Awesome experience! My first time here. Tom did my ombré nails and they are beautiful! Sophia did my pedicure and it was so relaxing that I went into my zen mode. Sam the manager was so friendly and personable. Definitely my new go-to salon.

Tom did an amazing job with my dipped nails as always. I love the shape and professionalism. Definitely make sure to make an appointment. I always feel so welcomed by everyone, but especially Sam and Nina.

Not a pleasant experience. My wife’s technician did a fairly terrible job on her nails. When my wife pointed it out to her all she did was add more paint not starting starting over. Her massage felt like she was a piece of beef that was being tenderized. Over all a sloppy job. Not recommended.

Fantastic! I had Annie for a pedicure and it was amazing! After almost 2 years of searching trying to find the place for my pedicures, I think i have finally found a home. The massage was heavenly, the chairs were well maintained and cushioned, the place was amazingly beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back. Annie was very pleasant, had a firm touch for the massage, and I felt like a queen for an hour.

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon and I know there are a lot to choose from! I have to question all negative reviews! I can safely say, you get more bees with honey! Sam, the manager, is so amazing and truly cares about his customers. He shows more love than any other business I frequent! I love pedicures with Tom! Splurge and get the 30 minute hot stone massage! Nina, Hannah and Lynn do great for dip nails too! I suggest making an appointment to get the best nail techs! It isnt cheap, but you get high-quality services, including wine or mimosas!

I’ve used this salon multiple times since moving to Texas and I LOVE IT! I’ve gotten wonderful pedicures and beautiful dip manicures here. I’ve also had my eyebrows tinted and waxed- I even got them done here before leaving for my wedding out of state because I loved getting them done here so much! The staff is friendly and the service incomparable.

I’ve been in Texas for 5 years now and I swear this is the VERY BEST nail salon that I’ve ever been to. I been to plenty others but I must say none of them can compare to these guys. They are very attentive...very kind....good at building rapport with you...and everyone does amazing work! This place has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I brought a group of four for manicures and pedicures. They charge $20 extra for gel. Did not inform until it was almost too late. They also charge you for shaping your nails on top of the manicure fee and adding tips. Which they did not inform me beforehand. I paid $35 for a deluxe manicure $22 for adding tips and $33 for the shape of my nails. When I declined for the gel paint stating that it was too expensive, both technicians working on me proceeded to glare at me and talk in their own language for the rest of my visit. The only thing nice about this place is the actual facility itself which is beautiful. But their customer service skills and their manipulation with pricing is Criminal.

This place is amazing!! Every employee is awesome. They are welcoming, and ensure that you get the most relaxing experience. They have the best professional services and always treat you like family. I go every two weeks and I enjoy every minute. !!!

I love my nails. Customer service was amazing. Little confused on the pricing, I got a gel fill with one nail missing and it came to 60 with a 5$ charge being for shape, but my nails were already the shape I wanted, so no shaping was needed but whatever, maybe for that one nail? Idk. But my friends daughter got a whole new set with removal of her last one and dip powder and it was the same price? My usual place that would cost more but maybe not here.I do wish they had more color options. And that the guy working on my nails would have asked if I wanted a trim on the nails or shaped different, but he didnt. I wouldve said no. But my friends daughter wanted her nails trimmed and forgot to ask before the new set, so wouldve been cool if she was reminded. Also never been to a place that doesnt trim the natural nail before the fake nail is placed, but Im not a nail tech so....Overall, great experience. I love the job, loved the service, loved the interior design of the place.

My boyfriend and I visited this nail salon for the first time yesterday. Everyone was so kind and we were greeted with smiles from everyone. The customer service was amazing! We both got pedicures and I got nexgen nails. My feet are pretty again. Sam the manager, Linda, Tammy, and everyone there definitely took care of us! We will go back!

I’ve always been picky about finding the right nail place to do my nails- so I was so happy to find resort nail spa! The staff are so sweet and welcoming. Thank you Sally and Sophia for a fantastic experience. I think I have found my new favorite nail salon. Sally did a beautiful job on my dip manicure. She trimmed my cuticles which it seems few places are doing this as a part of the normal service. She was very careful around a damaged part of my cuticle that I pulled an hangnail out of the night before. Sophia gave me one of the best pedicures (I got the Jelly) I have had in a while. The massage on my feet and my baby cows (calves…lol) was so very relaxing. We all laughed at my ticklish feet. I felt very well taken care of today. Thank you Resort Nails and Spa!!!! Resort is a luxury nail spa! Visiting this spa feels like a mini vacation every time! My favorite nail techs are Nina and Tom. They do a perfect job, every time! I make appointments because my work schedule is sometimes very busy. The services are so relaxing, especially with a glass of wine! The prices are reasonable given the level of service!

