Great pedicures! Several options to choose from. Spa like experience. The shop is very clean & they clean throughly between guests. All nail techs have Covid-19 health & cleaning training. They even have a punch card, 10 punches equals $20 off!

Super over priced. We paid 200 dollars for my sister in law to just get a basic mani pedi and I got a basic set and the basic pedi with painted white tip. Lady rubbed my toe raw and when I pointed out a issue with how my big toe was painted she shrugged it off like it was nothing. They also missed half of one of my sister in laws fingers. We were there for over 3 hours and watched people come in after us get rushed threw before they did a quick paint on SIL nails. We came here because they had so many good reviews. So hopefully this will save someone a trip of disappointment.

This place is very terrible went in for the first time, paid sally of money just to come home and my nails started coming off, the people there are not welcome they looked mad when I walked in. I almost walked out but I just decided to give a try. The lady who did my nails didn’t seem happy at all she looked like she just didn’t want to do it. I paid for it so I deserved the best service, never will I go there again run away from this place.

Nice ladies but the service I received was TERRIBLE my nails look awful! They didnt do enough coats of polish and didnt even fully remove my previous color. DO NOT GO HERE

I came in for a pedicure. They raised their prices and did less. The women doing my pedicure didnt even push back or remove my over grown cuticles. She just painted them. Very disappointed with the service I received! I will not be back! Their salon has also become very dirty!

This is one of the best nail salons I have been to. The workers are so polite and nice and they are very quick with their work so your not stuck there for hours. They make sure the wax and water aren’t too hot and they are very good with nail polish. 10/10 would recommend.

I do not recommend this nail salon. They were not busy but were rushing through basic services. My manicure left me with jagged nail edges and gel polish all over my skin. The staff did not sanitize stations between guests. I will not be returning to this salon.

If the salon has more clients in their chairs than employees come back another time, the wait is very long. My nails are painted pink and would look fabulous had they gotten rid of all the blue polish on my nails from my previous visit to the nail salon.

I love my nails but unfortunately there overpriced not going again I paid $109 for gel nails and my 2 little girls painted nails

It was Ahhhhmazing! Ive had several pedicures but none compare to this one! They massaged my feet and legs for so long. Used hot rocks and a paraffin wax dip was the total package to a fabulous pedi. My design is great. They captured the Valentines theme I was aiming for! I definatly recommend!

Tried a new place and absolutly fell in love. The pedi was to dye for and love my nails. I love the card we got at the end aswell kind of an insentive to visit.. The. Gals talked to and treated me as i was there.. Some places i been felt very ignored by temployees doing my nails not this place...

First time getting my nails done and it was great.

No communication. I was a walk in, they directed me to the colors but already had 4 customers with 2 technicians working. 5+ minutes later, 2 more customers with appointments walked in. I totally understand that people with appointments get priority, but not being told that Id be waiting forever..... I just left. Communication is important

Its not bad, if you want a quick fix to ur nails, they do a better job with a pedicure.

This place is absolutely awful! I showed a picture of the nails that I wanted I was then pointed to a color scheme book and asked to pick out random colors I was confused because I just want to what was in the picture inconveniently the colors book I was just pick from was the very expensive powder polish which I never asked for this ended up making my bill at the end be $75 I need up with orange nails with sparkles they’re clearly not $75 nails the lady was extremely rude she had terrible customer service didn’t speak to me the entire time except jerk my arms and tell me to relax my hands In the end when I asked her to politely tally up and show me how I ended up with the price of $75 for these mediocre nails she rudely yelled it in front of everybody so I was very embarrassed and felt like I needed to just paying it out of there this was a nightmare I was even charge for the shape of nails that I got and for how long they were they charge me five dollars for each tool that they put on my nails and these are plastic

Ive gone to this place multiple times and left almost crying every time. I only kept returning because it was close to home and a couple friends got there nails done here and they looked great. I guess its a hit and miss place because my nails were never once anything like I had asked for. I gave up getting them done because I dont want to walk all the way across town to get a decent set for a decent price. Super sucks because I use to get them done all the time *sigh* oh well.

Staff are welcoming and my nails always look great. Been going there for almost 2 years

Worst pedicure ever.

Myself and 2 little girls went in to get our nails painted. The girls went first and had their fingers done. They put nail art on without my permission and tried to charge me for it. I had my toes painted only and they tried charging me for a full pedi. Came out to $75 for three nail changes. Just crazy and felt like they were trying to rip me off! Ended up paying $20 each which was still crazy since they didn’t have to take any polish off the girls. Will never return!

