During Covid: upon arrival, you sign some kind of waiver and you must wear a mask at all times. They ask you to sign in, they take your temperature and write who you’re there to see. I saw Michelle, she was very pleasant. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered! Thanks Michelle, will be back!

When asking for a gel manicure, be specific. I did not have UV gel on my nails, just regular grown out gel and I asked for a gel manicure. I also had one broken nail. He used the UV gel with a nail form to fix the broken nail and that was fine, but then continued to put UV gel on 3 of my other nails and cured them. When I asked if I was being given a UV gel manicure, he said yes. I asked what the difference in price was from regular gel and he gave me a bunch of reasons as to why UV gel is better and why I needed it. I asked him again what I would be paying for this and he said $55 but he’s not charging me for the 2nd broken nail… I only had one broken nail and a tip on another that he popped off with a metro card because I guess he didn’t like it. I wouldn’t know because he didn’t ask or say anything to me about itI normally pay $35 for a regular gel manicure. So now I’m paying $20 more for a service I didn’t want and was just up charged for without being asked and then being told I got a deal because I wasn’t charged for the 2nd broken nail…When I go to check out I was charged $15 for my broken nail and $55 for UV gel that was put on me without asking. I’m not mad at the results just mad that I wasn’t asked.

Nice place but very expensive just a regular pedicure and manicure $45 that’s not even including the tip, my manicure was not that great it looks like I did it myself. Not worth this amount.

I have been in the beauty industry for a very long time. Even working in a very upscale salon for many years and I have to say. This place is wonderful! It is SO clean, professional & very friendly. I had Vivian give me a pedi last week and she was so incredibly patient detailed. A friend and myself went during lunch and we didnt want to leave. Definitely one of the BEST pedis Ive ever had. I love the place so much Im going back today to get my nails done. Such a hidden gem!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this salon. Powder dip nails always look great and their spa pedicures are heavenly. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but it’s well worth it.

My gel powder Nails seem to have came out good. However $40 for powder gel when its 30-$35 elsewhere seems a bit expensive to me. Also $24 for a pedicure and they didnt do a foot massage, not worth it probably wont be back.

Love this place!! The staff is great and timely and the owner is wonderful and honest. The place is very clean as well.I have tried many locations in smithtown and finally found the place! I had many issues at other salons of gel nail polish coming off the next day.This nail salon is clean and it comes out great. My polish never chips and i love how honest she is with appointment times. If it is too busy when you call she recommends a better time she doesnt make you come in and wait just to get your business.I have been going here for about 6 months now and have left happy every time!!
