Everything was great! Pedicure, wine and they offered so much more!

This is for Patchogue, I had a GEL mani done when they first opened and wanted to wait before leaving a review and all I have to say is WOW! They lasted almost a full month AND it was soo relaxing! Carmen did an awesome jobs and drinks were a nice touch! My new to go place!

I went for a fundraiser & although I felt it was a bit pricey I did love the job they did, I got a gel powder fill & classic pedi, everyone was very nice & the place was beautiful & very clean

Super clean and amazing staff! My gel lasted almost a month and was able to get my eye lashes done! (Which also lasted and looked amazing!) And to top it off all American and English speaking! Definitely my new to go salon in town!

Facials and Eye lash extensions, Nails and wine.. did I die and go to heaven? Alexa did an AMAZING job with my facial and eye lash extension and Julie did an amazing job on my nails! Not to mention had an awesome conversation with Lucy in the front (I think she is the manager SUCH A DOLL) This is my new place!! Great job guys!

Wonderful! Had Maritza and she was amazing. Very detailed, gentle, and friendly. Being able to have wine while getting pampered is an added extra bonus.Seats for pedicure are high back with pillows-can’t get better than that. This is my new go to spot for all nail needs!

Ok so bare with me because this is going to be a long review! Let me start by saying that I have been getting by nails for a very long time at the same place, and when I heard about this place it intrigued me! I know it was supposed to open and it kept getting pushed and pushed until it finally opened, naturally I wanted to get in right away so I made a reservation online (which my only complaint about that is that you cannot make a reservation for more then 1 at a time, so if you have a party of more then 3 just call because you have to go through the reservation system and re-enter everything, the positive is that it txted me when I made the reservation and txted me the morning of reminding me) as I entered, I was floored of how beautiful it is! From the big chandelier in the front to the stained wood everywhere and the big queen looking seats! As I sat, I was served a glass of champagne and began my pedicure. I think the owner was there because he kept walking around and asking if everyone was alright and comfortable which I thought was very nice, from what I gathered he was a local who went to Smithtown High School! Moving on to the manicure, I will say they carry a awesome organic gel product (unfortunately they didnt have a big selection maybe 150 colors but was assured that they were getting more this week, which I understand it being a soft opening and trying to feel out the crowd as to what is popular and what is not), the tech also gave my legs a nice massage and I was also happy to see the tools freshly opened from a pouch. I was also able to have a full conversation with the tech and how she used to work in there other location until this one opened. I go and checkout, in front of me is a women being very rude in her tone asking why the price is $5 more then her regular place, as the front desk women is explaining (which I ended up talking to and is the sweetest person I have ever met!!) how every place has a different price point. Now it is my turn to pay, what does the front desk girl do? She charges me for the basic package because they didnt have their hot stones in yet without me asking (which to be honest I didnt even know was supposed to be given) which was very very cool. When I got home I looked at my receipt (thats right there is no paper receipts, they txt them to you) and I thought to myself about the hard time the lady in front of me was giving to the front desk, this place is big and beautiful, and there seems to be no $1 an hour bused in techs from queens or flushing employees here. The tech was even telling me how the owner would send her an Uber to come to the other location since she didnt like to drive at night and I just think, when there is an American owned business that is trying to build itself and doing all the right things (or at least trying to) and not to mention a local owner, in the grand scheme of things is it really that big of a deal to spend the extra couple of dollars to be able to actually enjoy getting your nails instead of feeling rushed? Did I mention, I do not know what they did but there was no smell whatsoever in the salon!! They obviously have some things they need to work on to be fully functional, but you have a client for life! Realistically, the place is probably a 4 star until they have everything they need to be running 100% efficiently but I will say the customer service and attention to detail is what really impressed me hence the 5 stars. Bravo and keep up the good work and my nails came out great!

I really enjoyed my spa mani-pedi and hot stone massage with Julie and give her and her services 5 stars. She wore a mask and gloves the entire time as required.However, towards the end of my services, I was sadly disappointed and alarmed by the lackadaisical attitude of two of the staff in regards to wearing their masks correctly. For this reason, I am likely not to return.

Went there for a girls night last Friday to kick off my friends engagement party weekend. Everyone was so wonderful and we truly had an amazing time. They were incredibly accommodating to our large party and even went and picked up pizzas for us. My girls enjoyed the wine bar and I’m pregnant so I was unable to drink but Anthony went out of his way to make me feel included by giving me grape juice in a wine glass! I thought the prices were reasonable and the location was sparkling clean and beautiful. I can’t wait to go back!

My wife has been going for months now and loves it! The only place you can get your nails done and have a glass of great wine in Ny state. Love the concept!

Great concept, beautiful place, super clean and the staff was extremely nice.I went in on Sunday for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and my gel manicure started chipping the next day. Its now Tuesday and I have 3 nails chipping. I can usually go 2 weeks without chipping. I feel like it was a waste of $50. I wont be back.

