My appointment was extremely rushed, my cuticles weren’t pushed back or trimmed, I also had a couple hang nails I thought would get clipped but did not. My acrylics are sloppy and thicker in some spots than others. They are not even. They are even different shapes than the others. Some flair out at the ends and others are narrow at the ends. All I can say is I am dissatisfied that I spent $50 on this. Don’t think I will be back any time soon.

I got a pedicure here not too long ago and it was really nice, the ladies working there were kind even though they didnt understand english well, not sure why I saw so many bad reviews but overall had a great time with my experience! :D

The way they removed my gel polish caused damage to my nails. Didn’t have my gel manicure a day before the polish started to crack and chip. While giving me a pedicure she cut my toe. I asked for dry skin removal treatment, and the result was so bad. I had to redo it myself. Worst $68 spent. And that was before tip. They also don’t clean the stations between clients. I had to disinfect the table myself. Because I put my hands on it, and could feel the nail dust from the previous client. And even felt one of their natural clipped nails still on the table. Had I not had a trip planned last minute out the country. I would have left in the middle of my service and went somewhere else.

Just wanted my nails removed instead broke off my nails. I like the length of my nails when they were instead she broke two off and would never do business here again.Maybe next time so come before you just ripped my nails off

I always have an excellent experience at this salon. I’ve gone elsewhere periodically out of convenience, but this is by far the best salon I have been to.

This place took my temp. Had me sanitize my hands. They had dividers up between customers. I was pleased with my pedicure.Not happy. Gel polish chipped off after 1 week. My nail bed is severely damaged

Service was fast and done right. She listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. Would recommend.

I went in for a quick fill with powder. It took almost an hour and I have dents, dings, and rough edges. Shape was nice but the lady was really rough with filing and then trying to get the color off my skin. I wont be back.

The ladies were very hospitable and nice, but unfortunately the job itself was not good. I was getting a fill and had to ask her to fix 2 nails before she started painting because the edges werent smooth. Additionally, I was cut 3 times. Again, ladies were very nice but I cant see myself going there again.

I have been going here for about 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. I get my nails filled every 2 weeks and am always satisfied with the results. I got my nails done with acrylic polish about 3 weeks ago and they still have yet to get chipped. The staff are very friendly and make me feel very welcome.

Awful service. The gal nearly destroyed my natural nail. Absolutely shredded my natural nail just to get the polish off. Which there was still small bits of bright polish on nearly every nail. Which you could definitely see since i got French tip paint. Then her polish job was so sloppy.

Hate the way they file nails. With a one time visit, my nails are so thin they have been breaking all the way down to the skin. I was not impressed with the end result either. I would not recommend this place.

Did a horrible job on my nails. They had dents in them I asked one lady three times to paint all the way down to thethe cuticle (how nails are supposed to be painted) so they wouldnt look outgrown and I wouldnt have to be back in a week instead of two. Then another lady took over I asked her three times as well. They dont listen to the customer their prices are to expensive for a sloppy job and the staff not listening. Not to mention the first lady I dealt with was more worried about being on her phone and asked if I would reply for her with these long fake nails on that hadnt been cut yet. I was very disappointed and upset I shouldnt have paid 45 I shouldnt of paid for the awful job two different people did. I went twice and got the same results...wont be back! Not to mention they are not very creative.

I went in after a bad experience at another salon. I explained I just wanted my nails the same shape but shorter and I wanted ombre but didnt care what color. I asked them to pick the colors. They ended up doing pink glitter and white ombre nails and I LOVE them! Theyre the perfect length, shape, and thickness and the staff was friendly and helpful. I am very happy and will be going back!

From the start, it was not good. I should have known since the place was empty. They sat me down and handed me a pallet of colors, but did not give me time to look through them as she immediately started on my fingers. The other ladies that worked there were very loudly talking in whatever language that is. I had gel paint on my nails. Instead of soaking them and scraping them off, she busted out the dremmel... not a happy camper since I already have thin nails. then right in front of me, she RE-USED the acetone!!! My fingers were in this bowl of acetone, and she sucked it back up into the bottle for the next lucky customer.. Made me think.. who was here before me... gross.. then she started to apply the polish. It was lumpy as all get out!! I told her there were lumps, but she kept using it. So now (four days later) I have to go get my Gel nails re-done because they are lumpy, and already chipping off!!! Would I recommend anyone to try this place out?? NO WAY!!! Stay clear of this place!!

