My two very picky teen daughters go to Christina for balayage, haircuts and styling. Not only is she excellent at color, hitting the nail on the head every time they present pictures of what they want to her, but she is such a great conversationalist with the girls. They absolutely love her talent as well as her personality. matter of fact, every person who works there from the front desk to hair washing is friendly and accommodating.

Tracy is an artist! As usual my color and cut was the best. Exactly what i wanted and it looks great. Nicole and Brandi give the best shampoo and rinse too. I love the atmosphere of celestial, everyone is friendly and helpful. Joanne runs a great salon.

Having been a loyal costumer for over 2 years, it saddens me to leave such a poor review. Today I went in for a hair color and what I thought was a a blowout. Apparently, I was not booked for a blow out. While this may not seem like a big deal, for a new mom, who barely has the time to do anything for herself, a blow out is something really nice. Plus, I couldn’t even see the color that I had put in. I find it really hard to believe that no one in the entire salon was unable to blow out my hair so I could have seen the color. I left the salon today extremely unhappy.I also wanted to note that when I did blow my hair out (at home), the color is dull and muted- barely even noticeable. Not what I had asked when I asked to lighten my hair with a golden honey color. I have NEVER had an issue with this salon prior to today. Being busy is not an excuse for poor services.

I started going to Celestial Hair Gallery in 2020 because I was tired of getting inconsistent quality haircuts at another salon in the area. This was my second time getting a cut here and both times I had an extremely positive experience. All of the staff are kind, welcoming, and professional, and the salon is very clean and appropriately partitioned so that people can socially distance and feel safe.Both times I went to Celestial I had my hair done by JJ and both times I walked away loving my haircut - I showed reference pictures and explained what I wanted and she was able to not only give me what I wanted but she exceeded my expectations each time. It’s really refreshing to be able to truthfully tell my stylist that I love how my hair turned out.The cost of my cut at Celestial was a bit more expensive than my previous salon (roughly $40 vs $30), however it is more than worth it for me to pay the extra few dollars to get a quality haircut and have a pleasant experience.Overall, I love this salon and I wish I had found it sooner!

This place is amazing! I have jumped from hair salons for the past 10 years and I absolutely love this salon. Briana is amazing, I came to her after a previous stylist caused my hair to burn off from bleach and turn orange. She has taken the past few months to help heal my hair and work with me to get to the color I want. They are always so friendly and accommodating. They also follow Covid guidelines which is very calming in these crazy times. I 100% recommend anyone give them a chance!! I found my forever hair stylist!!

Honestly, it was very much like the appearance of any other salon. On a whim, I decided to get a hair cut as I was tired of altering it and wanted to wear it natural. JJ, who was the stylist made the experience memorable. My hair is important to me, and not only did I have the pleasure of meeting her, but her technique, customer communication and style was unprecedented. The love and care was reflected through my hair, if you want a salon that cares about their customers, this is the place.

I made an appointment for my daughter for and updo and makup for her engagement party. I forgot to make an appointment for me. Without hesitation i was asked if i would need anything from the staff.I had a wash and blowout. My hair came out beautiful and most important my daughters hair and makup was done with perfection. This shop not only had the staff come in early 8:00am to take care of us. They made us feel like we were family.

This was my first time there today. Vincent CRUSHED IT On my color!! He was beyond knowledgeable and gave product recommendations to help the health of my hair as well as prolong my color. The color is so rich and vibrant and his main priority was keeping and maintaining the Integrity of my hair which I valued so much. He was also Friendly and Professional.Ana did my cut for me. She was also very Friendly and Professional. She fixed a bad haircut I received months ago and took her time to make sure I was perfect before I left. She also went over some products with me as well to ensure the health of my cut and color. She honestly gave me the haircut Of my Dreams!!I literally got home and cried Happy tears because my hair is finally the way I have wanted it. Everyone in the Salon was kind and it was clean as well. So I really wanted to like this salon (especially with all the awesome reviews) but I just couldnt. The hair stylist seemed very cold and not very welcoming. They started by washing my hair in a sink that looked like it hadnt been cleaned after another client. They then used a hairbrush that still had other clients hair in it. That was the first strike.The second strike came when the stylist used another brush that again had another persons hair in it.The third strike came when she went to ask if I wanted it blowdried straight and I looked at the other round brush and again that had a ton of hair in it. I said no and left with wet hair.The brushes should be cleaned after every client considering that ringworm and lice is extremely contagious. I def have never encountered this at an upscale salon. Maybe this was an off day but I wont be taking chances and wont be returning.

