Well deserving of 5 stars! Moved from Miami and needed a check up for my Pitbull the entire staff from front desk to Dr Singh were so welcoming and sweet to my boy, eased his nervousness with lots of treats and head scratches. Prices are very good as well. So happy to have found Luv N Care🥰

Dr. Singh and his staff are absolutely amazing! Very friendly and informative. They were able to squeeze us in at the last minute for an appt for our puppy. We highly recommend this place!!!!

Our experience at Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital has been nothing short of amazing they have made meeting veterinary needs as smooth as possible. They have been very flexible in seeing our golden doodle on an emergent basis. Their staff could not be easier or mor friendly. Don’t hesitate, go ahead and give them a call. They will take amazing care of your pet just as they have ours.

Luv N Care has been AMAZING to my pup! After another animal clinic botched my dogs ears after cropping and failure to post, they IMMEDIATELY helped me out by correcting his issue and helped me re-post my pups ears!! DEFINITELY recommend them as they are super professional and highly reliable!!My dog hasn’t received this much love from vets since we got him. (Other locations were very aggressive with him and restrained him in an inhuman way!!) Here, they LOVED him and cuddled him as if he were their own dog and my dog definitely felt the love from them!!

Just moved to Orlando and my friend found this place so we took our dogs to get checked out and get shots, the service was excellent and they treated our boys as if it was there own and very friendly I would recommend this place to go to. Animal care is important for all pets. The boys Jack the Jack Russel and Tank the American Bulldog.

I brought my baby to her first 8 week checkup and the staff at Luv-N-Care was so loving and caring literally. They knew that Dior was nervous and they were very gentle with her. They made the experience worth while. I recommend them for all pet care.

I brought my puppy, Patience, in today to receive her puppy vaccinations and the luv and care team were amazing! They were quick but not at the cost of proper care! They really helped make my pup comfortable to get her shots and I was able to be there for everything.

Doctor and staff took great care of my older kitty on NEW YEARS EVE [!] when she developed sudden heart failure. Though I was a wreck, the doctor took time to explain my babys condition and the available treatment. All of this during the height of the Covid Pandemic.The office followed pandemic protocol to a tee. While I could not go in with my cat, the doctor communicated with me via cell phone and we discussed the plan for treatment.I appreciate the honesty and the availability of this practice, even on a holiday.My kitty did carry on with life for a few more months, thanks to the treatment plan provided. It helped us through a difficult journey.My cat was nearly 18 years old and heart failure is difficult to treat in felines, though this treatment gave me the time to say farewell and many more days to show my baby how much she mattered and was loved.Thank you LOVE-N-CARE. You were a blessing to us.

This was my first visit here with both my dogs. Honestly, I don’t think i’ll be going anywhere else!! Dr Lane was amazing with both my girls and was patient with them since they’re very scared of the doctors. Very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. Honestly, I dont think I would change anything about my experience (except for Lilly going through the trash lol) EVERYONE, is super nice and professional. Caring for a pet is something you have to be passionate about, and I saw passionate people who work hard to care for the pets we all love and care for. The business name is the best description of how well, you all took care of my Lilly. The prices arent too expensive compared to other places, in an Emergency, again everyone is so kind, from Beth, to the Vet, to the tech! you are all awesome. I wanna start by saying thank you to the Staff at Luv N Care! From the moment we walked through the door they were so welcoming.as a first time dog mom it can be so overwhelming and a bit scary taking on a new pup but here everything was explained so well that I feel more confident now that my new baby Peppa is going to be great!! They are also good with responding on the phone and let you know they are reliable for when you need them, whether its a visit or just questions. Extra special thank you to Catie! She was so attentive to my Peppa and was able to calm her down because she was super anxious when we first arrived.im happy with my vet choice :)

I was not impressed. I dont know where to even began. Lets just say when I called in I stated my dog was overdue for vaccines and I also had concerns about a cough weve noticed. Some times it sounds wet like theres mucus and other times it sounds like hes coughing up a hairball. When I arrived. They only wanted to address the cough and said they were unaware about vaccines. Then asked which would I like to do today. To make a long story short... I left with a $300+ receipt for vaccines and nothing for cough. My dog has continued to cough and the other day he expelled light green mucus on my entryway. My husband, whose hard earned money is more upset than I. Needless to say, we will never step foot in that place again. I did not see Dr. Singh. Im not sure if the doctor I saw that day is still with the practice, but we will never visit again

My rescue “pup” (3 years old lol) has been going here since he was a baby. He loves the staff and seeing his reaction to them just makes me so happy. It’s worth the drive.. (I live in Kissimmee). There’s no where else that I would trust to care for my boy.

