The BEST nail salon place in the area. They also do awesome lashes, toes and eyebrows. Super affordable and great service.

I asked for regular polish and she gave me gel and drilled my skin and drew blood. She didn’t do correct color or shaping. I was charged 40 dollars at first and she changed the price to 45. I highly do not recommend and I will not be returning.

Cut three of my fingers and told me I could not get anything off because it was my fault she cut my fingers. Did not clean tools after getting my blood on them.

Got my very first pedicure here and a full set. I have never been so happy with the way they turned out. I will definitely be driving 45 minutes every time I need a fill in or a pedicure. Definitely made me feel welcomed and took their time and constantly made sure I was happy with her work.

So I went in for a touch up on some $30 eyelash extensions that they put on for me only one week earlier. They said I needed a whole new set. I didnt think I did at all..but against my better judgement, and in my trust that they knew more about lash extensions than I did...I agreed. This woman put the adhesive remover on my eyes and without waiting for it to dissolve any glue..she began to pluck the clusters lashes off...taking my real lashes with them. So then she begins gluing on the new lash clusters. Only problem is.. when I went to open my eye..I couldnt. It was essentially super glued shut.Wait. It gets worse. Keep in mind..she isnt saying one word to me during this whole process. NOW, instead of putting adhesive remover on to try to get my eye unglued shut. She proceeds to pry open my eye..which is SUPER GLUED shut! Needless to say...I was in tears from the agony of having my bottom lashes pulled out....I was given a mirror only to see that I had no bottom lashes left.Longer story short.. what I was given in an effort to make me feel better, was $5...not the $30 I so stupidly paid. Oh, and mustnt I forget the eye infection I developed that evening that needed antibiotics to treat.These are pics from when I went to a true professional to have the clusters removed. Glue on top of glue.

I went here and I waisted my time & money, they looked soo bad. Very unprofessional, when i went to fix them with the one who did them (the lady first to the left when you walk in), she had No manners. And the manager allowed her bad behavior. She was very rudely yelling and cursing. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

Busy establishment but professionally and swiftly taking care of customers both with appointments and walk-ins. Workers were efficient and did a clean, beautiful job. Better prices than I normally pay for the work at other establishments.

I was totally disappointed when I got my last manicure from Simply Nails. I noticed the young man used the gel paint . I questioned him but he said he would take care of me, well within 24 hours my nail color was half off every nail. I called Simply Nails on Sunday no answer until Tuesday but I had my picture of my hands . Well they want me to come in the a day or after I got my nails done but they were closed. Well Sunday I left for a weeks vacation so I couldnt go show her my nails. The managers David and Me are so rude and unprofessional. I have never had a problem there before but when he told me never guarantees manicure polishes and was going to charge me another 10.00. I politely got out of my chair and left. People, they are a rip off I will not be going back and I suggest you stay away. I hope the owner sees this cause theyre running his business in the ground.

I went in for a gel polish change and while removing my existing polish the nail technician cut my finger open by accident. He had nicked me once and I let him know that it hurt and then the second time it completely cut my thumb open. He was very apologetic and I know it wasn’t intentional, but it was super painful and put me at risk for infection and they charged me the full amount. When I asked for a discount due to my cut finger, they gave me $2 off because apparently they can’t charge a credit card less than $18 or their manager will know something was up. That is what the man at the front desk told me. I definitely will not be visiting this nail salon again.

I will definitely not return to this location, Happy Nails (which is located only a few shops away) offers me better service and for a better price. The lady who did my nails was rude and repeated over and over that she was ready to leave for lunch. She asked how long I wanted them and when I told her I wanted them long she made a comment about how she didn’t like long nails and that longer nails were harder to use and work with. I am used to having long nails and I can work with them just fine but she cut them shorter than I actually wanted them anyways. When she asked what color I wanted them I told her wanted 2 different shades of blue and a sparkly silver for one of them. Again, she made a comment about that. I’ve never been to a shop where they give me their negative opinions about how they think my nails are going to look. I was definitely charged extra but she never told me what for. That was definitely my first and last time going.

Nice place to get nails done quickly

Only a 4 because the girl who did my pedicure barely rubbed my legs or feet at all. And I have a toenail thats still long. But this is like my 10th or so time being here and its the first bad experience Ive had.

My first time at Simply Nails and it was a wonderful experience. I walked in and was immediately taken back. My nail tech was funny and very nice. He took his time and made sure my nails looked great. They also have a nice selection of different colors from neutrals to neon polishes. I will definitely come back for my next mani!

