My first impression as walking through the door was how nice the decor looks and how clean and airy it is. Staff is pleasant and so gentle. I will be returning!

I injoy coming here. Very nice and wonderful people. And they do amazing job.

I went to get a new set of nails and first the guy that works there was rude and did a terrible job. The nails were misshapen and thick. He sanded my cuticles down so far I had open flesh. On top of that, I also had two of the nails just break off out of nowhere. Im upset cuz I had to go to another salon to fix what he did and I basically ended up paying twice for a full set. Im not one to complain too loudly but buyer beware.

I had an awful experience. My nails were bumpy and crooked and they used the wrong colors. They didnt have any shade of red and when I came back to get them taken off their listing said it would be ten they told me it would be ten and charged me 25. Poor customer service too. I was passed around and had to move seats 8 times. I understand needing to move 2 or 3 times but 8....jeez.

Been going here for years. Fast, efficient and just a comfortable environment. Highly recommend. Also excellent results!

Nice people. Not enough techs. We went on spur of the moment. Three of us girls, they had 8 customers including us. Only two techs working at the time on Manis and pedis.

My nails turned out beautifully. But they were so rough with my hands, put the electric nail grinder directly on my skin and everytime I tried pulling away the guy just held on to my hand tighter and kept going. He also got really rude when I asked him to fix one of the nails.

This nail salon is the best Ive tried! I have bad, ingrown toenails and they carefully get them done and they feel and look great every time! I highly recommend this place

They were absolutely so rude and I left hurting and bleed. Everytime she would be rough on my cuticles I would pull away and she would keep going at them. The wife and husband yelled at us when we asked why she wasn’t going easier when we asked her to. She kept making my cuticles bleed and never once stopped when they did. They are horrible and I wish they would fix there attitudes toward costumers😕

Service was mediocre. Lady didn’t really care much and detail wasn’t there at all. She was nice but overall you can tell they don’t care about customers.

No rush here. Nail techs take their time to make sure you love your color and even change it out multiple times without frustration. Their customer service is way better than other places i have been.

It’s a shame to have to rate them one star but I’ve had enough with their lack of care and detail in their work. Went in for a gel mani and regular polish pedi yesterday and to start- they never wore gloves. I shouldn’t even have to ask them to put any on. Then they did my mani and pedi at the same time- so the woman made me balance the UV light machine on one leg and I had to stretch out my left hand to the right side when she worked on that hand and with the combination of balancing that machine and stretching my arms and hands every which way, I can easily say that it was NOT a relaxing or comfortable experience. And that’s what people want when getting their nails done- relaxation! Not to mention I was the only one in the shop at the beginning when they started on me yet they felt the need to rush through my mani-pedi? The work done wasn’t great either. I could’ve done a better job, had I have all the proper stuff for it. But the point is I paid good money for services that were done very poorly all together.

The only place that can really get my ingrown big toenails. God bless this place!

Linh was awesome. Came in for a fill and gel polish. She was very precise, pretty good communication and even straightened a nail that had been poorly done previously (I just moved here). My only disappointment is I wish they had more bright summer colors. Acrylic fill and gel polish was $30.

The pricing is okay, I havent had the best service when it came to the salon itself.

First time for me and my little sister and we both bled when it came to shaping our nails. The man that had done both of our nails complained when my little sister spoke up. Prices were expensive than expected.

I am beyond impressed with my nails. The guy that took care of me (forgot to ask his name) was beyond kind. And these are the best constructed nails ive ever had. I will be returning!!! My husband loved his manicure too

Reason for 2 stars is they were nice. All I got was a gel polish change and 2 days later it was already chipping. I’ve been getting gel polish for a long time and never have I had it chip and peel that fast. She did paint pretty fast, didn’t take her time and noticed she really globbed the polish on which caused bubbles too. There was paint on my skin that when I tried to remove it pulled the polish off too. I would have gone back in and have it redone but I went to my normal place and did a fresh paint instead.

Went to get my nails done and it was a joke after being asked literally 75question having to do with color I looked down at my nails only to find that 29 minutes of filling had left my nails all at different lengths. They couldnt do anyof the designs I asked cause they were to difficult. Simple rainbow nails. I wont go here again and I dont recommend it to anyone else!!

Pedicure for 3 of us and had a great experience, One of the best pedicures i had in a awhile. Really good on the feet.. They were very friendly and Conversation was fun.

Super happy with my nails! A soft pink color, the nail technician who did mine got the length right, I like my nails shorter because I type a lot; the owner instantly understood what I wanted and explained it to the tech. I couldnt be happier. Going in today for a fill and file. They created a devoted customer.

They do great job. Good prices for quick nail care... even though, I had to quit them because of their non Courteous smile service, and more other rudeness! Theses things are priority for me, more than work itself!So if you care about how they treat you, I don’t advise you to go there.

This place was so bad. Lady never massaged my feet or legs yet some guy next to me got a 10 minute massage as well as my daughter. Her girl was really nice. I would never go back to this place and will definitely tell everyone I know to never go here.

Fantastic! The girls spoke to us, included us in their conversations. Very relaxed and they did a fantastic job. They even offered to add designs to our toes even though they were closing. This is my new spot!

