These folks always do something half witted. Changed out a battery? Left sensor disconnected and screw driver next to the battery. Had to waste half a day at the dealership to be told what they did. Get an oil change? Left undercarriage protection hanging. Daughter drove car off and messed it up and I have to pay for the replacement part. Lack of concentration on the work they do.Update Oct 1: Beau stepped up and took care of the replacement part and they went out of their way to make things right. Mistakes happen and they corrected them. Thanks.

Tim and Bob were great to deal with. Had sets of tires replaced on two different vehicles a few months apart. Picked out tires for one vehicle and set up an appointment online. Tim contacted me to understand what I was looking for in a tire and recommended one that was better than the one I selected (mileage, wear, and traction was better, price was very similar). I also take my vehicles there for normal maintenance. Very professional, efficient, and trustworthy. Very easy to use their site to find and set up appointments.

First time customer. Spent $1,700+ on new tires, oil, alignment and brakes. After they completed the job 2 TPMS sensors were not reading and they had installed 2 different type of tires than the ones I had paid for. So basically they installed 2 tires correctly and 2 of lesser value and rating. I had to return the next day only to find out that I had to wait a 3rd day for them to correct the issue because they were missing 1 tire to complete the set. Had I not noticed they were going to scam me with the 2 cheaper tires. I would not recommend this location due to their incompetent mechanics.

Great customer service by Tim! I got my truck aligned a couple of months ago, and Tim was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. It was a busy Sunday afternoon, and i could tell he was stressed and the shop was overloaded, but that didn’t change his attitude or helpfulness one bit. He was pleasant, helpful, and honest. The alignment and service was good, but Tim is the reason I will be returning. I never got customer service this great at Firestone. Had one good experience here then a bad one. While they may be friendly they are way overpriced with their extra add on fees which while some are legit many are a rip off and unnecessary but allegedly required according to them. They told us the tire was $54 plus mounting and balancing so we expected like $75-80 for an entry level 40k tire. Just the cheapest one they had as we couldnt afford anything more. Suddenly after they add on all their unnecessary and overpriced add on fees it is $114! They tried to sell us even more bs stuff raising the price to $142! We expected it to be $70-80. We ended up calling other stores the next day and they were all around $75-80. They just lost our business and all of our family and friends. I rarely give a bad review and most of mine are 4-5 star reviews. Bait and switch place. Shop elsewhere and save yourself some money.

My family was out for dinner and when we came out my dad found a pin in one of his tires. We stopped at Tire Choice and they were able to replace the tire in 30 minutes and at a decent price! So thankful they were able to get us in right away!

Always had a great experience with Bo and another Manager whos names escapes me-Both great guys-Great Customer service. However Last time i was there it was not that great experience. Dont like the laundry list when Im there for an oil change. But what really pisses me off my wife to whom i highly recommended Tires Choice went recently and while shes talking with the guy behind the counter, some earlier customer comes in complaining about his car that had just been serviced earlier. The guy leaves my wife standing there after he told her it would be 3 hours for an oil change and leaves with the earlier customer. After 10 minutes she got in her car and left. Not happy with the new crew-We will not be back-PS this is not my real name so dont bother looking..I dont leave my name when someone has my address... Shame. Back to Firestone for me and the family.....

On 5/6/2021 my dad took my car in to get a tire replaced. He made the mistake of telling them it was his daughters car. He had no reason to doubt them when they told him my car needed an oil change and a new air filter. He didnt know I recently had these services done - my oil was still at 70% and my filter still had 9,000-12,000 miles left! After I told my dad, he opted to avoid confrontation and just vowed to not give them any future business. I, however feel a negative review is warranted. Tire Choice appropriately replaced my tire but taking advantage of a situation and pushing unnecessary services is not appreciated. Shame on them.

Super friendly and easy to work with. I specifically worked with Steve. They were great on pricing and quick in and out. I went in on a Thursday morning and they ordered the tires from their warehouse with an install scheduled for Friday. Steve called me later on Thursday to let me know the tires were in and that they had a cancellation allowing me to have the tire install and alignment performed same day. Thanks for the help Steve!

My friends tire had a nail in it, and as 2 18 year old girls, we were nervous that an auto repair shop would take advantage of us and overcharge. We came here, and they took care of us so well, and the pricing was great. I am confident that these people take care of you and your car, and were super kind and funny. They also took us as a walk in, and had us in and out in 15 minutes which is amazing!!! Definitely would recommend.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but since not even a single person here wore a mask I cannot. They charged me for and performed only necessary work - which means a lot - especially after my last tire shop experience, which was awful. There were two guys in the reception area and several in the garage, one of those in reception had a plastic divider hanging up but that was it. If you can get past the lack of masks safely I cannot imagine recommending a place more! The work and materials were great quality, prices fair, and you can tell theyve earned all their stars for their reputation.

Such a great place. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They checked my car out and patched my tire for free and replace a few bulbs. This has been one of the best experiences I have had. I really felt taken care of, they took a huge weight off my shoulders. They are honest and have excellent customer service. My car is driving much better now thank you so much you guys are awesome!

Amazing and speedy service! It was pouring outside and I picked up something in my tire (later found out it was a bolt, a nail and a piece of metal). I could feel something was wrong as I was driving but I was not close to home, my children were with me and my tires were under warranty with another tire company so I was not sure what to do. I was quickly greeted by a friendly guy that could tell I was upset. He said he’d take care of the problem and that’s exactly what he did. He was able to patch up my tire quickly so I could be on my way. When I asked how much it would be, he said not to worry about it, he knew I was under warranty with another company. I am so grateful for his kindness and his thoroughness to resolve the issue quickly so I could safely get back home with my children. I highly recommend this location. I will be back for sure!

