TQL is not only huge, so they have loads going everywhere at all times. but their customer service is amazing and all their staff is easy to work and communicate with. We have had a few shippers and receivers hold us for 5-6 hours and TQL is always willing to file for detention and help us get our money. Theyve been really fair to us and I have not a single bad thing to say. they also pay fast which is a change of pace.

Love to work with TQL only last worse experience was from TX on the load like Broker sent me and there was no load for me and he newer paid me Tonu.

Slot Iof paperwork and several months I was told by my rep Christopher Weaver they can only offer me 50% of the claim even after submittingc documentation of the loss. I wouldnt recommend them, I was mislead.
