There chairs were pretty good, better than Ive found in most nail places Ive had in Spokane. They did a great job on our nails, they werent too fast, like they didnt wanna touch us or other clients were more important, they were very friendly. So far best spot Ive found in Spokane, not just south hill area.

I got fantastic service today from Mr. Anthony !He was obviously skillful .. considerate .. patent .. took his time doing a great jobHe was working overtime .. weekends, to save $I recommend you visit Anthony.Mahalo !

Sue and Anthony helped me out last minute to help fix my nails for my wedding! They look amazing and they stayed right until closing to squeeze me in! Highly recommend!

Best looking fill on my nails that I’ve ever had done! Had a pedicure as well and I was a dingbat and scraped three of my nails as I went over to get my full... my tech was SUPER nice about it and got me fixed up. They will be my go to from now on!

City Nails is a hidden gem up here on the South Hill! Everyone there is so kind and lovely. Their shop is very serene and cozy, and they did a wonderful job! I just got a pedicure and my feet have never felt more relaxed! Ill be telling everyone about this place!!!

I absolutely love this place! Sue is the absolute best! The pedicures are so relaxing! Theres the leg massage, the scrub, and the hot towels.. fantastic!

This place was disappointing.. They did not do a good job and make my nails even, sliced my finger on the side and kept sanding after it was bleeding. Did not shave down under the nail after he painted them and tools me he would not do a French tip in pink on my toes. Bad bad place

Great pedicures, atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired,

Horrible experience here! Woman rushed on nails, texting half the time. Talking about how she couldnt wait to leave and go shopping. She paints on the gel polish and I realize how bad the nails look, blocky, skin attached to the acrylic. I tell her Im not happy with them and she proceeds to tell me its my fault and I need to make up my mind. She files the gel polish off, very agitated obviously, then rudely says, now what At this point Im really uncomfortable and tell her Im going to leave and go somewhere else to finish them. She then starts YELLING at me. No joke! After arguing and trying to tell me its my fault this is happening, I say yeah Im going somewhere else. She then grabs my hand and starts clipping off the nails she just did!!!! I pull my hand away and tell her that is not ok and she tells me it is and tries to grab my hand back to continue clipping the nails off. Before the nails a very nice man gave me a pedicure and that was great. This lady sat in the back of the salon. I dont know her name but she was HORRIBLE. I cant even believe that happened!!!!

Went here about 3 years ago. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THESE PEOPLE ARE BEYOND RUDE.
