved the service and nails! I was recommended here by a family member and I see why. Staff was fun, friendly, and detail oriented in doing a fantastic job. I took my daughters to get their first full sets and they made sure I was going to write a good review haha

Took my daughter in for her first pedicure, they sat us in the chairs. Finally 45 minutes after sitting they came and turned on our water. We had our feet in water for over an hour before they finally came and did our pedicures. The water was cold at this point not one did they come to check on us. I saw 3 different people walk in no appointment get service and leave before we even got our pedicures done! Ended up being there for 2 hours! Never again will I go to this place 🤬

They took three of us before closing. Mai was very friendly, loved talking to her, she also was very helpful in picking color. Really loved the results, thank you very much Mai we will all be back, and tell all our friends.

Pedicure was ok but manicure is one of the worst I’ve had. A gel mani/pedi cost me $95 and I’m going to go to another salon to get my manicure redone tomorrow. Within a couple of days the polish started peeling and my nails started breaking. I’ve heard if Mai does your nails it’s not as bad but I had someone else do mine as she was busy with another client.

The people who work here are very sweet, but I have to give a bad review based on the quality of service. It cost $100 for a pedicure and manicure with gel. Spots were missed on my nails, gel paint got all over my skin and the gel had lumps on both my fingers and toes. It was a job worth probably around $30.My boyfriend got a pedicure and when we got home, I had to fix the way they filed his toe nails. They were very uneven.The gel cure lamp used on your hands is also used on the feet, which explains why the cure lamp had a strange smell. There was nail polish all over it, like nobody had tried to keep the cure lamp clean at all.The lotions used are just whatever lotions they have on hand, and not special at all.The best thing about this place is their variety of nail color to choose from.

LISTEN if you are thinking about going to this place just don’t. They were trying to get me to buy everything else when I said I just wanted my nails done. When she got done with my nails it looked like a 5 year old did them... I’m sure a 5 year old would of done a better job. It did not look anything like the picture I showed her and she was so rude the whole time.

I asked for a simple white squared shape nail . And it seemed like the lady was just in a bad mood . She kept pushing my hands instead of telling me where to place them . She cut like 5 of my fingers. And im talking about deep cuts . I wouldnt recommend anyone this place . 2 of my nails fell off the next day lol.

Im really disappointed. I got a mani pedi and my friend got a full set, the nail tech told me $90 so I said for both of us? and she said yes, then later on after she left the other nail tech told my friend how much and I told them I already paid for it and they said I didnt and made my friend pay $50. I gave a $20 tip because I thought I was paying for both, and my nails look like I did them myself with dollar store nail polish, my toes look good and Ha did a very good job on them, but I feel like I was ripped off with the price and my fingernails

I have gotten acrylic nails here before and they were good but then I came in to get a new full set and the lady didn’t soak my nails she just ripped them off and ripped some of my real mail off then put the acrylic over where it was bleeding to put on a new nail tip! Also all my nails are crooked and uneven and one already came off the next day and went in that day the nail fell off I didn’t even get to see someone to fix it for an hour

The ladies were nice. But my nails came out poor overall, I got them done on Saturday by the following Thursday I had them peeling off (gel).I paid $105 for a gel mani/pedi. The effect that I wanted on my nails did not “work” so I got discounted five dollars. By the time I got home and looked at my toenails they also didn’t have the effect that I was charged for. There were bubbles and my nails a couple pieces on my skin...my cuticles looked exactly the same as they did prior to entering the salon. Dissatisfied customer that will not be returning.

Do not waste your money. Just got my nails done today. Got a full set, realized they look like they are grown out a couple weeks already. She didnt even try to get them to look natural as if its your own nail. RIDICULOUS! Worst nail experience. Spent $45 for them and cannot look at my nails without being very disappointed. I went in for a fill. Although my technician was nice, two of my nails lifted and broke off within five days. This has never happened to me before and I’ve been getting my nails done for several years. They usually last about two and a half weeks before lifting occurs. It was very painful and I’ve concluded they weren’t done right so I won’t be coming back in for them to fix them.

WORST EXPERIENCE! My husband and I went in for pedicures the staff was not friendly and extremely pushy! They kept trying to upsell our pedicures after telling them no several times no! They did sloppy work and to top it off my husband went and paid and left $14 dollar tip and then they came to me and asked for more and lied saying he only left $2! RIDICULOUS Dont waste your money

This place use to be my fav. but its not professional to skip and jump back and forth between customers and not sanitize your hands but except your customers to do so. they do not use fresh nail files nor do they santize properly during covid. they skip steps on nails to rush u...i expressed to the nail tech serval times how i wasnt happy how this nail is bumpy on top how this one is longer the the other and how this one isnt straight and she ignored the issues.i will never ever go back and looking into sending the right people over to look into this...i didnt pay to have bumpy and and not straight nails..... never will i go back....ive tried serval nail techs too. they aslo talk disrespectfully in their own language and its rude. ive brought them customers that are gunna back me on all ive said...

