WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I left with 3 bleeding fingers due to the workers carelessness. I am new to the Smithfield area and wanted to give this place a try. This place overcharges (charged me $55 for a basic white set no designs when most places only charge $40). My nails looked rushed which they shouldn’t have been considering i was the only one in the shop. I would have sat and debated with him about the poor service but i was already late for work. The ONLY good thing i got out of this experience is he did a pretty good job on my eyebrow waxing. I have NEVER left a nail salon bleeding with sore hands. I couldn’t put hand sanitizer on all day. I understand why its so busy and people don’t mind the wait at Simply Nails. I am definitely going there next time. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon.

No idea of the quality of work. I called at 6:00 asked if I came at 6:30 if they could still do a Mani-pedi. The gentlemen that answered the phone said yes to come. I arrived at 6:25 and he told me to wait a few minutes. I waited until 7:20 when I finally left. He had been helping other clients but he helped people who arrived after me and there were still two others to be served potentially before me. I could have found somewhere else, but I waited 55 minutes for nothing.

I’m always satisfied when I leave this salon. A new worker Helen did my nails for the first time and she did my nails perfect. Just the way I like it. Highly recommend.

Went here for first time today. The service and quality is excellent. Havent had my nails done this great in as long time . They take their time and pay attention to details.Thanks

I had went somewhere before coming here where they had messed up my feet. I walked in told him what happened and he took me right back and fixed my feet. Great place. I will be back

Do not recommend. Owner clearly has no idea what he is doing! My 8 yo daughter could have painted better. Worse nail experience in my life.

This place was horrible the lady that did my nails was rude and didnt listen to what I wanted. On top of that she hurt me and. My fingers raw. There is polish all over my fingers as well.

Went today to get a pedi only had like 2 workers, was an hour wait . Was going to sign in an a roach ran across the paper an I hauled tail out of there. They were rude an place looked unsanitary!

I called them and he gave me a rude attitude when i asked about the prices. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and he told me to come in at 4. Not only did he do my nails 1/12 hours later but he rushed them and when I spotted a problem with my nail. He caught a huge attitude, huffed his breath and begin to fix it roughly. DONT EVER COME HERE. DISGUISTING!!

WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAINI went in for a Gel fill-in and requested someone with experience. I like my nails to be shaped a certain way. The owner did my fill-in and was not impressed with him at all! He did not pay attention to what he was doing. On my left hand I have 3 cuticle cuts where he sanded to close. These cuts are very painful. Unprofessional at its worst!!

I took my daughter for her first acrylic sets and we were going to come here but even tho we called over an hour in advance and he told us to come at 5 we got there at 5 and he told me to wait another hour as someone walked in before us so we went to luxury nails instead and tbh Im glad he didnt want our service because we found our new favorite place 😉 we called 5 mins before we got there and they took care of us right away even tho some one else walked in first they were very professional and I will continue to take my daughter there...

Kevin is funny and great with nail shaping

I went there earlier today and had my nails done by Kevin. Not only did he cut my finger but did not apologize it. I decided to give them a chance, because All the workers there are former workers of Happy Nails. Kevin was fired for horrible service and always asking to borrow money. The other lady that works there was also fire along with her husband for always making trouble and drama. They also had horrible customer service and did not like to clean too. Don’t go here they are dirty. Happy Nails since they got rid of them. Have been a whole lot better with great customer service Liem and his employees are the best.

Am sitting here as I’m writing this review. I got a pedicure V did an awesome job. Kevin was very nice, excellent with costumer service.I would definitely come back.

I have gotten a nail fungus from this place, I have NEVER gotten nail fungus before. When I went to speak to Kevin about it, since he does my nails. He was very rude, would not let me talk, talked over every word I tried to get in and cursed at me. He does not have to EVER worry about my business again

If you can help it bypass this place...They charged me 5 dollars per nail for diamonds then complained while placing them on my nails and to make my experience worse Kevin didn’t even fully cover my nails with the diamonds I could have done a better job than him, It’s ok though I will just take my business where it’s appreciated!!

I always enjoy myself when I come to Hollywood nails spa very professional work and relaxing amphostere.

Just got my nails done today he cut 3 of my fingers and it was roaches crawling around I will never go back there again and I paid 50$ for some jacked up nail work
