I’m new to Spokane and I spent a lot of time deciding where to get my nails done at. I was absolutely thrilled with my choice to see Mimi! The attention to detail and skill that went into this set was extremely impressive. I felt so comfortable and content the entire time. The ladies here are absolutely wonderful and I’m looking forward to coming back!

10/10 Hands down BEST nail salon around! Mimi and her crew are the absolute best to work with. The amount of dedication, communication, and talent is insane. And not to mention the attention to detail all these ladies have. Always come out of Mimis feeling confident and pretty. I have never had an issue with any set or fill I have had done there. I trust everyone there 100% with my acrylics and pedicures. I am extremely rough on my hands and have never had a single break or chip. These nails are STRONG! LOVE LOVE LOVE MIMIS!

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They did a good job on my nails, but they are so unsanitary. They didnt clean the drill bits after each client. One nail tech was working on me and needed help, so they moved me to the other nail techs station. The other station was covered in dust by the previous client and they didnt even attempt to clean it. I had full cover tips on before they did my nails and she LITERALLY just ripped them off of me. It hurt and she just kept ripping them off. This was the worst nail shop experience for me.

I love Mimi’s it definitely feels like home they always make me feel welcomed and loved when I enter the store. My nails always come out great from prom nails to just in general! I would recommend 100%.

Mimi’s has been wonderful to me. The nail tech I had my latest manicure with has some serious hand drawing skills. She did beautiful hearts and perfect French tips.Also, I appreciate the level of communication I get there! 🙏🏽 I can’t stand sitting in a chair full of anxiety because I’m not sure if my tech knows what I asking for 😭😒 or.. when they decide you need a therapy session with your pedi and now you have to give detail on your day, future plans, educational goals, and the connection between you and the person you came in with. 🥲ANYWAYS, go to Mimi’s. They deserve your business.

Gave me exactly what I wanted and most importantly they are very clean!! I have went to so many salons all around Spokane and not one person has ever gave me my own file kit instead of pulling a dirty used one out. Will come here from now on for my nail needs 💎 thanks ladies!!

Very pricey for gel acrylics. Most Ive ever paid to get my nails done. They did a decent job. Was strange though how there were 2 different ladies that worked on my nails. First one was rude. Probably wont be returning.

Holy cow yall!! I came in here for a nail fill and a pedicure, my previous nails were mis shaped and all sorts of funky ( done at a different shop two weeks ago) I came here and the lady fixed the shape and cleaned em up big time!! Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had!! The deluxe pedi is so so worth it and its a lot cheaper than what Im used to paying. I will definitely be coming back to this place whenever Im visiting Spokane

I used to never get my nails done and in fact never did untill I was 20 I went to Mimis because she was recommended to me and Im so glad I did ! I have been going to her for a year she is always respectful and kind to customers. My nails last over a month with no chipping or breaking. Place is clean and they have free refreshments. Also if you ever have any issues just ask to speak to Mimi (manager) and she will get it fixed! They also stand by their work if a nail chips or breaks in the first week they will fix if for free no problem!

Mimi helped me fix my work on my hand acrylics but they were so thick and shape was off I could of fixed it myself . And my toe acrylics are so horrible shape is so ugly I’m so disappointed 😫 never had such ugly toe nails. And I wish I could get a refund cause they charged me so much $79 for such a bad job ! Please don’t go here they are over priced and rude service .

The kiddo thats doing the pedicures probably should practice a few hundred more times before being allowed to serve the actual public. Didnt trim toenails, didnt take care of the cuticles, and my 11 year old could have done a better paint job. Mimi does GREAT waxes, though!

Friendly staff and convenient location. I like how you get your own tools for pedicures! Much more sanitary that way. Seems like if you arent a regular, you dont get as much attention though.

I called around noon and asked if they were busy. She said yes but maybe later will be better. I said so how about like 2:40. She wrote my name down and told me it would take about an hour to get done what I wanted. I came in at 2:40, took a few minutes to choose a color since they were all busy anyways. They asked me to sit at the pedi chair. 15 minutes later I got water in the foot tub. And another 25 minutes later before they would start. I told them I didnt have time to get it done anymore and left. Ive never walked out of a place like that. Im sure their work is great, but someone would have to pay for my services for me to go back there again. Almost an hour after my appointment time and I had to leave with nothing done.

Not a very clean environment. Also the staff wasn’t friendly, they were almost kinda mean. My nails look pretty though for the most part, but the quality of it isn’t great because my gel nails are chipping even though I got it yesterday. I’m not going back because the environment and poor quality.

Too much money

I recommend not getting paraffin while getting a pedicure. I watched two of the employees take the used bags of paraffin and put it back into the warmer which is illegal and absolutely disgusting especially since I have seen them use paraffin on clients with fungus and then put it back in the pot. Also they do not clean their drill bits, hot towels or hot rocks very well if at all. Just be super careful they look clean but they really just hide it well.

I love this place. Price is good and they are always willing to work with whatever crazy design I find. Also, the massage chairs while youre getting a pedicure are amazing.

The salon was very clean and well maintained inside. The two ladies working were very polite and welcoming. I had a new set of nails put on and they turned out amazing.