We were told the wait would be 30 minutes. Only waited 5 then when we were seated and soaked our feet for 40 minutes! During the 40 minutes, no service yet. Lots of people getting nails done. Only 1 girl doing pedicures. That person had one lady already getting a pedicure, then a couple walks in, that customer immediately gets her nails started by another worker and then this 1 girl starts doing his feet. We are still here, waiting. So, 40 minutes was long enough. You didnt get my money today.

Bad job. I tried to explain to the lady that all I want - is clean feet, but she didn’t speak English. Either way, isn’t it obvious when you’re doing a pedicure?

She was pretty rough with my hands, and didnt make eye contact or conversation, but she wasnt particularly rude and my nails turned out absolutely beautiful. Best french acrylics Ive had. The place is clean and doesnt smell fumey. All in all a nice experience. Will be returning for a fill for sure.

An over-all pleasant experience. When I walked in, I was met with quick service and the room was not fumey in the least. I got the full set and both hands lasted a good 3 weeks before I needed to get them filled. I would 100% recomend this salon to anybody who wants a quality experience.

I have been here before, but I am not going back. I took my younger daughter and my mom as a treat. They didnt even sit us next to my daughter and the gel nail polish came off the next day. Definitely not worth my money and very disappointed.

Been twice, both times was cut (bled) from cuticle trimming- no apologies from staff. Toes and nails were not smooth and paint was uneven, I wont be back.

All Shiny NailsSecond visit to All Shiny Nails, and had a different nail tech. Work was fast, shoddy, with little attention to detail. She spent only 15 minutes with the acrylic fill and shaping, leaving them rough and uneven. When I mentioned that my nails were not ready for gel color, she got defensive and told me I didn’t know the process (after a decade of having my nails done every two weeks, I believe I do.) Her answer was to layer the gel so deep it would cover the roughness – it worked, except my nails are thick and misshapen. I believe her name is Cy; however, the business cards at EVERY station say Lucy. She was rude, basically called me a liar when I said I had been to the shop a few weeks before. “I work every day, seven days a week, and I no see you before – not come here – I don’t think so. You don’t know our nails.” Don’t waste your time and money here. You’ll have to have your nails redone.

I have a service dog and they were fine with it. And, the services were great !!

I went in for a fill and honestly it’s the worst one I ever had. 2 of my nails broke not even within 3 days of leaving. It looked like a kindergarten painted my nails when I left. I do not recommend them.

My sisters eyebrow waxing was not up to par, my acrylic full set was horribly done. She did a slopy job and on some of my nails it was put on one side thick the other thin. Within 48 hours they cracked playing at a birthday party with my kids. I would recommend north town mall. I went there over a year ago and they lasted a couple good weeks. I visit Spokane a lot, but i wont go back to All Shiny nails.

I dont normally post reviews, but after my experience at All Shiny Nails, I feel like I need too.I went in for a fill and a polish change, already had an appointment made before hand. The lady was so rude, didnt acknowledge me whatsoever, and wouldnt make eye contact or conversation. She was rough with my hands and did a horrible job with the polish. I had polish on my skin and areas that were skipped, and none of my nails were filed the same length.Very disappointed in my experience, definitely will not be returning.

Received a hurried set of nails from the manicurist who wanted to finish with me and get to the pedicures that had been waiting. When she was done with my nails, they were wonky and crooked and they have flat spots on them and marks from the dremel. I wont be going back. I dont recommend.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Ive gone there twice now n both times my nails were extremely missed up n when IAsked them to fix them they were extremely rude about it. They used MMA on my nails which made me have an allergic reaction which is illegal as well. I asked Lucy a question and she screamed at me. During the process of her fixing my nails she was twisting my finger around to the point where it hurt . I will never go back to that place again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Asked for payment up front, which I thought was weird. No big deal. The lady treated me horribly, didnt try to talk with me and rushed through the manicure. It wasnt until I tipped her that she decided to be nice to me. I just got back home from the salon, and my nails are already chipped. Will not be going back.
