What a great experience! Friendly staff took me as a walk in appointment. The salon is very tastefully decorated with a calm, comfortable and relaxing environment. The spa chairs are awesome and brand new! My Deluxe pedicure was fantastic! I was treated wonderfully and loved my time spent here! Well worth it! I will certainly go again and again!

They do a great job, long lasting nails. I get tons of compliments on my nails. Pedis are wonderful!!! Prices are very reasonable. Only con, nail art options are limited, techs dont seem interested in doing more than one color paint jobs. Wheres the flair!?

I was in need of a fill in for my acrylics. I got there at 7 without a appointment knowing they close at eight. I walked in the door and a woman asked for what I wanted. I told her I wanted a fill in and she said we are closed?? Yes I understand It was seven but there was a whole hour before they closed. Some nail salons take you in long after they close. It was rudely spoken and a over all a big disappointment.

My French manicure is lumpy I went back to them the next day they wouldnt fix it i attempted a pedicure to see how that went. Better then getting my nails done up until i paid and the lady tipped herself 10 dollars extra from what i tipped. Never going back and I called to get it fixed they act dumb founded so watch your cards if you pay with one there. I will be going back to my regular salon

I was drawn to this nail place because of the pictures on Google. However I learned that only the owner does work that looks like that and you will be waiting all day for her to do your nails. So I waited 30 minutes so I can get an ombre full set. After waiting and I requested ombre. The owner said Id have to wait an additional hour and 30 minutes because she was the only one that knew how to do it. So I let that go and decided to just get acrylic color. Its not the ladys fault who did my nails but it was obvious that she didnt really know what she was doing. Long story short I ended up having to pay $50 and my nails look like I did them myself at home. If youre not going to have a licensed professional doing work then you shouldnt charge professional prices. I will take the fall being that it was last minute and I shouldve followed my gut and just waiting to have an appointment with my usual nail shop. However I will not be returning

If someone does not know how to wax eyebrows please dont have them doing this job. I left this place with no eyebrows & I have naturally think eyebrows. Not only that but they look like completely different eyebrows. Lady acted like she did a good job too. I would of waited for someone who knew what they were doing. So upset. Hoping they grow back fast!

The man that did my pedicure, did great! I will go to him every time. The woman that did my manicure, wasnt that great. She was very rough and cut my fingers up. They sent me to her seat because everyone else was busy.

I called to make an appointment for nails and pedicures. They told me to be there at 3:00pm. After sitting and waiting an 1:45 minutes. They tell me they don’t think they can get to us! Very bad customer service! Never again will we go there! A waste of my time period!!!

Ok so Im new to the area and this was my first time there. Let me say I love the cleanliness and the fact they went the extra mile to put dividers at some of the stations for nails and feet. I went in for a fill and she was quick but also gentle and precise. And she did a great job on my pedicure. No ochies at all!! Great prices, excellent service! I shall return.

Me and my 2 daughters went and one of my daughters didnt even let them touch her nails because they did an awful job with mine and my other daughter couldnt get what she ask for. They said they couldnt do it but she has always gotten her nails done that particular day.

They put my nails on pointed upwards and so when they grew out on my pinky’s they were stabbing my fingers and caused bloody lines under my fingernails i don’t recommend going there

Ivey just finished my full set acrylic with french manicure. She did an awesome job, took her time and just made me feel very pampered. I like quiet and she let me enjoy my music and did not rush. first time at this salon and I will DEFINITELY come back. I highly recommend Ivey.

They are very detailed with their work but EXTREMELY SLOW. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. Literally was there for 2 hours and only left with the pedicure. Definitely didn’t want to wait another hour. FYI, there were only 3 clients in the shop total, including me.

Worst place I’ve gone to by far to get my nails done. Took forever and had 2 different people doing my nails in between of them doing others. Nails aren’t even and the polish doesnt even cover my whole nail. Worst experience ever.

I made a reservation and purchased the Deluxe Pedicure and I felt like it was a Basic. Nothing was different. We were not offered water or anything special. I think maybe one lotion was added. The chairs are excellent. Then, people that were just walk ins made our pedicures rushed because the were short staffed. I am disappointed. The reviews were so good.

Got there 2 hours before closing with my sister and they only had two people waiting to get something done and they denied to attend us. They said they were “booked” for the day. I’m sticking to my go to place.

I had been going to another nail salon in Smithfield but they were going down hill fast so I decided to try luxury nails and spa. The place was clean and not loud. The guy who did my nails was really good and he actually gave me what I asked for. And he was really fast too. Ill be going back to get my nails done from now on.

Went to get dip powder and had a very positive and pleasant experience. Ivy and everyone was very customer oriented. They have a variety of colors to chose from and I will be back because I’m very happy. Check them out!

I haven’t been to a spa in about 2 yrs since having my son and I am new to Smithfield. I don’t normally rely on reviews because some people’s opinions are just that, opinions that don’t matter or are completely made up in their mind. But I did look at the reviews on several different locations and this one by far had the best ones. I took a gamble and I have to say I was completely satisfied! They were very friendly and welcoming. When the technician noticed I wasn’t happy about one of my toe nails he got on the floor to fix it!! Who does that? Anyway, Tony was great! And Bebe was great as well. I would definitely recommend this spa to fiends and family. Ohh also, the place is super clean! They sterilize ALL the equipment they use and use disposable liners in pedicure chairs.

