I went here for a color and cut service and had a horrible experience. The first time I went it was not bad, so I thought I would go back again. My second time there I was extremely unsatisfied. I spent almost 3 hours at the salon to leave and it almost seem as though nothing was different except the orange tint in parts of my hair. I reached out to the hairstylist personally to resolve the issue and was offered to have it “fixed” free of charge (as it should be). I understood a lot of time was spent so I was willing to receive a partial refund considering I did not feel comfortable going back and would rather go elsewhere to have my hair fixed. I did not feel as though I should of spent $200 and then have to pay another salon to fix it even more money. When getting nowhere, I decided to reach out to the owner of the salon. I was then reached out to from my hairstylist (not even the owner) telling me she spoke to the owner and they don’t issue refunds but will let me come in free of charge for a toner or lowlights. I never heard of a business that can not issue refunds nonetheless if it is because a customer is unhappy with services that were rendered. I am not going to be forced to go back somewhere that I do not feel comfortable going back to because I will lose my money if I don’t. This is completely unprofessional. I will not be returning nor sending any recommendations this way. Customers come first considering that’s how your business stays afloat. Maybe you should treat them better in the future.

Melissa is Ahhhhh-mazing!!! Ladies, I’ve been a more than satisfied customer from my first appointment. My Eyelash Extensions are such an added ease to my everyday get up and go or add a little makeup to compliment the look. My retention is very good. I have little lash loss. If you follow the instructions Melissa gives you to take care of them, they will last.

I bought a gift card for $150 so my in-laws could get a COUPLES MASSAGE for mothers/fathers day this year, since its advertised on your website that its a service you offer. However when they called to make an appointment, they were told you dont offer couples massages. Thats false advertising! And all they could say was sorry. Wasted $150 that could have been spent on an actual couples massage. Completely unacceptable. Do not patronize this business.

I got a pedicure from Lilly. She does an amazing job.

I needed a last minute hair appointment and scheduled with Bonnie. I got extremely lucky as I’m newer to the area and going to a new person for your hair is nerve wracking sometimes. She talked to me the whole time and was so sweet. She did an amazing job on my balayage and hair cut and I will continue to go to her.

I got a perm with Jordan she did a wonderful job

Had a facial, pedicure and Brazilian wax done here, facial and spa pedicure was amazing but the wax was horrible. The wax was entirely too hot and I kept telling Melissa it was too hot but she kept explaining herself away by the time I was finished I was bleeding slightly, Im not sure if it was done on purpose but I wont be going there again to get that done

I love this salon! So nice and open inside! All the stylists are so nice. Love my stylist Kaitlyn Millard, she’s the best! She knows what she’s doing and makes suggestions without being pushy. I always leave with a smile and always text her later that I LOVE my hair!

Took my son here to get his first haircut,(hes only 19 months old) the lady that cut his hair was so nice and very patient. It was a great experience for him for his first haircut. Affordable. Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I just had the best start ever to this new week.....the most outstanding facial with Melissa. I havent ever had one before, so this was my first, but definitely not my last!Melissa is excellent at her job, very professional but at the same time so kind andd compassionate. I will be back, Melissa, because my face has never felt like this before😊❤

I have never been more relaxed and refreshed in my life! Melissa is a miracle worker!!! Her facials are the most incredible experience I have ever had and when she shaped and tinted my eyebrows.... well lets just say its almost almost a week on and Im still admiring them! If you want to look and feel amazing this is definitely the place to go!!!

The rudest salon I have ever walked in. Tonight I walked in without an appointment and although a sign is posted on the window “ walk-ins welcomed” I was told it was appointment only. After pointing out their sign, I was directed to speak to “the lady” around the corner. After walking around the corner, there were 3 ladies, to which one finally spoke up rudely and ask can I help you? I politely stated I needed a haircut and was told she didn’t have time and began to walk away. I stopped her and asked can I make an appointment? To which the stylist called someone and spoke rudely about a lady needing a haircut and proceeded to respond to me to come back at 4:40 pm.To be treated as if I had walked into a home uninvited has motivated me to write this review. I will never be back to this salon due to how unprofessionally the staff represented themselves and the company. With so many salons to choose from in and around Johnston county and Raleigh, it’s a shame customer service was not on their agenda today.Treat people better.

Melissa is wonderful! Very patient and knowledgeable of lash extensions. She exceeded my expectations and I left with full, natural looking lashes just like I wanted. Very nice salon and staff!

I have had my hair cut and colored with highlights multiple times. Jordan Lejnar was my stylists. She was professional and kind. My hair looked fabulous!!! I will always go to only her for my colors.

Great salon that is locally owned. The owner is great and all the stylists are friendly (although Bridget is the absolute best)!! They have recently expanded to include an area for spa services. Light refreshments and TV in the waiting area.

Was there today very nice place with friendly faces but the girl who done my hair Jennifer did a poor job. I ask for light brown and high lights and I got dark brown almost black you couldnt even tell there was high lights. My forehead was still colored with black tint and my neck in the back was awful. I told her its very dark she said it was better than you had before. I was so upset I went home and cried. My daughter had to get the color off my skin. people like this give the place a bad reputation. I paid $100.00 for nothing and was not worth the money. I will not be going back and would not recommend Jennifer to anyone. Betty

I booked an appt with Melissa for a facial and also the sauna and steam shower while I was there! This was top notch Spa Care for sure!! I started with the sauna and the steam shower which was AMAZING! It is very clean, refreshing and relaxing! And I absolutely loved the aromatherapy in the steam shower!! After that Melissa did a custom facial for my skin. She took time to get all the details about my skin. My facial with her was Incredible! I am so Thankful for her time and this whole experience! --Thank You Melissa! I have never felt more relaxed and refreshed! It was definitely a great way to end my work week! This was definitely the best spa experience I have ever had!I also saw Rebecca the week before for a haircut, she did an awesome job! She also took time to ask about my hair and what I was looking for, I was ver happy with my cut!
