Just bad! Actually, it was the worst pedicure that I have gotten in my life! A 6 year old playing at dress up, probably could have done the same job and for less than $40. Plus, the guy was sneezing and coughing! God Gawd no! Just no! It was really really bad! It could have be on a Seinfeld or SNL episode. Only the joke was on me. I actually use the massage place next door so it would be super convenient! But I will never use that place again! Never....

Updating my review bc its been 3 weeks now since i got my gel nails done here and im just amazed at how well they are holding up. As my nails are growing out the paint hasnt chipped once even after ive trimmed my nails back. Im a single mom to a toddler. My hands get soaked in water quite often from chores and bath time. These have also held up against yard work . Im honestly excited to see how far my nails grow out before the gel finally gives up. Ive never had my gel polish do this well at other places!

Wayyyy too thick. My nails look terrible. I got dip powder and its so thick my nails look like giant circles. I was so excited to finally get them done and Im just sad every time I look at them now. My old place was closed today, but Ill be going back to them instead. The people were nice but no attention to detail.

This man will never touch my nails again I was almost in tears the way he was doing my nails and I leave and theyre so uneven theyre Ripley then when it came time to pay he put his own tip in as a payment

Wouldnt recommend this place! More in it for the money! Not the customers! Rude staff!

I have been going to this nail salon for about 4 months for my gel manicures. They are always polite and I get in every time with no to little wait. Annie is amazing and always gives me a little massage and does the best job on my nails than anyone ever has. They last me three weeks. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Nice people.. but kind of sucked.. :/ I left because I was not feeling great.. but NOT worth the 30$.UPDATE: went back.. all he did was paint over them which made them look fat compared to the rest. Honestly not a great place :(

Walked in as door says walk ins welcome. Asked for a fill was asked if I had an appointment said no and was told they were too busy to come back tomorrow. Did not expect to be waited on right away but wasnt even offered the opportunity to wait for next available manicurist. Will not be back which is unfortunate because they are within walking distance of my home.

Tom and Nancy really do great work and are very nice.

Unfortunately I was just disappointed..I asked for a full set coffin shape turned out clumpy & too thin all at the same time... also had tore-shape when I got home..

I have been coming here for a few years. Tom and Nancy always go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, relaxed and satisfied with their great and talented service! I always feel like I’m going to see two friends when I go get my nails done. Very warm environment!

They are the only place left in Spokane that I could find that uses clean utensils out of the new packs! They were fast (but not too fast) and friendly and got me in right away. I will definitely be back!

The nail technicians are very sweet and easy to chat with. The nails were good but a little thicker. I think thats a personal preference for me but they do amazing pedicures!😊

Never been in Fashion Nail before and wont ever go back! First, Im a licensed cosmetologist from California, state licensed in hair, skin and nails, now in Washington. I have not experienced that kind of impersonal roughness and lack detailed attention to my feet before! Even from practicing students in the beauty nail industry, which was plenty in my career! But, for a licenced professional to treat actual paying customers for this service, is hopefully illegal, its not, but Spokane people have some standards, please! My toes actually hurt from the savage cuticle hunting expedition they went thru! The foot/calf massage was no massage, it was a quick rub down, very much like a vet would do to a large domesticated animal! This by the son Teen, who was very intent on the cuticle removal, as mentioned above and little else. With his dramatic sighs every 5 minutes, I timed them as I was watching the clock ticking by so I could be released from the paid torture I endured today! I, as you would be at this point, was very anxious to get my shoes on and leave this establishment Asap. Im surprised I even stopped to pay. Hard pass!

My sister and I had a great time at Fashion Nail Spa on 101 E. Hastings Road. We each had pedi/manicures. Very clean, friendly, easy to talk to nail stylists, Nancy and Tom, who both do excellent, efficient work. Well definitely go back!!

Today I brought my 10 year old daughter for her first pedicure. Tom anf Nancy were amazing. They made her feel comfotable and explained everything to her. They were very clean and professional. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Im from Seattle and am very picky. this place does AMAZING nails!!! so particular and neat. the pedicure wasnt relaxing just straight to the point of painting no massage.

Guy was pretty rude..hurt the hell out of me with the grinding and said after my pulling away that it need to be done .. but it didnt. Nails hurt for two days. Job was not good and way to much money.

Nancy gave me a gel fill and was very professional, so they deserve their high rating.

Me and my granddaughter went he re and when we walked in no one was here thus getting sat down right away. When we sat down the water was a little bit so we both got it corrected right away. After our nail teck did our pedi s we got such GOOD flowers. Usually my granddaughter has the crappiest flower known to man kind. And coming from her that this was the best flower ever was great there pedi s are only 20 too.

Ownere are super nice and the gel polish lasts 3+ weeks.

I had booked appt but didnt get started until after 20 mins past appt time. Didnt ask me what I wanted and less than 20 mins after start he was done with pedicure so I asked for more and he said no next time. Then I asked for manicure, my hand was soaked less than 1 minute they didnt clean underneath nail or do anything to my cuticles, gave me one tiny mini drop of lotion that didnt even cover hands. Worst experience ever at ANY SALON!! I wouldnt even give 1 star if it wasnt required.