Not very professional atmosphere due to behavior of a couple of workers. Also I requested gel nail color and toe nail polish to match and it does not----Im sure that the nail tech saw that clearly but chose to ignore it. Foot and leg massage was great though. I do not intend to go back. Pricey for the actual quality of service.

Always happy with their service. If I dont like something they fix it right away. My nails have lasted for a month before and I cant say that about any other nail salon.

I would give them 5 stars because I do like how fast they are and they have nice employees, but because of my recent visit I’ll give them only 3. Usually when you get gel nails they will finish it off my spraying your nails or putting lotion on your hands or some oil but apparently now this take your nails out the UV light and send you off your way. What happen to making sure there’s no glue or nail polish on your client fingers. Just overall pride in doing the job and not rushing. On top of that the lady cut me twice. Another person complain as well because with the price your paying you should at least get some type of oil. On top of that I had nail polish on the side of my fingers. They are nice and they have great workers but honestly feeling like you have to pay extra to have oil or spray to make your nails shine is disappointing. Even one of their employees who sits in the front was complaining how they don’t offer that to customers and if we had a problem with it we would have to speak to management.

They dont use new/clean file and buff unless requested (even then I wasnt sure, the file didnt have the sharp corners that come with new files). The woman was nice enough and did a great job. The shop could use a good cleaning. And is anyone else grossed out by the filth that rests inside the light boxes at every nail salon!?!

This is was my time visit there and will be my last. I walked in at 2:50 and just to do regular pedicure. I walked out at 5:00. Very unprofessional as well. They only had two people doing pedicures and it was very busy. Couple of workers just sitting there and stops in the middle of doing nails answering their cell phones. I had a bad experience. And my pedicure started coming off after three days. Worst I have ever done.

I really enjoyed this shop. I am looking for a new Nail Shop since the owner of the one I used to go to moved away. I am very picky about my nails. Hanh did my pedicure and she did a great job. Hannah did my shellac manicure and eyebrows. Hannah seemed to be a little annoyed for most of the process but her attention to detail was amazing with both my eyebrows and nails. I will defintely be returning.Pros: Skill of staff, Attention to detail; Atmosphere in regards to music and decorationsCons: Shop is not clean and tidy like the shop I used to go to (TM Nails in Raleigh off of Ed Drive). They need to do a thorough cleaning of their equipment (ex: the UV light was very dirty) and also just a general dusting of the place.Wouldve gotten a 5 star if shop was cleaner.

I have visited this establishment mutliple times in the past and it has been quality. However, today the staff were very unprofessional. They served another customer before me, when I had already waited more than the estimated wait time. Additionally, they rushed through my pedicure service because they had already completed the person I came in withs service. I certainly will be taking my business to a different location in the future.

I think simple nails did a wonderful job they are very professional at what they do they took there time on my nails and on my daughters nails they were very nice and there work was very gorgeous I will be returning to simple nails in two weeks for my filling they will always have our business.

Did not have a good experience today and usually I do this is the only nail place I go to. One I was not told that if you get a different nail shape that it would cost more .2 the lights went out on the table so my nails didnt dry good and I had to go back in to get a nail fixed. So not happy with the results.

I have tried many salons in the area and I always come back to this one.

The wait time is entirely to long.. I got there @10am and didnt get finised until 12:30pm. All I got was a.pedicure and if you want callous removed thats not done with basic you got to get deluxe. And it cost $10 more its not the money but the customer service needs help.

Ridiculous, my nail tech should not have to leave when performing my service to perform another service to another client. I get the concept of trying to kill 2 birds with one stone but its just a waste of time when it takes my nail tech 15+ to come back when I could have been finished. (By the way happened more than twice) They have excuses for everything they mess up. Save your money and go else where!.

First time at this salon on Jan 22, 2018. I had Gel polish manicure done. I went out of town and notice the gel polish begin to peel around the corners of some of my nails. I called and told them what had happen. I came in on Tues of Jan 30Th and showed them my nails.Well the person that did my nails ( Mike) looked at them and told me to pick out the color. He called the other nail technician over and she begin to tell me that my nails were older than a week and no way this could have happened. Well we argue back and forth, with the gentleman telling me to stop talking. Which was very rude of him. I inform them that in one week my nails should not be looking like this. He fixed some of my nails and repolished over all my nails. The ones he didnt fix looks a hot mess.I will never ever return nor recommend anyone to this salon.Very rude techs.
