First and last time going to this nail salon. Girl at the front is incredibly rude. Mediocre manicure. The man that did my pedicure was fine, no issues and he was nice..however with an experience like this I will not be returning. It’s unfortunate especially during a pandemic a place of business should be happy to have customers and try to keep them. Do not recommend.

Very unprofessional facility!!! I had scheduled appointments for myself and my 3 daughters and when I arrived not only were they not ready to take all of us the owner had a terrible attitude as if it was my fault. I definitely would never come back here or recommend this place to anyone. They just lost 4 paying customers…took my business somewhere else.

I just moved here from Colorado and I’m so glad I found this nail place. Jennifer did an amazing job on my pedicure and Rachel the owner also did amazing on my nails and both went above and beyond my expectations. This will be my forever nail home while I’m here in NY! I highly recommend it. Thank you ladies!

I went with my sister to get our eyebrows waxed and from the bat they were so rude, terrible atmosphere, and my sister left with burns underneath her eyebrows she was yelling from the pain, and my eyebrows look so unsymmetrical

Loved the way my nails came out! This nail salon is very simplistic and peaceful, just the way a nail salon should be. Gentleman who did my powder nails was very good, he spent time on all the details and made sure they were even. I did powder nail and its holding up so well and they look just as gorgeous as they did when I got them done and its been a week so far! Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.

Bad service, the girl in the front treat you like shes mad at you. And they dont charge that they said. They charge you more. Im ok paying more but the nails is like other cheap salon. Definitely not worth to pay to much.

Very friendly and accommodating! Its my first time randomly walked into Jadore Nails to get my nails done. Im so glad I chose this place. I walked in at 7:00not knowing they were closing at 7:30The nail design I wanted was a little complex... so they ended up closing at almost 9 because of me... I think my nail technicians name is Jojo She did not seem annoyed at all and did not rush to get my nails done. Instead she took her time and was very detail oriented the whole way. Will definitely be recommending this nail salon to anyone who visits the area!!! ^o^

Enjoyed getting a pedicure there today. The place was clean, they took me right away, staff were friendly and offered me a free water bottle. Cheaper than most local places.

I was there yesterday and I love love this place and the people I moved to LI from CT and have been looking for a new nail place and I finally found it my nails look the best ever and Im going back today to get my eyelash extensions oh and they were amazing with my 2yo daughter they painted her nails and toes also they were amazing so happy I found them

This is the worst nails salon and this has been proven to me multiple times. I occasionally go to jadore because it’s so close to my house, thinking it’ll be ok this time but it never is. I have a bad experience every time. They make my nails uneven, lumpy and most recently the polish was see through and when I ask them to fix it, they say no. I always tell them the things I want fixed and they always refuse and then when I dont tip because I am dissatisfied, they have flat out asked me to tip them. They have terrible customer service and terrible nail techs. Probably fine for a regular manicure or gel but as far as acrylics and powder gel, go somewhere else.

I liked my nails but i came with my husband and they did a HORRIBLE job on his mani-pedi i even asked them to fix it and that was basic. go somewhere else!! wasted my money here never again

Although my spa pedi and gel manicure came out great...I have to give this place one star due to the owner, female was completely rude and unprofessional. I had purchased a groupon to pay for my services and instead of explaining it nicely it was only for new customers, she verbally attacked me and got into my face debating and starting an argument. Completely unacceptable behavior and not worthy of our local business. In the end I did pay the difference and even paid gratuity to the nail techs since it wasn’t their fault their boss/owner was at fault. The owner then proceeded to speak in her native language about me, little did she know I am A U.S. Army Veteran that was stationed in South Korea and lived over a year! I never write negative reviews...boycott this local business in Smithtown.

I walked in to ask for pricing for a manicure and pedicure. They told me get a luxurious “spa pedicure” and get a free manicure with it for $45.00. Then. When my spa pedicure was done I showed them my Groupon and the owner decided to go back in her words basically lie and says had she known I was using this huge discount she would have offered me a different menu. Basically don’t bother they treat you differently with a Groupon than had I not found them via this advertising medium. She upset my entire “first time experience” hence I will never recommend any of my friends nor will I go back despite it being located just 10 minutes from where I live! Honesty is the best policy and if I feel like I’m being swindled due to having found them and wanting to try them as a new customer then I won’t ever go back! Basically Rachel you need to learn good business principles if you can advertise then you shall honor. My parents owned a business too and advertised paying $$ out of their pocket for “paid upfront fee’s” to Pennysaver and coupon books. However this advertising doesn’t guarantee new clients this does and yet you botched it all up so sad.Warning: if you’re a first time customer and thinking of using GROUPON don’t bother! They try to jack up the pricing due to knowing that they only get 50% via Groupon and hence pricing tables they normally would charge gets inflated basically they are trying to swindle you! Don’t fall for it, trust me I learned the hard way 😔😏😫
