After calling a few places I came across this place and spoke to Abbey over the phone. She probably gets the same questions asked often but maintained a positive attitude throughout our entire conversation especially when I had questions. She said it would be an easy process and it was EXACTLY that. When we got there we met with Kandace who was also exceptional! They didnt piggy around anything they got straight to the point and told us exactly what we needed. These ladies customer service skills were what created our positive outlook per our conversation over the phone and exceeded our expectations upon arrival as well. Keep in mind it was late at night. For these women to keep a positive attitude with customers during late hours is a PLUS. Other places were either rude or nonchalant. Our money was worth the services from beginning to end. Steven is wonderful & honestly the only reason for two stars. My collateral refund was not given back in the full amount even though I provided them with every single receipt. I called questioning the amount asking how I could correct the issue and was rudely spoke to and told they would not give me the full refund I was owed. Poor workmanship if you ask me.
