Good auction house.

Rude is a understatement. I was treated horribly about a year ago. And I watched others be treated the same. I told them I will never be back. And never did.A year later....they are running about 100 cars a week.They were the top auction in Arkansas. They thought they could treat people however they wanted. It caught up with them!

Staff is very ride. The lady who schedule the appointments to pick up vehicles hung up in my face due to a miss understanding on my finance companys behalf. I would rather pay a storage fee than deal with them, the next day I called to see if I could schedule a time to pick up my vehicle and nobody would answer the phone. Now I have to wait till Monday to be able to get my vehicle so that I can get to work and they act like they can help you at all. The better business bureau will be hearing from me.

THIS PLACE IS FOR CAR DEALERS TO GET CARS AT CHEAP AUCTION PRICES AND THEN FLIP THE SAID CARS AT ABOVE BLUE BOOK VALUES. I had walked into the security guard shack and the guard was polite and professional. Knowing this was where cars were auctioned, I had asked what is this place. She had replied it is a car auction for car dealers. Very disappointed, I had walked over to the office a short distance away hoping there was a misunderstanding on my behalf. The lady at the counter asked if she could help me, so I had asked what was this place.. she was polite and professional. She responded the same and had said it was an auction for car dealers. Very disappointing. I had asked if there was a way for guys like me to participate in the auction and she said no. I was asking questions about the process of what I need to become a dealer and the lady behind the counter was very helpful in all the information. . . . A second lady in an office comes out looking uneasy and upset Im asking these questions. Her face was turning red and told me I could get all the information from the state police. Her reaction to me had me cause to believe I should just stop and leave the Establishment. Can you tell me how to get a hold of someone there. My truck was brought there from statewide towing and recovery and some of my belonging are still in the truck. I had my air pump that was under the driver seat and I had a nitendo Ds in the back of the driver seat. I also had a charger that was in between the seats but on the floor so we could plug our phones up to it and charge them it looks like a Y. Please someone help me

I helped my son move some dealer auction vehicles. It was a pleasant experience.

Edit 04/05/2019They changed Lane F auctioneer and now it is a professional one with nothing to complain about.Original review:Lane F auctioneer is the worst ever. He tries to fool the dealers to bid by saying money is on while no dealer had bid on the vehicle, even worse he start to increase the price as if there were more than one dealer bidding on the vehicle, when actually no one was bidding. Then he just let car get out of the lane cause no one wanted it at that price. He sometimes mumble very different prices and he does it not in order, he would say 4500, 5500, 3500, 4500 to fool people to bid at higher amounts. He is miles from being a professional auctioneer he is a professional hustler if you ask me. I hope someone from the management sees this and either stop this man from doing what he is doing or replace him with an actual auctioneer.

Even though I work there at times I can tell its a nice place for car dealers to purchase used vehicles. They have wonderful customer service and great safety

I’ve met some of the rudest people in my life in Little Rock, Arkansas. Unprofessional and flat out shady.

Checked in a vechical for the auction. Better get there early for auction day. Cause it gets packed quick.

Joke of an auction that lacks the ability to write CRs and stand behind their mistakes. 18 Days for an arbitration over misrepresented CR with no resolution is absurd.

Quite disappointed in the customer service staff. There was no greeting upon entering and even after explaining to the rep that it was my first visit there she continued speaking as if I shouldve known what the next step was.

Apparently they dont pay the people that are suppose to be paid after they sale a car!!!!!!!! Im dealing with that mess right now and now nobody wants to return my phone calls!!!!!!!

I visited so many auctions in many different states, but I havent seen a total mess like ADESA auction in Little Rock and I wish someone from the main office can read my review. Too bad management, shady deals. Its like a small family business not a big corporation business.