I found the tire choice after being refused service by at least 4 other tire shops in the area due to my low car. Steve was very nice and Zach (I think was his name) adjusted my alignment and was super helpful throughout the process. The shop is very new with brand new equipment (believe they opened in September), and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous.I definitely recommend the tire choice and will be going back for more service in the future! Awesome service and great staff.

No was so helpful. This pace was great. Clean helpful and did not try to up sell me when I came in for an oil change. He did mention that the manufacture would recommend a service at my next oil change. No pressure though.One My pet peeve is when they do not reset the oil life light. I was in need of an oil change today as well as a second opinion for an engine matter of mine. Not only did Stephen Orr promptly answer my call and questions that I had but he did with great enthusiasm. I immediately came up to the shop...I called him at 4pm mind you. He fit me in and was able to change my oil, rotate and balance my tires and even change my break pads all for a great price and reasonable amount of time - faster than I expected. Highly recommend for both service and work.

Excellent service! Went there for a flat tire. Wasn’t sure if it could be patched. Bo looked at it and was able to patch it right up. They even put my spare tire and tools back in place in the trunk! Top notch, fair, friendly, honest. Would highly recommend to anyone!

First time going in for an oil change, super simple and quick! I was in and out within less than an hour; I had time to grab something quick to eat at Ale House next door and be back and not have a long wait time shortly after at all. Great prices as well, they’re a newer location so take advantage while you can of the prices because they’re more affordable than the other places around here right now. The man was super nice at the front desk. They checked out my car, told me what other things it might need, gave me recommendations for any future visits, but didn’t push for anything more than what I’d requested for my car. Will definitely be back to get a few more fixes on my car. I’d highly recommend!

Brought my mustang in for lowering springs they got it done quickly. They were able to fit me in mid day Saturday. The craftsmanship was great car handles much better. They also did an really good alignment car is driving with much more control. Couldn’t be happier night and day difference. I’ll definitely bring my car here for future work!

My name is Joe P. And my experience with Tire Choice was absolutely one of the best I have ever had with a business. My boat trailer has two axles, and therefore four tires, and the two rear tires had been going flat every time I was getting ready to go fishing. It seemed like I never had enough time to get them looked at properly. I kept putting air from my compressor every time I got ready to go. So Monday when I came back from a fishing excursion I decided to call a couple of places and get the tires repaired. I called Tires Plus in Oviedo to ask what time they close and man the guy would not let me get off the phone trying to sell me service before I even get to his store. Bad deal. I remembered that there was a new store by the Ale House so I jumped in my truck and headed there towing the boat. I was greeted by Bo the manager I presume and man this guy is old school. He listened to me, took care of my problems gave me what I believe are excellent prices, asked me if I needed anything else, and within an hour I was headed home very happy. Bo Barber was the gentleman’s name and boy Kudos to you sir. I found a new home for my tire and service needs. Going back tomorrow for more work that I need done. What an excellent experience. Tire Choice was AMAZING. Their services went above and beyond and they were reasonable and friendly throughout the process. My car had broken down and they provided me with a ride home, the problem with my car was complex but Steve (i believe) worked day in and day out to find the underlying issue and fix it, cleaned and detailed the car and replaced some broken pieces. This was better service than I have ever had at a dealership but with more real workers and less salesmen. 20/10 recommend

I came to tire choice because I needed air in my tires and thought I would get a second opinion on my breaks. I went to another shop before tire choice and was quoted for a fairly high price. They told me I needed all 4 rotors and pads replaced.Thankfully I came here! They took my car back quickly and said I only needed the pads changed which saved me a lot of money!! This place is honest and fair. Will definitely return for my future car needs.

I had 3 nails in the front tire of my lifted F-350 and couldnt find a shop in town to work on it. Not only did the guys at this shop agree to work on it, but they did it that afternoon! There were a few complications that made it take longer than expected, but they were quick to keep me informed. Great place to bring a full size truck. They have the proper tire equipment and lifts. They got my F250 right in the shop, let me inspect my brake pads on the lift and were able to balance my oversized tires. Will be back to these guys. Thanks!

I recently had to purchase new tires for my SUV and was happy with my experience, the quality of the service and customer care. You will not have to pay for things that are not absolutely needed for your vehicle here. They are honest and will not over charge you.

Came in for a simple balance and rotate. They checked the alignment at no charge, and offered a no pressure solution. Honest answers to true issues. Not trying to upsale with BS you dont need. Harder to find these days. There are other places in Oviedo, that I will never go back to. Fool me once........Keep it up Tire Choice definitely will get a repeat visit from me.

I went in for a tire that had a slow leak. They found the bead had a slow leak. They repaired and did not charge me. Awesome customer service. Great new location with clean new building. Highly recommend and I will be returning for future car care needs.

Brought my 2017 Maxima in for new tires and before i was going back and forth with Steve the assistant manager about the difference in tires over the phone and he suggested a different tire and ordered them while we were on the phone tires were there the next morning. When I arrived Bo the store manager was very friendly and while the tires were being placed on my car he took the time out to explain to me what needed to be done. He also took the time out to speak to me and my father. Very friendly and nice place with a great location

Amazing service, for a great cost.Went in to take advantage of their free brake inspection and they noticed that my rear brakes were really bad. So, they repaired them and the rotors in about an hour. Afterwards, one of the mechanics came in and talked to me about them and how much longer the front brakes should last until I should take them in for them to look at. It was, honestly, one of the best mechanic visits Ive had in a very long time.