They were super nice and very thourough with how they did my nails. I also came in around 7:30pm and they close at 8 but stayed to until 8:30 to finish. Great customer service and a great experience all round.

I love getting my acrylic nails done here. The man that does my nails does a wonderful job. Worth the money. My best friend gets their pedicures done here and loves it. #1 nail place in town by far.

I didnt have an appointment but was greeted immediately and soaking my feet within minutes despite them being busy.As soon as I told them about my problem with my nails (the sides of my toenails curve inward and grow into the skin) they had Maria take over and she was well trained with this issue. She was amazing.I will make appointments with Maria every time.

I used to go to this place when they first opened up back then they were great people. Now the two owners the husband-and-wife they are the rudest people ever they handle you rough, you tell him that you dont want thick nails cuz to me those look so ugly they do it anyway the guy who usually does my work is always so rough I come out hurting and bleeding and never never again sorry guys but you guys have changed I think you need to get out of the business because youre on burnout. if you value your money at all your nails or the way you look go somewhere else please go somewhere else.

Scheduled an appointment to get a full set. Then when I arrived they did everything they could to just give me a fill to cut corners. Even pried my old broken nails off when I asked for them to be soaked off cause it freakin hurt. After putting my foot down & saying no I do not want a fill they preceded to tell me they couldn’t do what I wanted cause they were supposedly out all of a sudden. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. They were rough handling me & very rude. Never will come back. Unfortunate they have a Buddha when you walk in.....doesn’t represent his teachings what so ever.

Honestly there was a very nice girl who did my nails... but it was 30 dollars for the gel, and although that isnt horrific, gel nail polish should last one week no damage done unless you were doing some extremely harsh jobs with your hands. It took 3 or 4 days for them to chip and I was a little upset because it takes me two hours to earn thirty bucks and it takes time out of my schedule to get them done in the first place. I got them expecting a good wear for a couple of weeks then get them done again. I went back to them after one week because I thought it was a waste of money for only three day GEL nail polish and asked them if there was a way for them to do refund and they said no. However they did offer to fix [my] nails but when I said thatd be okay even though it wasnt really (because I had errands to run but they said theyd only do it then and there.) THEN THEY ONLY DID FOUR OF MY NAILS WHEN ALL WERE DAMAGED. So there is my rant, Im sure others have had better experiences but Im a little too poor and tired to go and get my nails done only to have to take more time out of my schedule to get them touched up when I wasnt supposed to have to do that.

Would give zero stars if possible! So rude!!! One of the worst services Ive had. Sloppy work and then they complained when asked to do it better. Male tech asked if I had been there before and when I said no, he said well I dont want you to come back. Another place that where quantity of customers is more important than the quality of the service.

I went there 6 months ago for a pedicure & the guy who did my nails didn’t wash his hands & was so very rough, I couldn’t even enjoy the experience. I ended up w a toe nail infection in both of my big toes & he cut my nail so short that it gave me ingrown toe nails as well. I just had to get surgery on my nails because of this experience.. I will never go back there.

I was doing my nails for my wedding I felt rushed the guy who did my nails kept tearing up my Cuticles with the drummle thing make sure you trim your nails or pay them 2 dollars to do it. This was the 2nd time I have been here probably wont be a third

The guy who did my nails was rude and he really butchered a couple of my nails. They were supposed to be square and a few are totally crooked like he filed them too much on the sides. The other ladies in there seemed nice and friendly. I still wont be ever going back.

The employee was very rude to me and assumed that I didnt have enough money to pay for what I wanted and suggested to get something cheaper along with starting on another customers nails before mine when I got there before them and we both was getting the same thing (Gel manicure). I felt rushed and uncomfortable definitely not coming back here again.

One of the worst places I’ve been too. He cut the nails with scissors, he hurt 3 of my fingers and my nails ended up all crooked.

This is my first time going here, my 2nd time getting a Mani-Pedi and I am pleased with how they turned out. My Mother-in-Law has been coming here for years and she brought me with her. The staff is friendly and gentle. I have very ticklish feet and they took care of me. Yes the place isnt brand new and it shows but everything is nice and neat. Yes they do clean around you while they are doing your nails but I would rather have that then not seeing them clean at all. They are affordable and quick and you can just walk in, we waited only 15 min or so. I dont know about the other services they provide but I will be back every month for Mani-Pedis!

Such a bad place. They charged me 50 to get my nails done and they still didnt even do the work right. I will never go back there again.

Told them I didn’t like the set that was done because of them being lumpy and off shaped still didn’t bother to fix them just said they look fine . Don’t go here they don’t care about how you feel about your nails the man was very rough with the drill piece he cut me deep under my nail and also cut the side of my nail pretty bad . He burnt me a couple of times also with the electric nail file, would not recommend

My gel nails peeled within a day of having them done, but the people are nice and lovely.

Do not go here. The man did my fill and did not properly file down my nails. Left residue from last fill, made it look dirty and when I asked him to fix it, he gave me an attitude. My nails are uneven and look terrible. Now I have to get them taken off and replaced, thanks a alot.
