Gave us the wrong mattress when we told them they replied were working on it . Never happened week after getting 2 recliners one of them didnt recline properly told them never got fixed. And they took advantage of a disabled person on the so called well work with. I wouldnt even recommend them to wounded warrior or dav....

The guys for Mike’s delivered my washer and hooked everything up quickly and in a friendly manner. They were very informative and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would recommend Mike’s to anyone looking for quick friendly rent to own service!

Sales guy good! Paid cash for everything when asked when can it get delivered he said sat! On no heck no! Went got a truck called when on the way back up to the store like the sales guy said. Got to the store nothing was ready! Lady behind the counter said theres a ACE across the street you can buy something to wrap everything up there! What did she just say the 2 guys trying to find something went and took stuff off other things to wrap 2 of the items I got. I told the guys na take this stuff back give me my cash if my stuff cant get wrapped then Ill take my money somewhere else... These guys was trying to help get my stuff out the door when then had to drop what they was doing to help her.. I think if someone spend there cash in your store you should see there stuff is ready and wrapped when they come.

I tried to rent an item from this store last November made payment online and as you can see after (they finally got a location here and all the YEARS OF EXCELLENT SERVICE AND RELATIONSHIP WITH MILLIE FROM THE EL DORADO STORE BUILT WIth ME AND MY FAMILY OVER A PERIOD OF 8 YRS and the Wichita KS store in less than one conversation blows that to the wind like dust. They never answer the phone they never have the products you want in stock as advertised or they won’t even try to get them in stock by the time they say they will and then they have the audacity to take my money doesn’t matter what form of payment and NEVER PROVIDE ANY SERVICE OF ANY SORT AND WILL NOT AND WON’T EVER RETURN YOUR ONLINE DOWN PAYMENT LET ALONE YOUR CALL. Maybe the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEEDS TO MAKE THEM A LITTLE VISIT AND AUDIT ALL OF THEIR STORES. No wonder they’re so cheap and their items are less than quality not to mention how they treat PAYING CUSTOMERS OBVIOUSLY! Still waiting for a call back from Mike himself. ITS JULY 2021! Rent a center repurposes bedbug infested items and Mike’s rips people off, I’m afraid to take any chance with Aaron’s but the guys who have done right by me since 2014 are ACTION RENT TO OWN so it’s a smaller store with fewer employees but they treat people with decency leniency and provide high quality products worth buying.

I will never rent from them again. I ordered a dining room set. Got a used set and it’s falling apart. I hate the thing. Paint is peeling. I have to tighten the screws on it often. Ugh. Their customer service is lousy. I should have gone with the other company.

Got a bunk bed, and it was bigger then I thought, and they ran late, but Austin and Levi, worked with me, they worked fast, but they were careful and considerate, anf made sure that I was happy with the product, they were really respectful and kind, great prices, also got a table from them and to know that they service any issues that one has is a great feature, the first two guys were very respectful and on time, I would like to thank all four of the delivery person and the manager for working hard and correctly anything that went wrong. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the services that I received. I ordered a washer and dryer online and it was delivered within 24 hours. Tim and Rod were the two guys that delivered and the appliances were installed in less than 10 minutes. Thats proficiency at its best.

We got a couch over a month ago, and they said they had ordered a replacement cushion for it. Well finally on 11/25 I get a call saying it will be here between that Friday to Monday, and they will call me and I can either come get it or they bring it out. Well I called them on 12/07, and was told I could come get it (which I had not been told it was in) or I would have to wait for them to deliver it sometime next week. This is ridiculous!

I left a review earlier bout wat happened i was only upset because it was a gift for my son but mikes rent to own did contact me multiple times bout my order status and they have done everything they can to get me wat i needed but it was delayed till after Christmas and it wasnt there fault

I paid online they approved me online and they emailed me to set up a day to bring me my mattress and they were here a day early. For $20 a week you cant beat it for a mattress and its a nice mattress and they were nice and respectful and overall so far Ive had a really great experience with them