My family and I absolutely love it here! We are always greeted by Sam, he is always so friendly and welcoming! Tom always does a fantastic job on my manicures and pedicures, I leave loving my nails more than I did the time before! Also, Nina and Annie are amazing and do great manicures and pedicures! LOOK AT HOW BEAUTIFUL MY NAILS LOOK!!! I finally found a new manicurist. My last manicurist, Jenny, at a nail salon in Lewisville left the salon and stopped working without warning and I haven’t found anyone that has done as good a job as her UNTIL NOW. To say Henry is a perfectionist is an understatement. This is probably THE BEST Nexgen manicure I’ve ever had. My nails look thin and natural unlike other places that pile on layers of dip and drill down and your nails still look thick and bubble like. This time around I felt like every drill bit he used, he used on purpose. It looks so natural like nail polish and doesn’t even look like dip. That’s how beautiful and meticulous of a job he did. I’m so happy to FINALLY find my new manicurist. Kinda feel like crying lol

The manager Sam was absolutely marvelous! He welcomed me at the door and offer me something to drink. I told him had a foot injury and he said he had the perfect technician Lynn to pair me up with that would be very gentle and careful. Lynn was all that and more ! She spent extra time on my injury with hot rocks and epson salt soak and scrub. I would recommend this establishment to anyone wanting wonderful customer service, relaxation, social distancing, and very clean environment with a personal touch 👌.Jackie D.

Cut my nails extremely short when I asked for almond, nails are crooked and uneven. They tried to charge me $45 bc of the shape I chose even though it was not even close. Nails are not even filed smoothly and are jagged around edges. I never leave reviews but my experience here is always hit or miss and Im tired of overpaying for low quality nails. :/

I just moved to Coppell and found this nail salon right next to my place. I was astonished on how very clean and professional this place is. They serve is complimentary drinks. I had my pedicure done and she was great. I’m looking to book here again in the future. I recommend booking with Mino as she was great with massage.

This was my first time at this nail salon and I absolutely love it! Their very professional they all have name tags and all wearing black to coordinate. Angelia did my nails and I cant stop looking at them!! She was very kinda and didnt rush me along when there were other customers waiting. Walk ins are welcome but they suggest an appointment so you dont have a long wait.

It was my first time here. I came because of the online reviews. I got the special pedicure $55. I never got a hand massage and the lady who did my pedicure rushed through it. When I mentioned to the guy at the register I wasn’t pleased he said one moment. Then he never followed back up. The lady came and put my top coat on and rushed away. Poor customer service. I have no problem paying. But when a $55 pedicure is performed at a $30 level it screams poor professionalism and quality. I won’t be back and would encourage others not to come. Unless you enjoy $8 box wine.

After what had been a very emotionally and physically exhausting day, I checked in with Annie at Resort Nails. She was the kindest, most gentle person who spent her time making sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Annie went above the job in rubbing my feet- she also recommended a better scent for my package, which I’ll be using again. At the end, she kindly gave me her name to return to her next time. I felt so important and it truly touched my heart on what was a very bad, no good day. Thank you, to Annie. I hope to see you there next time!

I never have a bad experience when I go to this nail salon. They are always on time, clean, and do a great job on my nails. I’ve been going here for a year now and don’t plan to change salons.One thing I will say though that can be frustrating to others is you need to make an appointment at least 1hr in advance. This is super accommodating- most great salons require 24hrs. They are such a good salon that they stay busy so the fact they need 1hr is totally reasonable yet I hear people complain about it. Don’t get frustrated if you walk in and have to wait- it’s because they have great services, you just need to call in advance.

Very nice nail salon! New and modern. Lots of pedicure chairs and tables for nails. I was greeted promptly, signed in and sat down for a pedicure, no wait time. The tech was Sam and he was friendly and talkative without being too chatty. My toenails needed desperate help and he listened to my concerns and addressed them all during the pedicure. The massage chair was wonderful!! My toes look wonderful again thanks to Sam. Will def go back and ask for him!
