Got a full set from the gentleman at Perfect nails. He was friendly and did a great job. I brought my 2 younger daughters ages 6 and 8 they got their nails painted. They enjoyed it. Fair prices will definitely be back!

This was my first time coming to Perfect Nails and I’m not sure if I would be back again. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. I was a walk in and Larry made me feel as if he was bothered by me walking in. He was kind of aggressive when moving my hands and feet and kept getting annoyed if I even moved a bit. The store was clean and the service was pretty fast so I’ll give them that. As for my pedicure there was no options to chose from and it was super basic (nails filed and trimmed, cuticles pushed, quick foot scrub, fast foot massage). Larry was fast but I wished he would have taken a bit more time to make sure my nails were done to the best of his ability.

Came here because my usual place was booked. Now this place will be my usual. They transformed my nails for the better. So worth the price.

Friendly, professional, quick, sanitary and great value. I was a first time client and got a set of pink and white ombré acrylics. I was impressed with their sanitation practices between clients as well as how friendly and professional both technicians were. My set was done in about an hour and absolutely perfect! I’ve paid the same amount plus some at other salons for mediocre results and less than professional experiences. I will definitely return and tell others to make appointments as well!

I got a pedicure on Monday and by Thursday three toes were completely missing polish... I messaged them and they never even responded... I also tipped $10

Amazing work. Larry is the king of nails. Cant imagine going anywhere else! Great location, great prices. Larry did exactly what I wanted and made it look even better than what I wanted. Hes very precise and pays great attention to detail.

Hacked up my cuticles and my daughters. Powder activator failed on nails. Filed down and covered with clear gel. Missed one pinky entirely. Continually barked at my daughter and I to not be so tense. Sorry. When you are cutting into our cuticles until they bleed we are not going to be relaxed. When I told Larry that my cuticles were aching and slashed he said his wife had gotten too close but he did a good job and give him best review on Google. Pedicures OK, not great. Overall HORRIBLE experience!

I got my nails done here last week. The paint was not what I wanted, I brought it up during my manicure and he continued to ignore me. He was very rude and rough with my hands. He cut me multiple times with the tool. He could see that I wasn’t happy with my manicure and I ended up paying for it. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone.

I have missed my acrylic nails over this year of quarantine. I moved here from CA and had a nail place I loved - I wasn’t sure I’d find a place that would do them as well here. Larry did an excellent job on a new set. He was meticulous and shaped them just as I requested.Due to COVID you need to make an appointment in advance - they are too busy to accommodate walk-ins with their limited staff. I came a few minutes before my appointment, they were ready and the shop was very clean. They wore masks and followed COVID protocols. I’m so glad I went there and got my acrylics put back on!

I was looking for a good place to get my nails done and Perfect Nails came up and the reviews looked good so I decided to come all the way from Coeur d’Alene to get my nails done and they did not disappoint...the 50 minute drive was worth it. They were very friendly and qualified. There are only two nail technicians, but they have been doing nails for a long time and are still very passionate to meet your satisfaction and give you exactly what you want. 10/10 would recommend.

This is absolutely the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The quality of nails was not great and the person doing my nails would not fix them when I pointed out how crooked they were.Also, they like to sneak in charges and wait until last minute to tell you. I was charged a walk-in fee, a length fee, and a COVID-19 service fee.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This was my first time coming in and it won’t be my last! I always got the same shape nails but I wanted to try something new this time. I found a picture of the shape I wanted and showed Larry and he made them just like the picture! I love my nails and I’m excited to come again. My ONLY “complaint” is that I wish there were more colors to choose from. If you have a specific color you want I’d recommend you bring yours (or get one from a store). That being said, the ones that were available were all pretty!

I have been going to a new salon every two weeks for the last few months looking for a good salon and I finally found one! This place is awesome! Larry did a great job, he was fast and my nails look awesome! I won’t go anywhere else!

Overall my experience was really good, right when I walked in they were ready to do my nails! I had Larry and he was kind! I showed him a picture of my nails and he did very well!

Yesterday was my first time visiting Perfect Nails. If you want QUALITY, QUICK SERVICE, EXCELLENT PRICES and a CLEAN ENVIRONMENT...Go to Perfect Nails. I was shocked with their prices as I was paying twice the amount at other salons for slower service and was not satisfied after each visit. Larry was great! I highly recommend Perfect Nails and you will not be disappointed. I will go back!

They did a good job on my nails and my toes. The only thing I didnt like was that they left the previous color under my nails. They were so nice and tried to get rid of my color underneath but couldnt.

I used to love coming here. But customer service is not good. They do a great job with acrylic nails and shaping. They only have the owner and wife working so expect to wait 30 plus minutes to get your nails done. They messed up my airbrushed nails and charged me to fix them.

Lynn and Larry’s Perfect Nail Salon was recommended to me and I’m glad I listened. Larry took his time but l still was in and out quickly. He wasn’t overzealous with the drill and didn’t quick my cuticle once. I had an ombré and they didn’t turn out thick at all. I’m very happy and will be back!

Basic everything. No menu for pedicure . My soaking of the feet lasted longer than the massage. Did not know how to prefessionally remove dip from nails which would have been okay if they just told me no. The two were very nice but not my idea of what a spa visit should be. This is my 6th try in Spokane...I hope one day I can find what I used to have in california .

I love everything about this place. Larry and Lynn are both so kind, their prices are very fair, and they pay great attention to detail. They really care that you walk out with perfect nails, just the way you want them! It’s best to make an appointment since it is only the two of them running the show, but it’s always worth the wait.

They did a great job and matched my nails close to perfect with a picture I showed them.They werent the nicest but that was partially my fault we werent communicating super easily. Their service quality was incredible though they did an amazing job at an average respectable price.

I went to top nails on Francis and they didnt even do my nails right I needed a fill the next day, just left perfect nails and Larry did them perfectly! Made them thicker so theyre not flat! Larry and Lynn take personal pride in making their customers happy. They do a fabulous job too. Usually after having my nails done I spend days picking at imperfections. Not with Larry and Lynn.
