My tech was super attentive and detailed with my gel extension. She cleaned up my gross cuticles and did the gel very slowly to make sure I was comfortable and there was no burning.

Fast and efficient, but the employees are pretty rude. Theyll make little comments or complain about whatever youre doing, etc. I wouldnt go here if you want to get pampered at all but if you just want your nails done quickly theyre decent.

This place was an excellent spot- good service, prices made sense for the area and I liked the different packages they offered. You could also just do the plain pedicure but its a good spot to go to treat yourself.

HORRIBLE experience and never going back. My sister and I came in to get a mani and pedi. Gel nails for her and gel for my feet and dip powder for my hands. My sister got Annie and from what I could hear, she got great service and Annie was very attentive. The lady who did mine barely spoke to me and seemed like in a big hurry so ofcourse I wasnt able to paint a picture of what I wanted because she started on things right away and so when I said No, I wanted colored dip powder she seemed annoyed and was very pushy. You would expect to be relaxed in a salon but with her it was like if you didnt agree she would get offended. It was a very stressful experience and so I just wanted to get it over with. After I told her I wanted colored dip powder, I went to refer to the color samples Annie gave to me in the beginning. Come to find out, those colors were for gel nails. She told me to tell them a color and after about 3 seconds, stood up, told me to follow her and took me to where they had all the colored dip powder. I tried to take a look at the colors but they were hard to really tell and obviously since it was my first time seeing them I was going to take awhile to really be able to check the colors out. Then she asked what color I wanted and started rapid firing names of colors. So I said I wanted a dark, pinky nude so basically a mauve or dusty rose color but I didnt want to further confuse her so I thought my description was fairly simple. She grabbed a very very light pale pink shade so I said no, darker than that. Then she grabbed...a HOT PINK. My soul left my body, this is a girl supposedly working with colors daily. So I just gave up because obviously she wasnt taking the time to think things through and so I abandoned the dusty rose idea and went with the color I could spot the quickest that would compliment my skin tone. So, when I picked a red wine color, she was perplexed at my decision looked at me like I cant tell blue from red but sat down anyway and started to show me the color. She asked again if that was what I really wanted and seemed very annoyed. I was feeling very defeated and stressed at this point so I just referred to the nail sample that was still on our table and I pointed to something that was close to a dusty rose color knowing it was for the gel nail polishes they had and I just asked her to pick what was the closest colored dip powder they had to that. She chose a Barbie pink color and at point, I just said yes out of fear shell pick an even worse color. This is the worst customer service experience in all my years of living. Ive never felt this horrible and stressed in a nail salon before. She also filed my nails very aggressively and didnt do a very good job of cleaning up. In short, her work was poor and very sloppy. I also told them I wanted my nails short and keep my natural nails but they clipped my nails and put clear acrylic tips on them and cut them to the length that my natural nails had been in the beginning. By the end of everything, I just wanted to pay whatever they charged me and get out of there and on with my day. So I left paying $180 for me and my sister EACH. Im not ever going near this place again. Take your money elsewhere.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Came in today with my Grandmother and my mother to celebrate her birthday. I had called OVER A WEEK ago to make an appointment for 2pm! We had showed up a little early (1:45) to pick out our color and whatnot. We sat there for nearly 30+ minutes before someone even ran our water! The man who EVENTUALLY turned on my water didn’t bother to ask how it was.. it was scorching hot, burning my skin!! I could barely keep my feet in for longer than 2 seconds at a time!My nails didn’t even get touched until 2:45!!Pretty livid with the entire experience!!WASTE of money!! Wish I could get a refund! Especially for getting burned!!

Im really glad that I found this place! Ive been going to a different nail salon for awhile and I really dont change shops around once I get settled in but I couldnt stand anymore and just in time, I searched and found this place.

I got my nails done here a week ago, and I kept saying they needed to be thinner. They are very chunky looking and are already lifting from the bed and catching my hair when I run my hand through it. It took so long by the time he was done I was starving and didnt want to stay to try to make him try to fix it anymore. I will not be coming back.

I went in with my niece for our shared birthday, we wanted matching gel manicures. They got us started right away which was great. We chose our color and showed it to the 2 ladies doing our manicures. My niece got the magnetic gel color we wanted while the lady who was doing my manicure did dipping powder in a color that was kinda close to what we had picked. Not only did she completely ignore the color I had chosen at the start of the manicure, she did a service that was $10 more expensive. During the manicure itself, she used a drill to file my nails, but apparently didnt know how to use it because she cut me with it 3 times. After the third time, she told me that I needed to relax! Once it was done, I just wanted to get out. I was so disappointed that the fun birthday manicure we had planned did not turn out at all, I just paid and left. Then, later that evening, my nieces gel manicure came off! Total disaster. Im disappointed and dont think Ill ever be going back here.

Very clean, the staff was friendly. I got a pedicure and it was great.

I went to get a white and pink matte ombré look coffin style, even showed a picture of what I wanted and they did the opposite! It was not an ombré at all it was a half cut. Another thing was she was to rough when clipping the tips with scissors she nicked me as well...she seemed to be in a rush. It was not worth the 60$ spent. When she put the matte coat on and had me put my hands under the light it was burning along with the acrylic. Not a good experience at all and I’ve seen them do better nails than the ones I ended up with.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been, theyre friendly, affordable, and their work is the best Ive had done. I wanted something a little different, and they did these by just looking at a picture I showed them. I usually get simple acrylics with one solid color and they always look amazing!

Never get what I ask for. It’s 1 color or else they can’t do it. Nothing creative or fun about only being able to choose 1 color.