My nails are PERFECT. The ladies are all sooo sweet and know how to make you feel comfortable. Next time I will definitely be making an appointment instead of walking in because they were really busy which is understandable because of the quality.

The price went up $10.00 after they reopened(covid-19)I feel this is price gouging and we are paying for their down days. My girl Kim was 40mins late for our appointment and I told her I had to catch a flight out that day so no I will find anyone else to do mine next time.She charged me $25.00 for a fill-in I would not go to Mais nails if you can go anywhere else!!

Went in to get a fill in my nails...done it before. The attendant who serviced me was so rough and would yank on my arm like I was squirming all over the place. I asked her to paint the bottom half of my nail and leave my white French manicure visible and she said it would be an additional $30. My nails look horrible. There’s no color and all she put in it was top coat. I swear she filled them with clear filler. AVOID THIS PLACE!! They even make fun of you in their foreign language. Oh and then to top it all off they thought I tried to leave without paying. Like seriously....who does that anymore???? WORST PLACE EVER.

The nail polish they used chipped and came off ASAP. They did NOT clean the foot spa properly. The ladies are sweet.

While the ladies were really nice, both my Mani and pedi had some imperfections. There are bumps on the gel polish for my manicure and for my pedicure a few toes look rough in the polish. There was really no massage for the pedicure and they didnt give me any options as to what type of pedicure I wanted. Regardless it has been months since my last pedicure and it was nice.

Not friendly. I was new and they seemed annoyed that I didn’t know I had to sign it. (I’ve never signed in at a nail shop before) I had 1 ingrown toe nail that she got out which was good. But then she started digging in on another toe that did not have an ingrown toe nail. She rounded out my nails which I did not ask for or like. She put the base coat, immediately following 2 coats of polish, and immediately putting the top coat. No time to dry in between. She somehow got polish on the top of my food which I had to point out. And when I left I realized I had polish around my toes in several spots. I typically do my own toes but thought I’d pamper myself. Well, I do a much better job at my own nails. Then the following day I was lining because my toe hurt (the toe she dug in with no ingrown.) I thought it would go away in a couple hours. A couple hours turned into days. I ended up in urgent care. Turns out my toe is INFECTED. I now have to take antibiotics. In the past I’ve went to tons of nails salons and I’ve never had anything infected. I also noticed the wooden stick she used to scoop out products she wipes off on my leg, dips in water that my feet are in, then used it for the next person. I will never go back. My $50 pedicure led to an INFECTION.

The Women there are very nice and do a very good job. Every time Ive gotten my acrylic nails done they did a wonderful job making sure they will last. Ive gone in for more fills than applications at this point. The most recent time I went for acrylics the girl that did them rushed it too fast and with in a week I was pulling them off effortlessly which is a shame. She might have been new though.

I had such a wonderful experience! I have been here twice now and both times were incredible! Ive been getting my nails done for years and the service I received from Kim was HANDS DOWN the best Ive ever had. Im usually pretty picky, but her attention to detail was impeccable. She also gave me an incredible hand/arm scrub and and a shoulder massage! I have been sending everyone I know to this salon! Highly recommend.

I just started getting my nails done but this was the worst experience I’ve gotten so far. This nail salon is just down the road from my house so I decided to give them a try. I will never go back there again! The lady cut my nails too short and made 5 of my cuticles bleed. So the alcohol and every other product they used made it burn the entire time. They didn’t do enough coats of nail polish so you can still see my nails some. I mentioned that and she said your nails are too short well take $5 off. I said ok. When I went to pay she said no full price. I tried to argue but it was pointless I just paid and walked out. I won’t be back!!

I’ve been looking for a good personable nail salon! I’m happy to say I finally found it! I got a gel manicure and love it. It’s been almost 2 weeks, and not a single chip! And that says something because I’m constantly running after the kiddos and always doing dishes and gardening (without gloves) I’m happy!! Choose Mai Nails!

Worst customer experience ever. Just go someplace else. Inattentive, rude, and shady. My nail tech tried upselling my pedicure over and over. I told her “ no thank you” several times. She pretended like she could understand me when I said “no thank you”. So irritating and rude. In the chair for a pedicure for over an hour. I felt like a burden the whole time I was there. Pay attention to what they charge you, it most likely isn’t accurate.