Overall good experience. However I have been several times and the experience varies a LOT. Sometimes the pedicure is fantastic, sometimes its bare minimal and rather lame. However all the times Ive had my nails done it was great.

While the lady who took our reservation was very kind. The nail tech we were paired with upon arrival was sloppy. She did not clean or cut our cuticles, did not spread our toes, and we felt rushed out of there even though she had touched up our polish and it had not dried. I had to go buy $10 polish and remove my newly painted coat just so I have passable toes for a wedding next week.

Came in to get one of my acrylics fixed. Really nice people. Better experience than the last place I went. Will Defenilty go again. (:

I went to this place once to get my nails done and I have to say...this was actually one of the best nail shops I have ever been too. The workers there are so nice especially the manager Amy. When my nails were done it was exactly what I wanted and I absolutely loved the results I got. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Oh and I loved that girl Mimi the managers daughter she helped around the shop and organized the nails on the shelf. Honestly I think she should have been payed to do that because of the hard work she did and when she was done the shoped looked more organized and cleaner. If I was the manager Amy I would have payed her like $50. I highly recommend you go to VIP nails. I will be definitely going here more frequently. ❤️

They did an amazing job on my eyebrows!! love the atmosphere and they are so friendly. my only compliant would be that about 3 hours after my pedicure my toe nail polish smeared off on two toes. I think they didnt get all the paraffin wax off. but I will be a return customer. Loved Amy!

Not worth it! I paid 55 dollars for a full set and they were all messed up. I had excess polish on my skin for almost a week, they were all different shapes and sizes, the nails were all different in thickness like some were very thin and broke easy where the others I had to spend days trying to them off, the acrylic was sloppy it had lots of excess acrylic not shaped down on the bottom and side of the nail! Also it took about 2 hours for them to finish and the staff got snotty when I asked if they could get rid of the excess acrylic and reshape one of the nails. I would not recommend going there!

I have to say. Every time I come here, i wait a week and one or more nails pop off. I finally got to the point and started telling them every little thing they were doing wrong. My nails look okay but not at all how i envisioned them. I am still trying to decide if I will ever come back. Disappointing.

They try to up-sell you on everything and then when you decide you dont want to be upgrade they charge you for what they wanted upsell you and act like thats what your nails were really worth walked out paying $47 for a fill hadnt painted with gel and the lady charged me for the two different colors in the gel when it was one color on the picture and I can see right through the gel she did not do a second coat because she knew I didnt want to pay for the price of the powder. My daughters nails were filled at the same time its over to fills I walked out paying $100 with no change back. They scam you!

Worst gel nails I’ve ever gotten. They were peeling off the same night I got them done. She didn’t even paint my entire nails, and when I pointed it out she kept going. Go somewhere else if you can!

I have been going over a year now, and I get gel nails and a pedicure. They know what they are doing. The place I went previously, gave me ingrown toe nails, and VIP fixed the problem. They are patient and I have never had a pedicure quickly. They pamper you and treat you like a queen. Dont be in a rush, cause they take their time and do the job right the first time. The owner is kind and understands English well. They are hard working gals and are out to please the customer. Give them a try. I did and I have not gone anywhere else.

This is a great place to get your nails done. They take time to make sure they are done well and go the extra mile to do them right. I have had the same nails on since October, Im going in today for my 3rd fill and not once have the lifted or chipped. They are great!

Do not get your eyelashes done here. Terrible, terrible!!!! Not clean, not sanitary. The eyelash tech glues all your eyelashes together. Its just uncomfortable. The end result looks terrible with black glue all over my eye lids. Do not recommend!!!

Instead of cutting around my fingernails for a manicure, they filed. It hurt and made my skin dry. They got white polish from my French tip on my fingers so I went back after getting in my car. She wanted to cut cut the color off.

