Really comfortable environment. The chairs are great! Nails look great every time. Rather is just getting a mani and pedi or full set or gel, I highly recommend this nail spa. They also do full services. (i.e. eyebrows etc.) Oh, cant forget about the little hand and leg messages they do with your mani pedi, pretty good for a little message.

Beyond disappointed! Loren was very nice however their products were poor quality. I paid $50 for Walmart quality gel polish that I could have done at home.The gel chipped off in 48 hours. The product just peeled off! Ive never had an issue with my prior nail tech. I came in for a second appointment I requested to have acrylic, then the owner came over and said we dont do that here unless its on the tips because people want to change the color and we have to soak off all the acrylic each time and it takes too much time.I was amazed as Ive worn acrylic nails for decades and I confronted her and said, normally you sand it off and do another color. She said well that takes too long and I dont know how much time thats going to take, I have to figure out how much I pay her Laren, an hour and how much its going to cost, she was implying she didnt know how much a new set would be.She refused to compensate me for wearing chipped nails, missing polish for weeks.I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this salon as they are clearly incompetent, they over charge for garbage products and have zero professionalism!

Owner/manager personally took care of me and made me feel welcomed as a walk-in! He took the time to ale my nails look incredible, he was pleasant and personable, and I left feeling like I’d been given VIP treatment! Very reasonable price for the level of service and quality of end product :)

First the women who did my nails was super sweet! The quality was horrible, the polish was saggy, missed areas and barely dry when she told me that’s it she had another client. Barely made it to the car and ruined two all ready. Kept catching two of them because they were to short across the width. Went there because they were supposed to be so great! Not worth the 50.00 on acrylic should have been awesome. Oh I did have an appointment, and was told that she had 25 years experience doing nails. Won’t go back. Just being honest more people need to be honest.

Superb service, staff, products, and technique. It may be a little more expensive than some other places around town, but its absolutely worth the money.

I started going to The Nailry about a year ago because I was sick of being rushed in to whomever could spare 10 minutes at the local Asian salons. I always felt like they were talking about me and frankly was sick of it.The Nailry makes you feel like you are important to them. Everyone is so nice and the quality is great. I understand going into a place an hour before they close must be a huge inconvenience for them. Especially if the employee not helping the one other customer in the place had to finish her own nails. Then for the next words said being, paying cash or check because that’s all we take. Horrible business practice. I would never return after that first impression.

The Nailry is absolutely amazing! I have been a customer here for years and cant imagine going any where else. I highly recommend them! The business is very cleanly and the staff is friendly and attentive. They offer a wide assortment of services at wonderful price points for the quality of work. I wouldnt trust any one else with my nails!

(Superb service, very accommodating) This was my first visit to the Nailry for a pedi. I was greeted by every employee who saw me and offered my choice of beverages twice!My technician was Rosalia and before she began, she acknowledged it was my first time and explained the process of how they sanitize their instruments to ensure safety. She helped me to feel relaxed, really listened and was very personable. I especially like the private rooms for pedicures. Rosalia even said that since she did not have another appointment, she would be happy to do a manicure. I declined but appreciated her no pressure offer.I have booked my next appointment.

I have been going to The Nailry for close to 20 years. They are the best. The nail techs are craftsmen when it comes to nails, nail art and the variety of products they offer to have incredible looking nails. The Nailry has the highest standards for sanitation and top rated products. I wont go any place but here for my nail care!

So far so good this is my second visit. My nail person is Chillis I like her a lot,she wants to make sure Im please with my nails and I like that. She is very good at her job.

Just visited the Nailry for the first time! My daughter wanted her nails done for Homecoming and we made an appointment. The owner Beth called us the morning of the appointment to let us know the nail tech was out sick and she would have to reschedule but when I explained it was Homecoming and her only time available she actually re-arranged her own schedule to make room for us. She greeted us warming when we arrived, offered us water or coffee and took wonderful care of my high schooler. She made her feel very special. thanks so much Beth. We will be back!

So I was gonna schedule an appointment for my girlfriend to get her nails done and I went in to read some reviews. After reading some reviews I was shocked at an answer that owner gave back to one of the reviewers and I couldn’t believe how rude it was Sure thing I’m not aware of whole situation but that answer was plain rude. Don’t feel comfortable to do business with someone like that and wouldn’t want my gf to have that kind of experience.

Everyone was so sweet. Took grandma and I to get our nails done for my wedding this weekend. The experience was wonderful :)

Been going here for over a year now. Love them! Complements on my nails daily.

I am giving them a three because I like their practices with pedicures. I think if you get a pedicure and manicure here you will be just fine. Their acrylic on the other hand is a no go. I was excited to go here because of the reviews and how long it takes to get it in they must be good right? They are on the pricey end of nails and are increasing their prices so my expectations were a little higher. Very inconsistent work on the nails. The acrylic crumbles right off the fingers. I have had mine on for about a week now 5 areas in which the acrylic just came off essentially crumbling. In addition to that twice now I have schedule a pedicure and it has not happen. The first time was due to scheduling errors and the second time the technician just could not get to it. This is the 3rd time that I went there and I think three times is enough when I keep getting the same results.

I have been going to the Nailry for 16yrs now and I have never been disappointed! Its comfortable, classy & the staff make you feel like a friend not just a client! I love the amazing job they do on my nails every time Im in. I know I can trust the quality of their work, so I can have fun being a guinea pig for their new ideas!! Thank you Beth for another set of Seahawks Superbowl nails, I am excited to show off!!

I feel badly for the Jane Doe reviewer and her experience. However, being new to The Nailry Ive had nothing but positive experiences. First of all my manis and pedis have been wonderful. EVERYONE is so very polite and friendly that when you leave not only does your manicurist say goodbye but so does everyone else. I too was a walkin a few months ago and Jane Does description of being judged by condescending looks didnt happen to me, and Im surprised that she felt that way. In addition, a friend of mine from NY this past week attempted at numerous nail salons to make a walkin appt. and even though The Nailry wasnt able to accommodate her, she mentioned to me that they were the nicest of all the nail salons she visited. Again The Nailry is a wonderful shop and hopefully Jane Doe will give them another try.
