Fast and efficient service (I was a walk in with no appointment and didnt wait), pedicure was done well and polish still chip-free 2 weeks later! My only issue is that, according to the signs posted (in addition to the cash only tips) a regular (no extra services) pedicure shouldve been $18, and I was charged $23. They should update their signs to reflect current prices. Also, minor inconvenience that their wifi password wouldnt work.

I travel over 35 minutes to come to Kozy because they are so clean, friendly, and my nails always come out looking GORGEOUS!! 🥰