On Thursday Jan 2 I had went to this nail salon for my sisters wedding party, she made an appointment for 7 people and there were only 4 nail technicians on, with such a huge group of people you think you’d have more people on? They had no idea who was getting what and that caused a huge delay. Not only was I there for 3.5 hours I now have a infected toe along with my other sisters toes. I’m absolutely appalled of the fact that the same girl that did our toes and we now both have infections in our toes. Never Ever Ever going back.

All I have to say is WOW! Beyond relaxing atmosphere, Angela was amazing! My nails have never looked so good! Amazing gel product, they say its organic also!

I really wanted to like this place because I LOVE the idea of having a glass of wine while getting pampered but unfortunately I never got the chance to try it. I scheduled an appointment the day before my sons baptism for my close family to get manicures done. Since I was running around like crazy trying to get things ready for the next day, I totally forgot about the appointment until they called me looking for us! I apologized and explained I forgot, and received such an attitude and was hung up on. It made me nervous to ever go here because of the lack of customer service. Accidents happen and I understand being disappointed when 4 appointments don’t show up, but to be rude and nasty was uncalled for.

Scheduled a 7:00 appt. 2 weeks in advance and still was seen around 7:30!! Staff including manager carry their personal cell phones around, texting and even talk to people while working on clients nails. The manager was FaceTiming in the front of salon, The place his huge and appears to look nice but when you look deeper it’s very dirty!! We opted to pass on the wine because of the condition of the salon and also because when manger served to clients she would wear gloves for one client but not the next — this is after she was coughing and sneezing all night. I watched on staff member cough multiple times in her freaking hands and then an unknowing client walked in and UGHHHHH SO GROSS!!! It’s a shame because this place could have so much potential based off location and size...I would NEVER go back and would NEVER recommend to anyone !

Ever since I spotted this place Ive been super excited to try it, but I was rudely turned away the very first time I stopped by. My sister and I get our nails done regularly and decided to try this place one night about an hour and a half before closing. Unfortunately we were ignored after entering, told no tech was available for either of us, and generally just treated like an annoyance. Neither of us being monsters, we understood that they may have been understaffed that particular night, but they spoke to us in a patronizing manner and didnt even offer the option to book an appointment on another day. While walking out the door the attendant at the desk shouted after us to call and book an appointment next time. POLISH Nail and Bar, you can rest assured that there wont be a next time and that well never annoy your staff with our business again.

Not one to post negative reviews, but the entire experience was awful. My tech overflowed the foot bath, which at first I figured simple mistake. Then while removing my old gel powder, she made two different nails bleed using the electronic buffer. My nails are cut significantly shorter than what I had asked for and each edge is essentially sharp to the touch. When my nails were done, she got up like she was going to get something from another part of the salon. However, she went to go take another client without saying anything. Didn’t get a chance to wash my hands, and she didn’t lotion me or even tell me I was done. Absolutely will not be returning.

Love it here! All the girls are so sweet, Stephanie has done my gel manicure and pedicure every visit and she does an outstanding job! I love that there is a place to go and unwind and have a few glasses of wine after work! (I only wish they had more red wine selections like pinot noir, please?) Polish is now my new favorite nail spot!!

A quality mani/pedi while indulging in a glass of red wine? Yes, please!!

I havent even gone to this place and already Im not impressed. Im sorry but these nails look like trash. Honey, just take your $10 wine bottle and go to the Asians XD

I wanted to try nail bar since it opened, so I went and got a pedicure which went horribly. The worst experience I’ve ever had. The nail tech I had cut and filed two of my nails way to short exposing the nail bed and making my skin bleed. I had to deal with it since I was going on a vacation in a week. Never going back here again

This nail salon is the best nail salon i’ve been to. i’ve been to many nail salons but this one is the best!! i love everything about this salon! the very nice lady who did my nails, estephanie did a very good job! every time i come here i want estephanie to do my nails! i recommend thisnail salon very much. the customer service was incredible!! everyone there was so happy and nice. estephanie cleaned the nail products in front of me, she was very gentle, did my nails very smooth and she did my nails PERFECT!! the look of my nails are the definition of perfect!!! i know i’ll be coming back here when my nails are ready for a change!! love everyone there. love everything!! much recommended and if i could give 6 stars i would!!

If you want to see photos they are attached to my yelp review :Great concept having wine but overall i was very disappointed. I went with another person and we both had an awful mani/pedi. The pedicure sucked we barely got massaged and my feet got cut open from my lady using a calus scraper on the top of my toes. They barely give you a pedicure they really just paint it. The manicure we received was awful, its not even covering the entire nail. As you can see i got glitter in my nails but its chunky on some nails and not on others. No lotion massage etc. on the hand. It looks like a child painted my nails and i am embarrassed. My friends nails are so bad that she plans to go elsewhere tomorrow. I wouldnt recommend.UPDATE: the owner did message me after seeing the review asking if i would come in so they could make it right unfortunately i was told to avoid getting a pedicure until my feet heal and since then i have gotten my nails done elsewhere.