Went to get pedis done w a friend and they skipped my friend and did two other people before they touched my friend. Took three hours just for pedis

My lady-friend went there with her five-year-old daughter. She was getting a mani-pedi and told them just to color her daughters fingernails. Employees separated them on opposite sides of the salon. When paying for all this they charged her for doing a complete mani pedi on her five-year-old daughter. She told them I did not order that only fingernail polish on her hands. They said oh well we did complete mani pedi you will pay for it. Then a week or two later my lady friends fingers were very very sore and the nails were falling off. She went to another male specialist who discovered there was improper job done she had infection with mold or mildew under several of the nails infecting her fingers. She had to spend nine hours at the secondary shop to get everything fixed properly. The people at VIP Nails are rude and have no idea what theyre doing. They fake being sweet and nice and at times pretend not to even speak very good English therefore they think they can get away with things saying they dont understand you. Dont anybody ever go to this rotten place!

The workers aren’t the nicest, when I had a choice of either paraffin wax or hot stones, The lady never asked which one I wanted; just put my feet in the paraffin wax before I could say anything. they also weren’t very gentle other than pretty good job on the nails, the experience wasn’t that pleasant.

I asked for a Dallas Cowboys star and got a twinkle twinkle little star made her take it off. She got super gule on 3 of my knuckles and didnt file the gel acrylic on the underneath part of my nails tried to give this place 5 chances will be going back to express nails

This place is absolutely disgusting. I gotten waxed done here, and the bed is dirty, had dirt marks from someone’s shoes before me. I’ve made appointments with them and they overbook and I’m waiting 30 mins past my appointment time. I’ve gotten eyelashes extensions done and they looked so awful I had to get them professionally removed. When I get my nails done here, They don’t do what you say you want.

So friendly and good at what they doDespite three people not showing up for shifts, they did not turn a single person away that day!

I felt like I was being rushed the whole time, she stopped doing my nails to go help some other lady that just walked in and started working on her. I told her I wanted acrylic nails and then she tried just painting them so I asked if I could get what i asked for and she tried convincing me to not get them because I only needed them if I was going to prom or something random. Idk.. Then i asked if she liked her job and she said no its to busy and shes always to tired. So lets just say I didnt have the best experience .

I am giving 4 stars because while my pedicure was very relaxing, and my toes and finger nails look really pretty, I felt kinda taken advantage of when I left. The woman there is kinda pushy to people who don’t exacrly know what they want, they don’t tell you any prices until your finished and I ended up spending almost $100 for a mani pedi. They did a very good job on my nails though, and the hot stone massage is amazing. I only wished she would’ve told me what all of it was costing me.

I went in and got a pedicure with my sisters and it is the worst pedicure I have ever had first my water was cold so I asked the nail tech to fix that, then when she did my feet, which was supposed to come with a massage and a wax or stone I didnt get any of those three, nor did I even get lotion and they did not separate my toes so then the Polish was now on the bottom of my toes because my toes were touching. after I told her I didnt like this color she proceeded to go on to the next girl so I removed the Polish myself and repainted my toes myself this is where Amy chimed in and offered to then do the wax on my feet because I was stating how I am now paying for a pedicure that Ive had to redo myself, that I didnt even get wax on my feet so then I had to repaint my own Nails separate my own toes put on my own clear coat and I proceeded to walk out in the snow with no shoes on because my nails are still wet, I have never in my life had such a horrible pedicure the ladys name was tie or something, it was a 3 letter name shes apparently really good on nail design claimed my sister but completely sucks at feet and customer service. I wont return here. Sorry amy if I could take that star away I would .

I always get a manicure...but not by choice. All I want is gel Polish and they do the manicure without asking. They freehand all designs...very sloppy. When they are putting the blue liquid on your nails after your all done, they dont cover the whole nail so it doesnt look shiny. Waste of my time and money. And I was showing her a picture of nails and she dripped nail Polish all over my phone.

I would not recommend going here, When i first walked in it felt small and dirty. I went with a friend. She asked for a specific nail type and color and showed the tech a picture. We repeated over and over what she wanted but still the nails came out looking NOTHING like the picture shown. The length was off, multiple nails were shaped weird and had different lengths from the opposite hand. We talked to the manager and she tried to make it right by redoing my friends whole set. They came out better but the length was no super long and she had a crooked nail. We ended up going to Johnathans nails to have them fixed. I will never go back because i find it frustrating when the technician decides to do your nails their way instead of how you want them.

I love them they do such a great job. Every time I have done my hands and toes they last forever.

I got a full set with coffin shape and gel. I spent an hour and a half in there and 30minutes was spent on one finger. Amy trimmed it way to short to where it looked like my actual nail and not like all the other fingers. I then asked it if she could fix it and she said that it was actually longer and just kept filing. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had.