I already have a certain nail person I go to, but I had heard such good things about Mimis that I decided to try them in the hopes of maybe saving a few bucks. My normal nail salon is high priced, but it is definitely worth the quality, atmosphere, customer service, etc. But then I came here and I was definitely disappointed. Nails are crooked and uneven, had to ask for a second coat of nail polish because you could clearly see streaks through the first coat, and was charged outrageously for poor quality nails. I was extremely shocked that I even had to take the time to ask for a second coat of polish when its obvious they needed a second coat. This is not something I should have to ask to be done. Customer service was poor and she barley said a word to me. The only time she did speak was to complain about a customer that had just come in. Very unprofessional. Will never go back, nor recommend to friends/family.

Had a great experience with Mimi. Made an appointment and they were right on time. My shellac nails look great. Most detailed pedicure I’ve had in a long time for the value.

I had the owner and she did a fabulous job! They listen, and repeat back what you want. There clean and sanitary. And my acrylics came out perfectly thin and smooth, nothing wrong with any. Overall great experience, great customer service, and great nails!!

My mom and saw the good reviews so we thought we would give it a try. We got one manicure (fill) and two pedicures between the two of us and were there for 3.5 hours! I called ahead and was told to come in. Almost everyone that came in after us was taken care of and left before we did. They said they were “regulars” so we got bumped to the bottom and because of that will never become regulars. Not the most professional staff either. I had my belly patted because of the baby...there is no baby. I hate to give bad reviews but the very next day my toe nail polish is already cracked and my moms was chipped.

My friend and I went in to get full sets. We were sat together (at one table) for the first half of our appointment and later moved. Our appointment took well over 3 hours. When we asked for coffin shape, we were told we were going to be charged 5 more dollars (this has never happened to me anywhere else i went). I got one color but my friend got more than one, and wasn’t told it would cost extra until it came time to pay. One of my nails came off on its own and my friends nail polish is chipped and the top coat is wack. Cuticles are ruined and not in good shape. No tea no shade, but we aware to charged up the @$$.

Today my mom and I were out and about and I decided on the way home I wanted to take her to get her nails done because shes amazing and deserves it! So we called umpteen places and they were either really busy or too expensive, so when we called and asked if Mimis was busy it wasnt too busy so we went there. And by now we were near giving up, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted in a very friendly manner and the little shop was just very welcoming! The women in there are just darling!! Absolute sweethearts and totally know how to joke and be social with their customers. Not to mention that my moms and Is acrylics look beautiful! Oh my goodness Im just SO impressed! Cant wait to go back in! Its also very sanitary and just straight up clean! Best Ive ever been tooo and highly recommend! 😁❤

I love this place! The amount of detail they put into the designs and nails is reassuring knowing youre getting what you pay for. The staff is friendly and never made me feel rushed or put off to the side like some other salons. I recommend this place for sure, Ill be coming back again and again.

This salon is most professional and above all, customer oriented. My results with them have been exemplary.

Mimi went over my cuticles with acrylic to the point I had infections on 3 nails after two days and did not file down my nails (after I corrected her several time’s) making them look bulky then over charged me. Highly disappointed with the price I paid and the quality. I have never had such a poor experience.

I never complain but dang. When my pedi was done there was bubbles and nails that had partial polish on them. She Tried to fix them, ended up w very uneven coats still and bubbly looking with gel on my cuticles to. Then she said it would be 40$ and ended up at 60$. Wax bags looked reused...yikes/gross! Wont go back uuugh.

First they told me to pick a color and I chose a light tan with silver sparkles. They kept saying something between each other about tiger eyes. So then they tell me its $5 more for the nail polish I picked because it was tigers eye. I said ok even though i was confused because i know what tiger eye is and that is not what I chose. So they basically chose the color for me. It was posted $40 for gel nails. And even with $5 its only $45. I ended up paying $60!!!! And the next day one of my nail chipped. They are uneven. They are way to thick. And the paint job is terrible. I will never go there again.

We were passing through Spokane and I needed a gel fill. Mimis website was helpful, they listed UV gel refill, I called for clarification, and an appt. They did exactly what I wanted, not all nail salons do gel even though they claim to. Excellent service, nails look great.

Save your money. I paid $40 for a fill with one color. I have to go to another place to have them fixed!

This place is not good!!! Wish I could rate it a 0!!!! The ladies are rude and they try to charge you extra for everything. If you want nails that arent rounded or squared its 10 dollars more. If you want longer nails its 5 dollars extra and to top it off you have to pay another 2 dollars for a bag with a nail fillers. Its just over priced and the result of you nails arent even as nice as it could be. Just disappointed.

Unfortunately, I am not recommending this place. After going through the trouble of making a reservation a week in advance - we still ended up waiting over an hour to be sat. I made sure they knew it was a bridal party of 5-7 girls yet they only had 3 people there, so the poor nail technicians were running around rushing through everyone’s nails. Made our “bachelorette party” not special at ALL. Asked for some kinda discount for the trouble they put us through - she took $7 dollars off and my nails still ended up being $60. 🤬😡

They are the best nails, not real thick so it will feel and look like a real nail, she does waxing as well as nails of all types