Ive been here a few times now and its always pleasant and the wait times are reasonable. They do a great job on my nails and its always clean and inviting inside. I told them what I wanted, and noticed that people who came in before me had been taken first... Ok, maybe they had an appointment. Almost an hour goes by and shes still doing the lady who was in the chair when I got there. When she gets up, Im thinking Im next, but nope... Girl with the ladies who were sat before me hops in the chair. I told them I was supposed to be next, and BeBe stated that they came last night. I dont care about that. Dont sit me here and tell me Im next and then put 2 hours worth of work ahead of me. Another lady was there and left as well. They need to learn customer service. I understand appointments but you reschedule a walk in and give them priority? Nope. I wont be going back and the people I have sent wont either!

I had to go to pick up my books and run some errands in Smithfield so I decided to stop at this place to get my nails done at around 10 am on Saturday. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by the two ladies that were working. The place is very luxurious and well decorated. They even had the UV lamps built into the desks and multiple TVs. As I was getting towards the end of my manicure, the gentlemen whom was the owner finished putting my nail color on and gave me an arm massage. He was very friendly. I will be going back here to get my nails,. I was very satisfied with the work and the warm welcome!

If I could I would give them an even HIGHER STAR!!!! I just recently moved around this area and I had been going to the same nail salon for 15+ years, but as they are over 2 hours away from here I had to try and find a new salon! I am VERY VERY picky about who touches my nails because I am a bit of a perfectionist so here is MY STORY.... MY VERY FIRST ATTEMPT to finding a salon that wowd me was AN ABSOLUTE FAIL.... First they charged 65.00 and he cut my cuticles & was VERY rude.... They looked AWFUL... Well the worst part about it was that 6 of my nails had popped off (VERY easily) and the rest were starting to chip and it hadnt even been a FULL 2 weeks.... So I researched and googled other salons & of course read the reviews! After researching for hours I ran/came across Luxury Nails.... And I am SO THANKFUL that I chose this salon! BeBe is the nail technician that TOTALLY BLEW MY MIND as to how AMAZING she did! She had to fix what the other salon had messed up and she not once hurt me by taking the rest of the hideous nails from the prior nail salon.... She was VERY patient and kind! She asked me several different questions as to what I wanted and she gave me plenty of options to choose from along with her opinion on what she thought would look/be BEST, so I trusted her judgement and allowed her to do the pink and white ombre with a diamond nail design (one on each ring finger)!Most nail technicians would be in a rush carelessly to try and hurry up to get to the next person waiting in line, but anytime a customer walked in she would politely advise them of the waiting time and although there were a few who didnt want to wait (so of course they walked out and left) her main focus was on making sure that she did an exceptional job on MY nails, which REALLY won me over! Ive NEVER had a nail technician who was as concerned as she was about making sure the quality of her work was above and beyond my expectations!I NEVER RATE AND/OR comment on reviews, but BeBe deserves this 5 star for her salon!!!!I most definitely was NOT expecting for her to impress me as much as she did.....Words cant even begin to describe how happy,excited, and stoked that I am about finding BeBe because my HUNT IS OVER.... Went for the first time for a full set and barely got that. My nails where horrible. The next day I ended up going somewhere else and they figured my nails had been on for a couple weeks. Ended up having to get the completely done again because they where so bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THEM. Several of my friends and family say the same.

This place was anything but luxury. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I drove 30 minutes for a manicure because it was highly recommend by a family friend. I arrived at 5 was NOT pleasantly greeted. The inside looked nice for the five seconds I was there but the customer service was terrible. Will not be returning unless I am taken against my will. Thanks for nothing. Ill do my nails myself .

I had to wait over an hour, I was also being rushed. The guy that did my nails was asking what I wanted so I showed a picture and he acted like he didnt want to do it. Very uncomfortable while doing my nails, I had to ask him to stop several times because he was so rough. After 3 days my Gel nail polish was chipping made me so upset! I do not recommend this nail salon.

BeBe has done my nails for about 4 years now she used to be in Goldsboro but currently took this locatiin as her own and a nice man named Robert.... They are both awesome people and Bebe does designs on my nails everytime I have them done. I always get compliments on how beautiful my nails are. I travel from goldsboro to Smithfield she is worth the drive not to mention she is family to me.. ☺️ ☺️ You wont be disappointed I promise you.. The service is phenomenal!!

It was worth traveling from Goldsboro to Smithfied for the service I received. I will be returning. Had nails done with dip/powder as I have done for several years, with less than raving reviews. Went back to have 2 nails fixed since topcoat was peeling off. She messed up while fixing them and they came out worse than they were before I went in for her to repair. I would not recommed this place, it is probably the reason it was so easy to get in.

Worst pedicure I have ever received. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left on anything. Ice cold water for my pedicure that lasted maybe 15 mins. I should have gotten up when the man started taking out water from my pedicure bowl to dump it in another chairs bowl so that he could fill my bowl back up with not even warm water.