I have been going to U.S. nails for almost a decade as an irregular customer. I love to get my nails done as a special treat so probably come in a few times a year and have tried other salons. U.S. nails consistently does great work.

The employees are so talented! They do a great gel and a great powder dip, both with a wide color selection. I always return for the same nail artist

I got my nails done just over a week ago and my nails are hardly holding on. I let the nail tech know that the acrylic needed to be filed off my cuticles or they will lift. She didn’t listen. I asked for matte polish, they didn’t have any. I asked for a design on every nail she said only one or it will look tacky. Literally everything I asked for I did not get. Save your money! Go somewhere else!!

I got my nails taken off today and they made 7 out of 10 bleed at the nail bed. I couldnt believe this horrible experience. I surely wont be going back here. If you value your real nails dont go here!!!!

Been going here a very long time to get my glam on, i love it, I moved out of town right after I started going here and its way worth the 1 hr 15 min drive it takes me to get there ... Wont go any where else !!!! Not only am I faithful to my nail tech ladys, Im so comfortable when sorting in there chairs I literally fall asleep almost eveytime.....

I loved the lady I got for my manicure. Very nice, conversational, but when the other thinner lady came over to do my pedicure she was very rude and I could tell she was making negative comments about me and others in another language the entire time she was around. I would definitely go back for another manicure as long as I dont have to be around her...I love my results, just feel disrespected.

When I first started coming here, I loved it. Then the last couple times I went in I was sat with the same woman. She did a poor job both times, but because it wasnt for a lack of effort but just a lack of talent I didnt say much. I came in today and asked for someone different. I was told the wait would be about 10 min. Shortly after, two other women came in, and my wait was bumped up to 45 min. When I expressed my frustration I was basically told too bad. Unacceptable, I wont be back.

Not as good as my last visit

Just left there. “Annie Tran” was the name on the receipt. I asked for an eyebrow waxed and they told me, annoyed, to sit and wait. The lady, assuming the one named in the receipt, called me to the back room. I told her my eyebrows so she did them, but then she applied wax to my lip telling me how it’s too long and rips the wax strip off. I was in shock. Then she proceeds to tell me how my skin was too dry. Very rude. And did not appreciate being conned out of an extra $10. Congratulations, you got your $20, but I will never return and encourage others not to as well.

My daughter and I went in for a fill, mani, and pedicure. We were helped right away when it came to the pedicure and her manicure. I was waiting patiently for my fill when one of the employees walked in. She spoke to another person there and then proceeded to cut her hair in front of all the customers. After abt another 15 minutes of waiting, she asked if I was waiting... yeah, I said I have been waiting for my fill.The lady(who was cutting her hair) apologized and said there was a miscommunication. While my fill was getting finished 3 other employees started doing their hair as well!!! It was pretty obviously when the flat iron and hairdryer came out that I think a few of the girls thought this was a hair salon and not a nail salon.After my fill was done I noticed two of my nails where filed crookedNeedless to say I won’t go back to that nail salon

I always go and see Ann!! Shes amazing at doing gel!! Ive never gone to anyone else in the salon but since day one, shes always done them right. She stopped going to nursing school because she didnt have the passion for it like she does with nails. Ive been going to her for almost 3 years now. Ive gone in there several times just so she can surprise when I couldnt think of a design and shes blown me away. Ive gone to other places and they dont do a great job.

I go to US Nails by weekly and whoever does my nails they always do such a good job the ladies are amazing the atmospheres nice and I will always go there

Horrible! The polish was thick when she started to put it on and then she added thinner and finished the rest then added more thinner and did a second coat. Then after sitting there for about 20 min with my hands in front of a fan they still wouldnt dry! I told them this and they said normal polish takes a while...so I sat there longer then they said okay your dry and gestures for me to leave. Got to the car, hit my nail and the polish SLID off!! Went in and they rudely said they would redo it with the same polish or it just take it off. I will NEVER go there again. Take your money somewhere else.

Went here for my first ever mani/pedi and they did an amazing job. Annie and ALL of the others are very sweet. Tammy did a wonderful job on my pedicure and I didnt ask the ladies name who did my manicure, but she did an awesome job too. Selena, and the only guy that works there, did an outstanding job on my significant others mani/pedi. Selena did awesome with the designs. Id definitely go back and recommend this particular nail salon. A very friendly, family-like atmosphere. ❤️

Selena is probably the worst one there. Shes always in this big hurry, leaves when you had an appt with her charges way too much for her sloppy work. Just go somewhere else.

Nails look good. Kinda awkward when they have conversations with each other the whole time. Was charged more then the sign said.

I got a refill and a nail fixed with a french nails gel polish to finish. The very next day the white gel coating is already chipping and I havent done anything with my hands. The second day the entire clear coat comes off one nail, by day three two more nails top coat is chipping nevermind the bumpy unevenness of several of the nail surfaces!! Like the other review said... take your money somewhere else $40 just for a fill and one repair!?? Robbery.

I wouldn’t give this place a star at all if I didn’t have to worst pedicure I’ve ever had my feet are not soft my legs are sticky from the “massage” and the hot rock massage was a complete joke AND I paid $55 .! Super pissed as well as my best friend who went with me first pedi and doesn’t want anymore due to horrible service!

These ladies are the best and you will not get a better pedi/mani for the price. Sometimes, they do get super busy and the wait is a bit longer, but they make it well worth it.

The only people I trust with my nail needs. Whether its pedicures, in grown nails or acrylics.

If I could give no stars I would. They are rude, never talked to me, and hurt my nail beds at least 4 times during my pedi. She didnt even put the coat of sparkles on the I requested. To top it off, we had to wait 15 minutes to leave while they mopped the floor, an hour before closing . The cleaning smell was aweful.