As a priest who understands family needs around death and dying...I am appalled at the lack of “luv N Care” offered by this office during our time of need. Last week, while my wife and I were out of state, our 15 year old Shih Tzu, who was being taken care of by our adult sons, began to show acute signs of decline in her health. My wife was devastated that we were out of town and could not be there, but it became clear that the merciful thing to do was to have her put to sleep. My wife contacted “Luv N Care”, who had seen our dog before, to get the details on the procedure to make it easier for our sons. To use the term “bait and switch” would be an understatement in how we were treated during this very sad process. With each phone call (we were literally on the road) the price changed and increased! Even after our sons arrived with our very sick dog...after an agreed upon cost, we found that extra fees were being added. We were heart-broken by the lack of care and sensitivity to our situation and ended up having our sons take her to another facility who showed much more care to the needs of our dog during her last moments on earth. Apparently “luv N care” should read “buyer beware with a lack of care”. Don’t let your family go through what we did here.

The Dr., Vet Techs and everyone here at Luv N Care truly care about animals. I adopted my sweet Tessa, and she is shy and scared (after being in the shelter). They made her feel safe, and took incredible care of her. We have found our animal care team!!! Thank you Casey for being so gentle with my sweet fur baby ❤️

This animal hospital is amazing. I had an emergency with my young cat who sadly had heart failure. I was easily able to make an appointment. The care my cat was received was exceptional, they gave me every option possible for her care. The treatment plan was throughly explained with the total cost before hand so there weren’t any surprises at the end of the visit. Casey truly went above and beyond our expectations. She was extremely caring, comforting, and knowledgable which really made an impact on us (honestly, thank you from the bottom of my heart). All of the staff were very nice, it made me feel like my cat really was luv-n-cared for. I cannot thank them enough :)

My parents have been coming here with their cat and this was my first time coming with mine! I am impressed by the staff from the friendly receptionist, attentive technician, to the very thorough Dr. Martinez. Cassidy was the tech that helped me the most and was pleasant to get to talk with as she helped address my questions as well as helping me to understand the treatment options. Thank you for all of your help!My cat was kept calm and comfortable, the whole place feels very home-y and my cat reacted well to it not feeling like a doctor’s office. They were great at answering all of my questions and willing to let me see what went into the cost for everything. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I spent most of my Saturday searching for a veterinarian office to see a really sick feral kitty I found. I called over 20 places and all said no but Luv-N- Care Animal Hospital of Windermere. They took us 15 min before closing, at no time I felt rushed instead I felt cared, and loved. They were Compassionate and understood my situation. Dr. McCants and Danielle took incredible care of our new puppy who was not feeling well. They were quick to diagnose and have a treatment plan ready to get Peanut healthy again. We love coming here, this is our second dog to be seen at this office. They are always so friendly and welcoming and explain everything in an understandable way.

Just saw them this passed Tuesday for a Puppy appointment and the staff was all super friendly and helpful!! I arrived early and was able to head right in while wearing my mask. My almost 3 month barely even noticed the shot he was given.

The entire staff has been great from making my first appointment with my furbaby to the visit. Vet professional. Catie and Danielle were the first of the staff I had conversation with. Both helped me with my appointment and arrival. The doctor my puppy saw took the time with her and is great.

First time taking my pet here since adopting her. We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on effective treatment for my dog. I recommend this vet clinic to all newcomers.