The salon itself is great. Christina LaMaura is a wonderful colorist/hairdresser! I wont go anywhere else.

In these uncertain times, I am very comfortable at Celestial Hair Gallery because is their efforts in keeping the gallery clean and sanitized constantly. It has always been an extra clean environment.And then there’s the friendly staff that treat me like royalty. Jack, Superman, who always makes me laugh and makes my experience relaxing after a crazy day at work. And Nicole who never stops moving She is always wearing a pretty smile and won’t even let me hang up my own coat. She always makes sure I’m happy while I’m waiting, constantly attentive.While it’s always busy like Santa’s workshop, everyone gives a smile or a nod to make you feel welcome.I also love Linda who always manages to say hello and ask how I am even though she is busy too.Oh and the haircut and color- Jack makes sure I’m comfortable with the cut and color all along the way. He keeps track of colors that I’ve liked in the past (and that he’s liked-lol) and always does ann amazing job.He never makes me wait although I have made him wait, alway ready on time.I’ve been a customer for 3 weeks. (Just kidding ). I don’t even know how long but at least 18 years. Thank you.

If you want true customer service, talent and loyalty, there is no other place to go when you want any kind of services for either hair salon or spa services. During this pandemic. The owner and staff went above and beyond to give back to customers by mixing your colors and handing then out via drive up. Directions and tools were also given to help us stay connected to ourselves....you dont have that anywhere in many businesses, but it was done here . Its reciprocal loyalty all around. It radiates happiness and excellence in all areas. Please give it a try you will be glad you found them.

In the time of covid and enhanced safety procedures, celestial did an amazing job all around. They were diligent cleaning stations after each client and wearing masks and face shields or goggles to protect the employees from clients and ensuring clients were wearing masks to protect each other and the employees.Briana was amazing (as always). She was diligent with the safety procedures as well as her normal level of professionalism and talent. She listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations.

Pampering perfection! From the moment you walk in you get special treatment! I felt very Covid Safe, many safety precautions in place. This was my first visit as my hairdresser retired. Not easy finding a new salon during Covid. Linda is a perfectionist finding just the right color for me. I love my color, so many compliments and love the cut too! I could not be happier. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

UPDATE: SO I came back to see Christina for the same haircut and very excited. Again, she was able to fit me in the same evening which I thought was great. Showed her the picture which she remembered we worked from. However, she didnt ask me any questions or take her time like the last time. Before I knew it, she was cutting my hair and done in ten minutes! It was alot shorter than would have liked. I didnt want it blow dried as it was late and I was just going home which I conveyed to the woman setting the appointment when I called. She insisted on blow drying to showing me how great this one section in front came out. And got charged for the two second blow. The next day I washed and styled my hair to go to work. One side of my head was cut somewhat even and the other side had a few clumps of hair that were two inches longer that were obviously out of place. I cut it myself and will just go elsewhere. I feel like she did this on purpose as the first time when I got home, I realized I had inadvertently under tipped her. This time, I made up for it because I felt bad. I even told her I made a mistake but she said she doesnt keep track. Now that is BS. No more. She has a phony attitude, gave me a bad cut, and obviously not busy to be able to fit me in twice the same night. My hard earned money gets spent where it is appreciated.I just moved to the area and needed a cut badly because of covid. It is always daunting to have a new place cut your hair for the very first time. Christina was great!! She really listened to what I wanted, listened to my concerns, and gave suggestions as well. This was my first time there and left very happy. Everyone was upbeat and professional. I will be back

Ive come here for a while now, but my usual stylist recently left. I was placed with Tracy and I cannot give Tracy and Celestial enough stars. They were perfect in placing me with Tracy, and right from walking in Tracy was asking what I thought about my hair to what she saw and it was immediately clear that she got my hair from the get-go.From there, she asked what I was thinking and if I had pictures, and I gave a rough idea and my thoughts, and deferred to her judgement. She gave her thoughts, how to do it, explained what she would do, and it was absolutely perfect. Like I said, she has an eye and was spot on in her assessment, and the cut was perfect.Not all haircutters are stylists, but I can say with no doubt that they do not mess around here with the term. These stylists know their trade and are more than capable of helping you come up with something that isnt just out of a picture, but is actually tailored to you and your strengths.