If I could give a 0 star I would, I usually do NOT post reviews for places. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in any business I went to. Definitely rude, and an overwhelming atmosphere, however I didn’t get my nails done, had to decline because of the terrible service!

My toes I’m happy with, but they’re too fast to be relaxing. And, what did I pay for? They talk quickly in Vietnamese and before I know it, I’ve bought a corner of the store! For the money, I’ll go to the Davenport Salon next time. So will my two friends with me. I developed nail bed fungus around the cuticles. I notified the dept of health.

I love the place, been going there for over a year now, pretty good service, the workers speak in Chinese a lot to complain about the costumers, if you ask for a certain nail artist and don’t make an appointment the workers are very rude and say rude things in Chinese. Nancy in my opinion and many of my friends opinions is the best, I always recommend her to people, she is kind and does nails beautifully and they look natural if you get acrylics, I got mine done by her about 2 months ago and none have chipped or fallen off. The only person who I would say is the worst at nails and is very rude and insulting to clients is the women who sits to the right on Nancy, when she did my nails once they were ugly, thick, and when my nails grew out they were super red from how bad she did them, I say she should be fired, not only is she awful at doing nails, she called me fat and then laughed when she was doing my nails. I will say it’s also very expensive and everyone who works there besides the one who sits to the right of Nancy is a great nail artist.

Mai was very nice as well as the other employees. It took two hours for them to do my nails which is a little ridiculous. They werent even done that well. I had glue and acrylic stuff all over my fingers that was not cleaned off and is very difficult to remove. Its also very cluttered in there. Would not go back.

This was my first experience at Mai Nails for a fill and while I had high hopes upon entering the salon, I quickly realized that this would not be a pleasant experience. The nail tech was sweet enough, however my nails were crooked, the paint was uneven, my index nails were curved, the black paint was navy blue, and to top it off when I asked her to reshape them the way I liked them she flat out told me she couldnt do it even the I was very specific prior to her starting and she assured me she could shape my nails as they were when I arrived.I will absolutely not be back.

I would not ever go to this place again. They repeatedly tried to upsell every service available. Went in for just a pedi and was incessantly asked upsells over an over. Mani, leg wax, eye brow wax, massage. It was so annoying. Then when it was time to pay, my friend said to add a tip and they added $5 more than what she said to add. I gathered from the looks on the other nail techs faces that this was something they do often because they were smirking and knew they got caught. It honestly should be reported to the BBB. Just ridiculous. They didn’t even do a good job on painting my nails. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn’t ever go back again.

Went in there earlier today they quickly attended to my girl with plenty of options and a warm atmosphere with a welcoming touch. Loved the experience would not mind going again and maybe Ill join.

Its all about the up sell here. Gel pedicure was fine. But the gel manicure -not impressed. All along my cuticle line and edges of the nail kept lifting and peeling off after less than a week. Felt like a factory in there- rush in, rush out, sell, sell, sell, sell. Not going back.

I’m giving this to Ha. She is great;) she pays great attention to detail and always my nails the way I like them and even stayed late one day so she could get my nail the way I wanted. ❤️ I did however go in one time with my friends and the one of the two other technicians did not do a good job and was rude to my friend.

I went in for a gel manicure. They soaked my fingers in acetone for 20 min which is not the correct way to get gel off. Then proceeded to damage my nails by using a very high grit file and filing them the wrong way. I told them to cut my nails a tiny bit, needless to say I now have jagged stumps that are all uneven and not the shape I asked for. The paint job looks as though my 5 year old did it. If you know much about gel, it is very important to not get it on the surrounding skin and cuticle as this leads to the gel being easily peeled off and not lasting but a couple of days. Also during my service the nail tech cut and filed my nails onto the not so clean towel under my hands. When she was done, she shook the towel on the floor which is highly unsanitary. Noting how much finger nail polish was on the towel already leads me to believe this towel was used for other clients. Also my mother was waiting for me and was approached by multiple other techs going down the list of services after politely declining each one. I will never come back here as it is extremely unsanitary and they are more interested in money rather than excellence and your experience!!!

Lady use a nail tip to peel my nail tip off my nails for a new set. She split my pinky nail in half, she would have kept going and slit my nail all the way but I put out a yelp!! She didnt even soak my nails first. Was painfull!! While my pedicure she could have soaked my hands. Paid $120. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!🤔🙄😔

The actual salon was nice and I liked the natural lighting. The gel french manicure I got was pretty terrible. The color doesnt go to the edges and is uneventually filled, its bumpy, and the nail filling was rough. I wouldnt recommend this place, even with a gift card. The nail technicians were nice, though. They try to upsell you the entire mani or pedicure though!!!

