I made an appt here. They berated my seven yr old daughter BC she bites her nails. Shes been through a lot and the male nail tech was telling her they cant be friends and continued telling her how her nails are nasty. Horrid guy!! I left and immediately called them even my child broke out into tears. Rude and bullying. I will never go there nor recommend them!!

Awesome service and very friendly staff! Me and a friend went here after our normal go-to was closed early. We didnt have an appointment but they squeezed us in. The entire staff is super sweet and talks to you while youre getting things done. They made my friend and I feel welcome, and not rushed or treated like a burden how many other salons are. This is going to be our go-to spot from now on!

So basically I went there the first time and they did an okay job and whatever then when I went back a different lady did it and they are so ugly and Now I’m already starting to need a fill in and my nails are starting to come off and it hasn’t even been two weeks since I got them done . #neveragain

I came to this salon for the first time to get an acrylic fill. I had to wait surprisingly long for someone to acknowledge me. The receptionist finally looked at me vacantly, waiting for me to speak. I told her what I needed then she asked me to be seated. After a half an hour, I went to the desk to ask how long the wait was likely to be. After standing there for several minutes with no sign of the receptionist, the manicurist finally asked what I needed. I asked if there was anyone waiting ahead of me and he said there was no one, that I was next. Seeing that he was almost finished with his customer, the wait wasn’t going to be that long. BUT, when he was done with her, he proceeded to take another customer ahead of me. By that time the receptionist had returned so I asked her if he was the only person doing nails because I was not going to be able to wait 45 more minutes. He heard me ask and he said he would take me next and it wouldn’t be long. Apparently he did not feel that I was due an apology or anything. I will not be returning since the customer service is grossly negligent and the energy is dreadfull. One smile or a hint of friendliness might have changed everything.

They took me as a walk in. Had to wait about 20 minutes before being seen as it was busy. Got my eyebrows waxed. Good price as well! Will be back if in area.

Love Cam the technician that does it all manicures, pedicures, massages and eyebrows. Excellent care is given to EVERYTHING she does. I travel 60 miles round trip to see her passing several others along the way.

I have been coming to perfect 10 since I was old enough to have my fingers and toes painted. Sadly, this place is not what it used to be. They make appointments but, plan to wait at least 20 minutes after that appointment time given to you to be put in the chair (I waited a whole hour after my appointment time to be put in the chair for a fill in during my last visit). A lot of my friends stopped coming here a long time ago due to the same problem. They tend to rush due to not staying on time with appointments which leads to them nicking your finger and trust me even if they slice your finger or have you wait an hour after your appointment time, be prepared to pay full price no matter what. Their techniques are a little outdated they don’t do 3D nails or any of that so don’t ask for any of the cool Pinterest nails but, they are good with simple French tips or just a simple color. Bottom line come here with a clear schedule, no high hopes for your nails, and sometimes even a high pain tolerance if they’re in a hurry!

Love this place they are wonderful and always makes you feel welcome. Only place I go to get my pedicure and manicure, If you have a disability they help you and are so gentle with you.

I have never had a bad experience at Perfect 10, the staff are always extremely friendly and they are experts (artists even) in their fields. I dont think I will ever stop going there, Im hooked! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxing day at the salon and/or spa. I give Perfect 10 exactly that - a perfect ten!

Was referred by a co-worker, but After my experience today I will not be returning! Me and my 9yr old daughter went in and got our feet polish and we asked for Gel Polish mine was done by a younger lady and turned out great but my daughters seemed like a rush job by an older lady whom once she was done told the lady at the register 40$ we didnt get a full pedicure cause it wasnt needed so I asked why such hi charge I watched her brush the lady off and say cause its gel Ive gotten gel polish plenty of times and never was I charged such a high price and the same as a child. I was confused and even the lady at the register looked confused. I wont be ruturning and if you visit you may want to ask how much you are going to be paying in advance cause there are no prices displayed and i think I was honestly over charge for our services today but you cant tell people how to run their business i just wont be back.

I finally found a new nail salon home. I was a bit skeptical at first but the first time I went I felt so welcome and everyone was so friendly and SPOKE ENGLISH! Lucy took care of my nails well and even guaranteed that my gels will last up to 14 days and it has well over 14 days. She even said if it chipped just come on in and she will take care of it. Im going in again today for my second gel mani. I love the atmoshere.I guarantee anyone that goes it there wont be disappointed ..

They are really nice people. I got a gel full set with tips 4days later i went back because 2 of them had come off. They did fix my nails for free but here i am exaclty 2weeks later from the from getting my nails done and i only have 6 nails on my fingers. So i took the rest off. I didnt use any acetone i just pulled and they came right off. This is day 14 and the nails are suppose last 30 days the owner told me with his own mouth. Needless to say i wonr be going back. Poor quality but very nice people!