On our first visit my dog was scared, hiding underneath the chair and instead of letting her come to them and get to know her, they tried grabbing her immediately and she peed on the floor which she’s never done at other vets. I felt pushed to buy products right then and there and they didn’t make me feel comfortable about making my own decision about my pet’s care. I will say that one technician seemed to care about giving me options and was more friendly. Overall I did not feel valued and needless to say I did not want to bring my pet back.

Dr Singh is very knowledgeable and was very good at explaining the overall well being of my dog. Im so glad we finally found a vet and staff that are able to meet our needs of our dog.

Had a wonderful experience! They were able to get me in on a Saturday quickly even though my pet was a new patient. The whole staff took great care of us and my baby is feeling much better. Would definitely recommend and they will be our new vet going forward.

I brought my geriatric pomeranian here multiple times over the past few months for a host of issues. Doc McCants and the techs here were amazing. My pom needed to stay over night for several days in a row inorder to stabilize his kidney values. They called me everyday to let me know how he was doing. They let me come visit his everyday for a good amount of time. When I brought him in because he was vomit times and having seizure, they helped me find an animal hospital to take him to and provided a plan for how to treat him. When the experience at the animal hospital was bad, she followed up with the animal hospital. My old boy didnt make it home. But, they did thier best and made the experience as good as it could be.

They diagnosed my baby pug correctly the other place I went to had a false diagnosis long story short my pug had parvovirus which is deadly and she did end up passing..

They all had a very calming, caring demeanor that made my cat 🐈 Ivy’s stress to dissipate almost immediately. Also, I was laid off due to COVID-19, so finances are tight right now - There were no $$ surprises. The staff was completely upfront with suggestions & pricing, etc .. right from the beginning, so we were able to choose immediate needs & schedule the rest for a 2nd visit. Been taking my puppy here since he was born, and he has never had any issues at all. He is a very active, large dog and the vets and vet techs always handle him perfectly. They’ve kept him in perfect health. My girlfriend also brings both of her dogs here now and we are all very happy.

Everyone was very nice as soon as we walked through the door. Our dog was a bit nervous in enclosed spaces, but the staff did an excellent job of calming him down and were very gentle with Luke. They reassured us about everything he had going on, from paws to skin, and let us know he was doing well.

I am not one to write reviews but I feel it is my duty to let people know what I think about a place that you are suppose to trust with the wellness of your fur babies. Customer service is seriously lacking. Training is recommended. Expect Luv-N-Care to try and up charge when there is a chance. The business side is very unorganized. One positive, Veterinarian you see usually is very nice.BEWARE OF THE BARKING DOGSFrom the moment you walk in the barking starts. When you get in a room it gets worse. All you can hear are dogs barking in the boarding kennels. This makes it very hard for your pet to get settled and my pets are calm around other animals. Being unsettled in the examination room is the last thing you need when taking a pet to the vet. Did I mention we waited in the examination room for 20 to 30 minutes each time before being seen.WORST OF ALLWe called and left a message regarding a problem with our pet. We heard back 4 days later. Thank goodness my wife was smart enough to call another vet. We got in that day, they are great and so happy we found a new vet. Please shop around before you go here.

I ended up paying a lot more than I anticipated but the prices were explained to me and I was not forced to pay anything that I couldnt afford. The Welcome Bag did take away some of the sting of a $19 visit morphing into a $195 visit. Pandora is doing great and that’s what matters.

They were able to get us in as a new patient the same day I called. They got us in and out quickly and they explained everything in detail and outlined all our treatment options. Absolutely love this vet! We brought our previous dog to this location and had such a great experience that we decided to bring our new dog there even though we moved quite a bit further away now.They always give us options and explain the pros and cons of each option which is awesome and very transparent. They never shame you for taking the cheaper option and will walk you through the bill so you understand every charge they have made and what each medicine does. Even the person answering the phone has great general knowledge and has usually been able to answer any questions I might have.Every time we visit the office, from a routine visit to a medical emergency, we have always felt that the health of our pup is their main concern and that they genuinely care about our animals, giving us all the options available and taking the time to explain everything and answer any questions we have.

We took our senior dog to Dr. McCants for a second opinion on heart issues. She was very through with a course of action, professional and friendly.