Go there twice a month and am always greeted pleasantly by all of the staff. An effort is made to be sure Im satisfied.

My daughter and I went in together. It was very loud and chaotic. There was constant attempt to upsell which was irritating. I think I was charged more because they used a grater on my feet. Why would that cost extra? No massage at all. My calves were punched a couple of times. My daughter did not even get the calf punching. What even does a pedicure include there? Only painting the toenails? Daughters toenails werent even painted all the way.The worst part was my card was overcharged by $11, compared to the receipt. I went back and showed them the authorized amount deducted on a screenshot. Mai called the bank and said she would call me back if it was yes or no. Yes or no, what? My card was overcharged to your business?!? Never going back.

It had been awhile since I had been in, so I thought Id give them another try. I was given a high sales pitch to upgrade the pedicure I was having. Even after I agreed to an upgrade, I was hounded to purchase more services. The technician kept starting at me, trying to find another service to pitch to me. Needless to say, I wont go back.

My acrylic nails were glued to my skin on some nails. My nails were cut so short that they were bleeding when a couple popped off. My manicure literally lasted a week before the first nail popped off. That was my first and last visit. I will definitely not be back.

This was my second time coming to this nail salon. The first time was several years ago for a pedicure... I was very put off by the aggressive up sale that they do, and the pedicure was very mediocre. I thought I would give them another try with a gel manicure after seeing some beautiful nails that were done there. It was the exact same thing, aggressive up sale to the manicure with massage...it was a complete joke! Not only was the “massage” subpar, I had to point out the obvious flaw in my $45 gel manicure, 1/3 of a nail polish had been scraped away by a nail tech using her finger nail as a tool to clean polish off of my cuticles. For the grand finale I had cheap hand lotion rubbed into my hair and on my face...had to shower when I got home. Gel manicures average $25 everywhere else in Spokane and that includes removal of gel nails AND a massage....

My wife hated her experience. It was a high pressure sales environment and the customer experience was horrible. We are telling all our friends.

Came in for a gel manicure. The technician kept pushing me to get a special manicure for $40, and I politely declined and pointed at the regular manicure. She then says my manicure will be $37 because of the gel and that I may as well take the special mani. Well my tips came out uneven and sparse. My nails weren’t filed straight, and my french tips weren’t the best. Overpriced for their service. They are open late though.

I always get my pedi with Thahn. She is wonderful, I like her massage, might be a bit hard if you are sensitive but I find it perfect. Ive been going to her for years now.I read some people were offended by them suggesting a brow wax, but I think thats just the business, Ive never felt insulted and I know if I need a wax. This is a walk in business and its only logical they are going to try and sell you.

First off let me start off by saying they did a GREAT job! I came in for a gel mani and pedi and I am very happy with the end result.The con of this place is they are very pushy. I was asked multiple times for upgrades and eyebrow waxing and this and that regardless of how many times I said no or no thank you. I ended up getting deluxe mani and pedis and paying more then I wanted to because I kept getting talked into things even if I said no. Also the massages they did for way too long and were very uncomfortable.I won’t be going back because I’m just not assertive enough. For those of you who can say no and stand your ground then this place will be just fine.

Very pushy, had 3 ladies talking to me at once, trying to upsell services, then were quite rude when I politely declined and just wanted the basic mani/pedi. One even commented on the boring color I chose, saying it was too light and too basic. They also wanted me change into a skirt provided by them because my jeans seemed to be too long! Will definitely not return.

My manicure was terrible.... they put your hands in plastic bags w lotion no soaking involved then nip away at your skin no pushing cuticles back or cuticle remover, then do a simple file dont even bother to ask if you want a trim down or shape then apply polish.... and lastly apply lotion to your arms quickly no massage whatsoever.... not really a manicure if your cutting all the corners... I come to have this service done not only for it to be done properly but for the simple relaxation factor if you take all of that away whats the point... I also had a pedicure that was horrible as well.Im new to the area and this is the 2nd place Ive been to that applies your polish before ever applying any lotion completely missing the massage factor on your feet and a sub par half ass rub in of lotion... Ill never come back to this place if I could give it a zero star I would...

Sloppy job on painting my natural nails with gel polish. I could have done a better job at home instead of dishing out $35 for a polish job. The technician snapped at me for requesting to have the polish applied all the way back to my cuticles when I noticed slivers of my nail beds still showing. Thats something I expect after a week of regrowth and not a fresh manicure. It was busy, but I waited patiently until I could be serviced without a problem. One star for getting me in, at least, and another star for fixing a broken nail.
